Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Doppelbett. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon. Das Hauptschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über Schiebetüren zur hinteren Terrasse und überblickt den Teich. Die Villa befindet sich außergewöhnlich auf der Insel und direkt in einer privaten, sicheren und geschlossenen Wohnanlage. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit geringer Dichte, hauptsächlich am Ende der Straße, so dass kein Durchgangsverkehr besteht. Es ist umgeben von einer Fülle von Grünflächen, Natur und drei Lagunen sowie zwei gut gepflegten Sandtennisplätzen und einem ruhigen, entspannenden, sauberen Pool direkt vor der Haustür. Auf dem dritten Fairway des Brigantine Course gibt es einen weiten Panoramablick auf die große Lagune, Wildtiere, Natur und Golfer. Nachts können Sie sich auf der Terrasse entspannen und den weiten und klaren Sternenhimmel über dem Atlantischen Ozean genießen ruhige Geräusche der Natur oder die beruhigende Nacht Meeresbrandung.
Meilen von sicheren Gehen, Laufen und Radfahren Pfade sind über die Straße und noch mehr außerhalb der Werft neben den Sportanlagen (Players Club Fitness) Freizeitparks (The Bristol Sports Arena), und die Natur bewahrt Nähe. Overall great experience. Mary Ann was very easy to communicate with. 6 of us stayed for the week and condo was very spacious. Location is great, quick bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Highly recommend.

Love the location and spaciousness of this property. We have eight adults in our family and this was perfect for us. It’s close to everything, beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Also, love that the clay tennis courts and swimming pool were just a few steps outside the front door, but the place was still really quiet. Host was very easy to get a hold, friendly, and attentive to any questions we had. Would stay here again,

Good location for our golf trip. Location of the home was in a quiet location but within easy reach of shops, restaurants and everything we needed.

We spent a month in this condo. Even though it could use some updating, we were very comfortable and it felt like home. The condo is very clean, in a great location, the owner is easy to contact. They had someone in quickly to fix an appliance. We enjoyed watching wildlife on the patio.

What a beauty of a spot! Gators, turtles and birds to enjoy from your backyard, and then a quick bike ride to the beach for evening strolls! Comfy beds and a well equipped villa - exactly as listed. We loved our stay!

We had a great time in Hilton Head again! This was the second time we stayed at this place and I hope we come back again. This unit is close to both the public and private beaches as well as restaurants and shops. The house has very spacious bedrooms and everything we need to cook and spend the week. Mary Ann is attentive and very responsive. I highly recommend staying at this place.

This unit was everything advertised. We stayed with 6 adults and two kids younger than 5. It was clean and fit us perfectly. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife in and around the pond out back. We were careful to keep away from the alligators. The kitchen was well-appointed and the furnishings and beds comfortable. The upstairs does need its own air conditioning unit. Otherwise, this unit was perfect for our family.

This was a great stay and located in a nice central location of Hilton Head Island. It was very relaxing, private pool area, has an absolutely beautiful lagoon setting, grounds, golf course view, the host is exceptionally accommodating. The 4 bedrooms was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay again at this location when we merge with family since it is spacious.

A great location, a clean villa, and a well-stocked kitchen. Everything at/around the villa was as listed. Relaxing view while sitting on the back porch. On-site binoculars let us watch the birds and the alligator in the lagoon. Clay tennis courts are right across from the villa, which was great for our tennis family. We rented bikes to go to/from Coligny Plaza and the beach. So much fun! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The property was in a good location, not far from the beach. Pool and tennis was super close. Minor hiccups were quickly remedied by the owner. Only drawback was that the upstairs master was very warm even when A/C was set to 68 at night.

Had never stayed in shipyard before . Although we did have to drive to the beach each day the location was in the middle of everything and the bike paths were awesome! I had to contact the owner a couple of times and she was amazing to respond and answer any questions we had.

HHI 4th of July vacation
Good location walking distance for public beach. Private beach was a 2 miles away. Pool and tennis courts just across the parking lot. It was like private pool and courts. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The temperature on the 2nd floor was too hot but countable cool on the main floor. Communication with the owner was easy and very friendly.

Everything we had hoped for
Our family consisted of 5 adults and 2 kids and the townhouse was the perfect size for all of us. We all agreed that our favorite thing about our vacation home was enjoying the view and wildlife from the beautiful patio and the unique interior decor. We noticed something new every day! We enjoyed watching our grandchildren try their hand at fishing right from our own back yard. Mary Ann was great to work with and I would highly recommend this rental.

Beach, tennis, pool & more
This townhouse was perfect for our family -- 5 adults, 3 year old and 1 year old. Everything was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, 3 full bathrooms were very helpful and the beds are very comfortable. The communication with Mary Ann was very easy. Check-in and check-out was very smooth.
The location is great - tennis courts and pool are right out the front door. Beach is a lovely bike ride away -- HIGHLY recommend renting bikes, as Hilton Head is made for bikes! Coligny Beach and Plaza is also a short bike ride away.
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend -- we had an amazing week! The only negative is that the large bedroom upstairs gets a little warm, but there is a nice standing fan and ceiling fan that keeps the air moving. So, it was not an issue for us.
