Dieses Haus am Meer in Anna Maria Island liegt an einem großen, 60 m breiten tiefen Wasserkanal und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von den schönen weißen Sandstränden entfernt, für die die Insel bekannt ist. Bringen Sie Ihr Boot (oder Ihre Boote) an und machen Sie es an der 50 m langen Seemauer hinter dem Haus fest. Genießen Sie den Zugang zum tiefen Wasser von Tampa Bay und dem nahe gelegenen Golf von Mexiko. Loved every minute of our stay here. Home was impeccably clean and renovated. Enjoyed fishing off dock. Our son caught a few small fish and a blue crab (use frozen or live shrimp). Easy walk to the beach, and the Anna Maria Pier. We trailered our boat down from a few hours north, and used the ramp 1.2 miles south east (with about 9 parking spots behind a tennis court) to drop the boat in. Host was prompt in replying to questions. We would absolutely stay here again.

The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful home, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. It was stocked with essentials, so conveniently located to the places we wanted to go on AMI, and made for such a wonderful family vacation spot. I loved having coffee on the back porch each morning of our stay and also sitting out there one night when it rained. It was just a few minutes straight down the block to the beach, perfect for watching sunsets on the gulf side, and mere minutes from shops and restaurants on the main stretches of Gulf and Pine streets. We loved the living space, couches were super comfy as was access to streaming services on all the tvs!
My only complaints were the tight space around one of the beds and bruising my leg on the corner of the bed frame and the step down into one of the bathrooms that’s a doozy, but after the first day we were aware to be careful of both. We will absolutely come back here on our next trip to AMI!

This was a very comfortable house, more spacious than it looks in the photos. Kitchen is old, but very functional—tons of pots & pans. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfy. Love the retro gray tile bathroom and the beautiful shower in the newer one. Outside, the canal side table was enjoyable to relax at and we enjoyed a few paddles in the kayaks. The location of the place cannot be beat!
A few cons: There is construction next door, though it wan't very obtrusive during our month long stay. The back yard between the canal and house is rather an eyesore of gravel, weeds, and some determined grass trying to grow. There were tiny ants visiting most days on a few countertops in the kitchen, so beware to clean up well! And lastly, the internet was unreliable, especially during the day. As it is, I would not consider planning on working remotely from here.
Overall: fabulous place, we'd hoped to rent for next March—but someone beat us to it. Also eager to see the renovations the owner mentioned would be made to the property! Thanks for sharing your home.

40th birthday girls trip
Our stay was absolutely perfect. The bedding situation was just right for the six of us. And the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and to a ton of restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed, including a lot of beach gear and ample space to hang out. I would definitely stay here again!

Great property
Real nice place to stay. Just 2 blocks to a white powered beach. Washer and dry a plus. Beach chairs were great to use so you don't buy or rent them. More roomy then it looks. If your looking for a lower priced stay this is great. We didn't need a high dollar rental just a soft bed and great access to beach.

Cute house
Older home but it was sooo cute, clean and had all we needed for our vacation!! This house reminded us all of our childhood homes. Great size to all the rooms, ice maker was a plus!! Nice seawall able to fish from! Hope to stay there again!!

Close walk to the beautiful beach. Pretty good fishing from the dock. Beds had nice linens and were very comfortable. Overall the house had what we needed. Could use a super cleaning -windows, mop boards etc were not clean. We would stay here again if it had been available.

A small house with open floorplan located on canal with short walk to beach and restaurants. This house is a great fit for us and we could not have asked for a better location. Bring your boat and enjoy the water.

This was a great place to stay . Other reviews are right — it is a dated house but it is so clean and the beds are comfortable so who cares about the decor. My husband loved fishing from the dock in the front yard .

Great Getaway
My husband and I just spent a week here and this is our second time staying in Anna Maria and first time at this house. We liked that it was actually a house and not connected to another place like the last place we stayed at. This place was also clean, well-equipped, and peaceful. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets, as well as anything you need in the kitchen, utensil-wise. There were plenty of bath towels and rags for us two and the bed was comfortable though the sheets were a little itchy for me (my husband liked them though). The couches were nice and comfy and all the beach supplies and kayaks were great bonuses. Thanks Jason for a wonderful stay! The only recommendation I would give is to have some kind of curtain on the front door so it’s not so easy for people to see inside, and also some things could be a little updated. Besides those things, everything was great and we recommend staying here!

The property was in a perfect location. The house is very clean and beds were so comfortable. It is close to beach and is perfect for a family. I was also very happy that the house has everything you need from pots and pans to beach chairs and kayaks. We will be back soon.

Well appointed, great location
This is a great property! Easy 5-10 min walk to the beach with all of the beach toys/equipment and a wagon to move it all there. Very clean with comfortable furniture. Easily slept 6 of us without feeling like we were on top of one another. Enough space to spread out. AC worked great. Ample parking for several vehicles. Everything was in good working order. Plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans for cooking. *There is no dishwasher but that wasn’t a problem with 4 teenagers (“Dishwashers”) with us! We could have used a better (sharper) pair of scissors. Plenty of bathroom and kitchen towels. Plenty of bedding for all the beds (various sizes from twin to king) We had a fantastic stay.

Perfect location on the beautiful AMI
This was a terrific home located steps from the white sandy beach of Anna Maria island. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Perfect home for our family get away. Had all the basic necessities covered and was clean. We were able to dock our boat behind the house which was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We have our family reunion in Anna Maria and have stayed many times at this property. Kids love the fishing and beach closeby. The home has everything you could need and plenty of space!

Great beach house!
We had so much fun here on our family vacation with our 2 teens. The listing and photos are completely accurate. Like everyone has said, the home is spotless. We rented bikes for the week and that gave our teens some freedom to go out on their own to the donut shop, ice cream shop, and other local shops. We did not have a boat but still enjoyed the location on the canal. We fished from the dock and kayaked. I sat on the canal each morning with my coffee. We took the trolley to Oma's Pizza which was excellent! They had the best calzone I've ever tasted. I highly recommend this home and Anna Maria Island for a wonderful vacation!

TOP SHELF!
This rental is the best! Yes... the kitchen is a little dated but who travels to Florida to stay inside?! Property was clean, beds were comfortable. neighborhood is QUIET :-). Everything you could need (except a blender). The kayaks were a big plus. I might mention that one of the kayaks is a 2 person kayak... the other is a one person. Lots of wildlife in and around the canals.
We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!!! Oh... did I mention that it was CLEAN? :-)

Great location and wonderful place.
This was our third year staying at Jason's place. As always, everything we needed was there. Rode our bikes to the beach and all around Anna Marie. Beach is close, so it was only a short walk when we tired of riding bikes. The kayaks were an added bonus along with the cart in the garage to take chairs and unbrella to beach. Wonderful location
Great spot on a canal with kayaks. Owners were very nice and quickly responded to our requests. The house was well stocked but a little outdated. Unfortunately the owner does not give right of first refusal and the same dates for the following year were rented before we even arrived this year.

Great place to be on Anna Marie Island. Very spacious home.Loved watching the fish jumping in the canal. I don't mind doing dishes by hand but it would be nice if the place provided body soap in the bathrooms and a little more dish soap. Happy the home provided beach chairs. I would definitely stay here again.
