Great location and beautiful home away from home. Has great amenities and convenient location to beach access and Publix grocery. Highly recommend- we will be back!!

The condo was clean and exactly as seen on line. The beds were extremely comfortable. The balcony was a great place to eat our meals and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean. Having Publix right next door was also a bonus.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! You just can't beat the views of the ocean from the balcony and the proximity to the grocery store. Also, the beach was fairly quiet and overly crowded--it's definitely in a nice location on Fort Myers Beach. We hope to stay next year!

First time in FT Myers, condo was huge and beautiful!! Most everything was in walking distance and rented bikes for the rest. Couldn’t be happier! ☺️ thank you!

This condo was the perfect place for our vacation. It was great size for 3 couples. It was very clean and well stocked. We were so close to the ocean/beach we saw dolphins from our balcony. Highly recommend this condo!

We loved the updated, spacious, clean condo. The location is perfect as it is directly across from a public beach access and only a short walk to the grocery store.

It was located directly a crossed from the beach. It was a 2 min walk at most. Publix is the building next door, making it very easy to grab items for meals. The trolley stop is right out front making it easy to ride up and down the beach without a car. We often walked to restaurants about 1 mile away and took the trolley home. Overall, the experience was spectacular and we would love to come back!

The condo is across the street from the Gulf and the beach. It is next to the Publix Market and trolley stop and the Snook Bite Marina and Bay Bistro. All good things. The condo kitchen is well equipped as rentals go and there is a large dining table that can accomodate 8 people. The main living space and the lanais were very nice. There are plenty of sand chairs in the locker. The owner left staples like sugar, flour and spices as well as coffee filters. There were also paper towels, kleenex, dish detergent. The washer and dryer are large. The lighting in the living area could use a floor lamp in the sofa corner. The towels need to be bleached or replaced. All in all, we had a great week!

Renting the property was very efficient and easy. The owners were responsive and the process of my reservation great ! I would definitely do it again. Thanks.

I felt like the reviews didn’t do this place justice - it was spacious, great decor (not cheesy beach themes) and had all kitchen ware and extras (although we didn’t need it, there was even a foam cooler available!). My only small complaint was that we needed to supply our own toilet paper after the first roll was out (which I didn’t expect to do ...it’s always a rude awakening when you realize you are out amongst 6 ppl...it seems like such a small expense to have a few extra rolls available) ...otherwise we were pleasantly surprised with everything else available. Right by the publix and directly across the street from the ocean with direct beach access - really great location!

Great location Clean and safe! Right next to publix and public beach! Needs fans in rooms , and better wifi ! Unfortunately there was construction on the road in front of the condo so being on the balcony was loud ... But we were there for the beach during the day so we didn't have to endure it to much

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in our condo very much! It was great to wake up to a view of the water every morning!

We just returned from a great vacation on Fort Myers Beach - it was our first time there and we had so much fun. It was so easy to get around the area - the condo is in a great location and it was easy to walk everywhere. The beach was just steps from the door. We loved that we had all the comforts of home there - it was spacious with big closets and laundry. I loved the two balconies as well. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed in this condo February 13-20. I am a fussy person and this condo was very nicely decorated and clean. We were very lucky to have a beautiful, sunny week and loved going for walks on the beach. We saw so many beautiful sunsets and if we didn't go to the beach we could see them from the balcony! Publix grocery store was an easy walk from the condo which made it very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Just spent a week at this fabulous condo. Everything inside this place is top shelf! From the super comfy beds and bedding to the updated appliances -first class all the way. We've stayed in many condos in FL and this is definitely one of our favorites! Loved the views from the balcony which by the way is super spacious. 30 second walk across the street gets you right on the beautiful beach! Save yourself the trouble of the tiresome research when looking for a condo and stop at this one. It's a beauty! Can't wait to return!

The location is outstanding! Close to restaurants, stores, and central retail district of the island, but far enough to avoid the traffic and noise. In case you need to stock the refrigerator or need snacks, a Publix Grocery store is a short walk away. More importantly, the condo is beautiful! Beautiful views, wonderfully furnished, updated appliances, private parking and easy beach access. The front balcony provides unobstructed views of the beach. You can sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim in the Gulf. When you are ready to go the beach, grab a beach chair (provided by the owner) and take a short, very short walk to the beach. The owner is very easy to work with and responds to your calls/emails. We have already made plans to return in December and stay in this specific condo.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the White Cap condos and this particular condo was wonderful!! The views are amazing and it is very spacious. The condo is across the street from the beach but there is nothing blocking the views so you are basically on the beach! Everything inside is very clean and nicely updated. The large kitchen and living area is more than enough room for 3 couples or a large family. The location was perfect being in the middle of the island, away from the Time Square noise but still a close bike or trolley ride. The beach is a VERY short walk away and very clean! We loved the clear water and stingrays that swim by. The condo has beach chairs so we did not have to rent any. The stay was definitely worth the price and affordable for what you are getting. Owners and property managers are all very helpful and really want you to enjoy your stay. Our favorite part of the condo was the HUGE balcony to watch the sun rise! Can't wait to go back!!
