I've reviewed this property in the past and the best part is...it's like a moment in time that just gets better. You can't ask for much more than a very attentive owner/property manager in Josh and Sandy. The house is always immaculate upon entering thanks to a swift cleaning crew and a personal walk through by the owner/property manager to ensure everything is up to their standards. The fresh flowers greeting you is always a nice touch not to be overlooked. The amenities of the house leave you wanting for nothing...surround sound, games, fully appointed kitchen, beach toys, towels, etc. In terms of location, everyone has their own preferences but for us this is perfect as you're walking distance from Nantucket Steak & Fish, a short drive to Surfside, Brewery and Town and it's on a quiet street at the end abutting nothing but nature. I don't have anything critical to share about the property, it's a slice of tranquility on a special island.

This modern and spotless home with beautiful pool and fire pit seating area is well situated in the middle of the island, only about 2 miles from Surfside Beach, and about 3 miles from Miacomet Beach. You can also drive to town in 10 minutes or less. The master suite was very luxurious and spa-like. A great place to maximize your Nantucket stay!!

This is our second time in one of Josh’s homes, we stayed in the cottage next to this house before.. The home was immaculate when we arrived, Sandy (property manager) was fabulous to work with and we had everything we needed. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home!

We rented Josh's home for 4 weeks during summer 2022. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the home. It was immaculate, well-maintained and had every amenity that you might need on a vacation. Our children loved the pool and the grill/deck/outdoor space was perfect for late-afternoons after the beach. The mid-island location is perfectly situated for easy access to south-side beaches and town; and is a stone's throw from Nantucket Meat & Fish when you don't feel like facing the parking lot scene at Stop & Shop. We had such a great time. We can't wait to return in summer 2023.

Great layout for sharing a home with friends. Had an infant and 2 year old, and the spacious layout worked great. Pool and yard are beautiful and perfect for hanging out

The home is perfectly located mid-island, a short drive to most places we frequent. The property is clean, well laid out, nicely provisioned and the owner/caretaker are readily available. Highly recommend!

I’ll be honest… I initially wanted to book something closer or even on the beach but my family convinced me they rather have the pool which this place offers. I was a bit skeptical of the location “mid island” as it looked like at the map… but the location turned out to be the best I could imagine - close to everything: organic groceries, fantastic yoga place, beautiful beaches, and the lovely town. And yet, at “our” house it was pure bliss - so peaceful and quiet, real privacy and space, easy and plenty parking etc. House itself was extremely well-maintained, it felt like it was brand new and we were the first guests staying there! The hosts were easy to get hold of and very kind and helpful! As a strong bonus point - in the very same building there’s is a private massage studio with the best Thai massage I ever received! We cannot recommend this place highly enough and if you stay there - Make sure you don’t miss out on the fabulous massage!!

Josh’s property is everything you need … clean and spacious .. beautifully decorated and a very well stocked kitchen for cooking. We travel a lot and this home is was one of the best rentals we have ever had. Would love to come back.

The house has great curb appeal and the design is very stately and chic. The pictures don't quite do the place justice. It is decorated in a comfortable and contemporary style. The backyard has more amenities than we could take advantage of in our short stay. Very little is lacking with a fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, pool and outside dining area! The only suggestions I have is that for a place in this price range, I expect body wash and wash cloths to be included. Those two things were not. Everything else was perfect. A quick shoutout to Sandy. She is very friendly and easy to get along with caretaker 😀 My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day retreat here. Next time maybe we'll take the kids!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Jonathon and Sandy were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing week in Nantucket. We enjoyed the heated pool and the well-equipped kitchen. The location was great with a lovely market and bike rental within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Our host was very welcoming. The house was in great condition with relaxing bedrooms and a beautiful outdoor space.

The house and location suited our family very well. The house was spacious, well-furnished, and clean. We were glad we brought a car, as it was a long walk to the beach and town - although some of us did walk to both. We chose a property that was in a quiet area, so we expected to use our car. The grounds and pool were beautiful. We spent a lot of time outdoors. Our granddaughters (ages 7 and 11) were able to swim every day. Josh and Sandy (owner and manager) were very responsive to us during our stay. Our one suggestion is that the owner enforce the no pets policy for both rental houses on his property. We recommend this property highly.

We rented the house to celebrate my sisters 40th Birthday. The property and pool are fantastic and the location is walkable to several places we frequented like the Meat and Fish market and playground. The house was very comfortable and had everything you could think of. We really enjoyed having the heated pool and the kids and adults had a lot of fun. We also booked several Thai massages with the property manager Sandy and she was fabulous. Highly recommend this property!

Everything about the house was worth every penny - great location, beautiful home, incredible pool and yard. Josh/owner was so great to work with and personally greeted us when we arrived. A perfect spot for our family of five - including three teenagers who loved it too!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely and well designed home. There is plenty of room to spread out and comfortable places to spend time together. And on Nantucket it is fantastic to have the pool for chilly days. The central location and easy access to the bike trails make this home a great base for exploring the island. Although very convenient to town, situated on a cul de sac the property is very quiet and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for more! A big thank you for letting us stay in this fantastic home!

Our stay at Josh’s property was fantastic. Josh met us on arrival, gave a tour of the house and little recommendations about the neighborhood. Everything was lovely. There are so many things to do close to the house and Surfside beach was about a mile away. Will definitely rent this house again.

We were 3 couples who rented the home together and for us it was the perfect set up. The open living and dining area was great. The house was immaculate. The pool and backyard area was one of the reasons we chose the house and it was well worth it. The heated pool on chiller days was a welcome distraction. The large table and separate couch sitting area were nice to have as well. The location of the house is great. Walking distance to a few restaurants and markets and right off of bike trails. Josh was a total pleasure to deal with. Always very responsive and friendly. We felt that he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely rent with Josh again and would love to stay at the property again as well.

House is really great. We stayed with two families and it is our second year staying here. Has everything you need. Very central location on the island - easy to get anywhere by car or bike - and so amazing to have the pool. Josh is absolutely wonderful to work with - so kind and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend this property!!

House was great- clean, exactly like the pictures and fully equipped for our daily beach time. We didn’t want to leave!! Josh was great to work with and even helped us find a private chef very last minute that made a wonderful meal for a family celebration.

Our family of four had a great week at this fantastic vacation house. The house layout was great for our family with plenty of space. The backyard was perfect for our kids and sunbathing next to the heated pool. The owner was very accommodating and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Wonderful trip!!

What a perfect vacation! This home is very clean, quiet, great decor but it was the very nice pool that made our vacation! Sitting by the pool with a glass of wine watching the kids have a blast:) Can’t wait to return
