Genießen Sie alles, was Narragansett zu bieten hat, in unserem geräumigen, modernen und gepflegten Strandhaus am nördlichen Ende der Nachbarschaft von Eastward Look. Roger M Wheeler, Salty Brine und Narragansett Town Beach sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar.

Unser zweistöckiges Haus bietet auf der ersten Ebene zwei Wohnzimmer (eines mit einem Billardtisch), sechs Schlafzimmer (vier im Obergeschoss und zwei im Erdgeschoss) und zwei Bäder. Zur Ausstattung gehören eine zentrale zentrale Luft (neu im Jahr 2019), eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein großer, sehr privater Garten mit Garten und Terrasse mit Essecke, Terrasse, brandneuer Grill im Jahr 2018, Außendusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Flachbildfernseher, Kabel und Wifi. Ein Spielplatz / Park befindet sich 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

The house is a very basic colonial and looks like they converted the garage to two bedrooms. All rooms have queen beds and most have space for a crib. With that being said, it was plenty spacious for our whole family and suited our needs well. Plus, there’s a simple outdoor shower that made rinsing from a day at the beach easy. A quick bike ride to the beach. The yard was perfect for playing corn hole. Nearby, there are tennis courts, a playground and basketball court.

This is the second year we stayed in this house. It was a good size for 8 adults and 4 kids. Having a TV room and a game room was nice so the kids had their own area! The host was great with communication. The house was very clean. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and AC worked excellent!

The beach house was clean, well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, staples and games, including pool table that the teens enjoyed! The large gas grille was perfect for us and 8 people fit comfortably at table on deck!

Daniel and Nicole were great hosts and were always available with any questions we had. They have a beautiful spacious home conveniently located half a mile from the beach. We were a family of 12 and the home had more than enough room to accommodate. The neighborhood itself was quite and perfect for walks either to the beach or local park around the corner. We can’t wait to visit next year!

The property was a good fit as we needed 6 separate adult bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own a/c. There is plenty of room in the backyard and the front yard for yard games and plenty of room in the house to spread out on the rainy days. Using the kitchen required a bit of planning with 12 adults since the space was a bit small but as family, cooperation was easy. Hosts are very responsive to questions.

My family had a great stay at this beach home. The home was clean and spacious. 6 bedrooms was definitely a plus as we had children ages 3-15 with us. The older kiddos loved the pool table. The 2 living spaces were so nice to have. Games were played while some watched television in the other room. We loved the large deck as well. I packed a pop up tent and it fit amazing on the deck. Overall our stay was pretty amazing!

We stayed here with two other families. It was a great place to stay as there were 6 bedrooms. Location was ideal to get to the beach. The yard size and space was great. It was not as clean as we would have hoped, but the owners were notified of this after our stay. We will likely rent this property again with the hope that it will be cleaned better in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! The backyard was very private and great for kids. The playground is only a short walk away and we went most evenings after dinner with kids. We also liked having 2 separate living rooms and the pool table for the evenings when little kids were in bed. The beach chairs and carts were very helpful and we used them every day. It was a humid week, so we also took advantage of the AC on the hot days. Overall, a great space and we'd love to go back.

We had a great week! The proximity to the beach has excellent and gave us the option to walk, ride, or drive. The property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room to spread out and we especially enjoyed the pool table. The a/c kept us all cool and comfortable. It was well equipped for all of the cooking we did during our stay. However, an extra refrigerator would have been very helpful for our group. While very comfortable, the house is in need of updating.

The house was really nice, comfortable and clean and in a great location! We appreciated the close proximity to the beach!! The kitchen had all the dishes we needed, the living spaces and bedrooms were comfortable, and the kids loved the pool table!!

Great home to rent for a large group. Played pool every night we were there. Nice big bedrooms and two bathrooms made it convenient for everyone. Would definitely rent again!

We love staying in this area. It's easy to walk to the beach everyday, and it's great for biking. This is a nice quiet neighborhood with a playground and tennis courts only a block away. The house fit our 3 family's nicely. We loved the back deck most though. The backyard was nice and private. The owners were very quick at answering our questions we had.

We had a nice time staying here for a week with family. Having 6 bedrooms made it a great house for a large family. Many kitchen amenities made cooking in easy. Interior of home was very clean and air conditioning throughout house worked great. Landscaping was overgrown as compared with photos and exterior of home had broken glass scattered throughout yard. Hosts were very responsive to concerns. Overall would rent again.

We really enjoyed the quiet and friendly neighborhood. And it was a great walk to the beach! There was plenty of room for our group to spread out indoors and we used the outdoor space every day.

We needed a place to stay while we were in town for a wedding. This house was spacious, clean, and close to everything. The beds were also very comfortable. We weren't in the house very much but it was perfect for what we were looking for. Oh and the nearby beach was perfect for the kids!

I rented this property with friends and we had a great stay! We have four kids under four so it helped that we could easily walk to the beach and not have to drive. It's proximity to the park and restaurants was also very convenient. Just wish there was a tv in the pool room!

The house was just as listed! More Room then we expected. We were 2 families with children ranging in age from 19 to 5.
Best part were the beach chairs and umbrella. The backyard and grill were awesome! We had a great time and would stay here again!

This house was phenomenal! I came to have one last beach weekend with friends, and everything was so perfect. There are beach chairs and a cart for renters to use, a grill and outdoor dining space, large living room for movies, and plenty of bedrooms. We will definitely be returning!

The house is perfect for a larger group. We had 10 of us so needed 6 bedrooms and there was lots of space both inside and out. The house was clean and in great condition. The pool table and being walking distance to 2 tennis courts and a playground were nice touches.

Spent a week with our children and grandchildren. House is spacious and well stocked with all we needed! Loved the central air as it was quite muggy that week. The children loved playing outside in the private yard with all their toys. The deck was great for meals. It has seating for ten. Owners are easy to reach and very accommodating!

Kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes everything you need to cook a great meal. Especially with COVID this year we cooked 5 nights and we had everything we needed. Monahans right Down the street was great too. We also had our lobsters steamed for us right down at Champlins made dinner that night really easy. We really had some great games on the pool table. Want a great place for a beach vacation in Rhode Island? This is the house. Comfortably sleeps 12 (we were 6-8). Short mile walk to Scarborough Beach. Great deck to have breakfast/dinners and chat (back yard is a bird sanctuary). AC, spacious and clean. Extra attraction was pool table for nightly tournaments. Hope to be back soon!
