La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima. Si arriva facilmente con la macchina, le istruzioni per prendere le chiavi (ricevute via mail) erano scritte così bene che non era possibile sbagliare. Abbiamo trovato una casa molto grande, belle ed accogliente. Pulizia impeccabile!!! Cucina attrezzata molto bene. E la vista sul castello da tutte le stanze e dal terrazzo non ha prezzo!!! Torneremo sicuramente!! Grazie 🙂

I received information on time-before I started my journey, which was great. With this information, getting the keys was easy. Parking is close to the apartment. Location is great, close to everything, just next to the castle. It is very spacious, with a nice look at the castle. Communication with the host was excellent: fast and with all of the information that we needed.

This apartment was not ready for guests. On one bed there were no sheets, pillows, blankets, towels... We had to go through whole apartment to find them in a corner of a closet and then set everything by ourselves. We made a reservation for 4 people and one bed was set for guests, but the other was not. Everywhere were layers of dust: on the floor, in corners, on radiator in bathroom, on light switches...everywhere. All dishes in kitchen cabinet were DIRTY and on dishwasher there were a note "please do not use". Probably previous guests did not want to wash them by hand and just put them in the cabinet and drawers. After we made a reservation, I was informed that we will have only one medium sized towel...why not a normal 2 sized set for every guest? Whole apartment, bed sheets and towels had a stale smell. Of 4 people that were in the apartment, 3 of us had some allergy irritations after a few hours in this apartment. Leaving the keys is a long procedure: You take the keys, leave the apartment, enter the parking, put stuff inside the car, leave the parking and leave a car on the street (which is forbidden, controls are very often, so you can get a ticket for that), go to the apartment, leave the parking fob inside it, close the apartment, leave keys in a safe and leave the building.

Small things made our stay uncomfortable: outdated furniture, stinky bathroom, no garbage bin in the bathroom/toilet and no possibility to separate garbage, dishwasher out of order, only one chair on the balcony, so that it's impossible to use, broken chair, no air conditioner

The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from old town. Private parking lot. Very big apartment, well equipped and has a balcony with a park view.

Everything, very close to the center, big apartment and everything very clean.

Location and spaciousness, parking opportunity was also nice.

Place lacked the coffee making opportunities.

towels were very small. Bed linen was a bit uncomfortable as they are something synthetic.
