'Sea Breeze' ist ein wunderschönes einstöckiges Haus mit einer Grundfläche von 1200 Quadratmetern, zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern, einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und Wäschemöglichkeiten. Ein Pinien-Wintergarten begrüßt Sie, wenn Sie durch die Tür gehen. Ein großartiger Raum zum Entspannen und Genießen der Sonne oder zum stillen Nachdenken. We came to town for a wedding. This home was in a great location, quiet, and clean with everything we needed. We walked to almost everything. The little backyard was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the patio each morning. Overall a great play to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. With 2 generously sized bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, the house was perfect for two couples. Basically across the street from the coast path, and a few minutes walk into town - the location is hard to beat.

Near the beach and downtown. The spot is great, and the home was nice. I stayed with my husband, and my brother and his friend. Nice to have the two bathrooms and comfy bathrooms. Both bedrooms were a nice size.

We had a very nice stay at Seabreeze. Nikki was very kind and helpful when I messaged her for help figuring out how to work the tv remotes. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice home close to beach. The beds were comfy. The baseboards were really dirty and it would of been nice to know the Keurig was broken since we brought our own k cups. Other than that we had a great time!

Nice little house, used air mattresses that we brought along for the kids. Enjoyed the area. Kids liked climbing on the beach rocks.
It was challenging sitting six around the table, i wish there was a leaf to add to the table for extra room.
It was a nice place. On our departure, cleaning up and such, the kitchen faucet came apart- we notified the ower via this website messaging - they said they would get it fixed right away for the next ppl coming.

Well it was okay. House could have been cleaner. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Floorboards dirty. Rug needs to be replaced as it was very dirty and worn in spots. Sheets and comforter paper thin. Great location!

We had a great time at this property. Close to the water. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable.
The only draw back for us was that the city itself is a little secluded. But there is a nice little grocery store and some lovely restaurants.

We were surprised the local 4th of July parade went past the house and we could also watch the fireworks from the front lawn or from the dining room table. We were able to walk to the Lions Club 4th of July breakfast in less than 10 minutes as well as most restaurants and the Farmers Market. Great location and comfortable roomy home.

It is a well kept up property and had everything me and my two young kids needed. The location is really nice having it in walking distance of the coast line and places in town.

We enjoyed returning to Yachats with family members visiting from Indiana. It was our second stay in this home, so we knew it would meet the needs of 4 adults for comfort and be a great home base to access our favorite coastal places. The home is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and well stocked with everything needed for a pleasant getaway.

Located so close to the ocean you can hear the waves from inside. That's about the only sound, as it's a very quiet location but within easy walking distance to trails, restaurants etc.

What a great beach house! Absolutely immaculate, steps from the beach path where you’ll find some of the most stunning coastlines in Oregon. The town of Yachats is delightful and a great, central location. Only complaint is that we only had three days!

This was a great place to stay! You could hear the waves crashing onto the rocks. It was a 2 minute walk to the shore with tide pools galore! There's a great little path through a wetlands area that goes straight to town. We used it multiple times a day! We really enjoyed our stay. We'd stay there again!

Terrific Cottage Near the Sea
This is a fabulous house for a beach getaway. Super clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook meals at home and relax close to the sea. We took the short walk into town through the wetland nature park. Highly recommend staying here.

Just the mini vacation my daughter and I needed
The weather was great so we were hiking and exploring the beaches and parks all day, and the house was a nice quiet place to return to. Access to the beach from the house is nice and close. Thanks!

Our First VRBO in Yachats
This home is a perfect location for exploring Yachats....very close to the beach, great trail along a wetland into town and close to hiking trails along the coast highway. The home is comfortable and meets all basic needs. Adding directions to the notebook for operating the television would be helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.
