This house was perfect for the 6 of us! It was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed being able to walk to Main St. for food and activities.

I would be careful about using this company and their properties. We stayed at a townhouse in Breckenridge that was filled with faulty smoke detectors. At 2:00 AM they all started going off, which required the local fire department to make a visit. The alarms were unable to be turned off for quite some time due to them being faulty, and led to all of us having a sleepless night. I was told management would call me to discuss the situation multiple times, however they have never reached out or offered any kind of refund or apology.Kind of scary knowing the house was not properly equipped with the right safety equipment and disappointing their lack of communication from management after the fact.

Great local right off of Main Street. However the house is very old and worn down. The furniture is old and worn, uncomfortable to sit and lay on. Pillows are dirty, hot tub is falling apart, gate latch is broken, neighbors were loud all hours of the day and night. Tiny, tiny, tiny so a family of four felt pretty crammed. Even though it says it sleeps more the space isn’t set up for that. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This house had plenty of space, was clean, and enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom. Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen appliances were very new and clean. Minor issue with primary bath sink drainage, but host was very responsive. Garage is a bit undersized - will not fit a large SUV but was able to fit a Subaru with a Thule on top. Convenient access to the gondola and downtown Breckenridge - very walkable. Definitely would consider renting again if available!

The location of this property was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Easy and quick walk to gondola and mountain access. Property is located right downtown and we walked everywhere- only used the car to transport groceries and go to rec. center. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and an east kitchen to cook in. Will definitely book again!

This house was a perfect fit for our friends ski trip. The house was amazingly located near the gondola and bus routes so that access to the peaks was a breeze. The location was superb for exploring downtown as well. We appreciated the layout for multiple couples who could enjoy their own room and bathrooms. Our feedback is all minor and did not prevent us from fully enjoying the house and amenities - but we did run through the silverware throughout each meal and there was some trash under each of the beds upon arrival. There were also issues with door locks and handles but they resolved that quickly when the handyman came by. Perhaps a comment of caution is that the hottub is a a few steps up on the deck and they were iced over which made it a precarious climb. As stated, none of this prevented us from fully enjoying the stay and the house really was a perfect fit. We also thoroughly enjoyed the games and fireplace.

Our stay at Just Walk Inn was fantastic. The townhome was everything it is described to be and more. The best part is the great location to the Gondola that takes you directly to the Peak 7 and 8 base camps. We were able to walk everywhere.
The access codes were a tad bit confusing, but once we figured it out it was a breeze.
Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay there again.

Three couples spent a week in Breckenridge in January 2023. This house was perfectly located: half a block from Main Street, a 5-10 minute walk to a large grocery store, a 5 minute walk to the free Gondola accessing the ski resort. The neighborhood is very quiet.

This property was really great! It was super clean and ready for us when we arrived! Enough room that our family of 6 didn’t feel cramped! Kitchen has enough room to move around, and the table was large enough to sit around and have dinner together!! Good location spot- could walk to town or just quick drive!! The only “cons” the master bedroom was cold…58 one morning when we woke up! It would warm up during the day, but was the coldest room in the house! The hot tub is not easy to get into to. It is on an upper deck- makes it hard to step in!! The garage is really best for a smaller suv-our suburban would not fit in it!! These are just FYI’s! The home will remain on my radar for future stays for sure!!

However, this location was perfect for exploring Main Street. We walked everywhere upon arrival. Loads of cute shops and great food options are all within walking distance. As for the condo, I have a 12-year-old daughter and a 15-year-old son who both enjoy some downtime alone. It was nice for everyone to have their own space and private bathroom.
The added benefit of the hot tub was great!! Parking in the garage and laundry room were nice features as well. Definitely would recommend.

Nice property close to gondola. Nice view and hot tub too. Some of the property is starting to show wear and check in process could be streamlined to allow you to drop your bags off at the property first.

Great location…quite surroundings…walking distance to many fun shops!
Everything was very nice and complete! Unfortunately the master bedroom mattresses were very worn and uncomfortable! Only one person could sleep in the middle of the master bed. The pull out was not comfortable so no one could sleep on it…they moved to the couches in the great room!
