The cottage was exactly as represented. Simple, peaceful, waterfront, and awesome boat dock. We met the owner who was very welcoming and generous to share his beautiful property with others. We loved having our boat docked on site and enjoyed the convenience and easy access to the inlet. We especially appreciated the green lights on the dock which made night returns perfect. What a nice piece of property. Very quiet and relaxing. Did some fishing off the dock with success. Nice dock for our boat and convenient to river. Had some great eats at local restaurants. Best of all we got to bring our dog. We have a great visit and will be returning.

Great waterfront location with lots of amenities. Amazing amount of marine life off the pier! Convenient to stores and restaurants. We were permitted to keep a boat at the dock with no extra fees. The owner was extremely gracious and communication from the rental manager was very efficient as well. We will return!

What an awesome waterfront cottage to enjoy the Sebastian, Florida waterway. From the sofa you can enjoy the waterfront view. Private location and so close to everything you want, great seafood restaurants, grocery stores, boat ramps, and fishing guides. Beautiful area to visit. Cottage has everything you need. Can't wait to return for another stay!

This cottage is in the perfect location for any water-loving people. This was the most user friendly rental management I have ever used. The manager and owner were Super Friendly and made of feel like family. The manager was prompt in responding to us at any time. It made our vacation so stress free. Everything you need is onsite. There is a full kitchen in the cottage. Grocery and retail stores are close by, but not intrusive. Restaurants abound if you prefer not to cook.Water activities include our favorites: fishing and boating. Sunrise and Sunset watching right on the beautifully maintained boat dock.Giving a five-star review was the easiest thing I've done in a while. From start to finish, everything was a breeze. The property manager was helpful, responsive and professional. Perfectly located with so much to do. We didn't want to leave! We will book again in the near future…

We had a great weekend. Very quiet and relaxing. Property was nice and clean and beautiful outside. Talked to Tom and one of his workers a few times all super nice. Kids loved it too so even better!

Our stay was very enjoyable due to the location of the cottage on the Sebastian River. The cottage was as we expected by description.

Arrived on a dirt road to find the "cabin" actually a duplex. Had overflowing garbage can, totally filthy grill, minimal channels on TV, broken down furniture. Other than that, George, the caretaker, was terrific and the owner, Bill, most accommodating. Can recommend these two for helpfulness, but not the cabin. Would not book it again.

Property was very clean upon our arrival. Location was great for dining and fishing. The cottage is not stand alone, it's actually a duplex. The air conditioning could not keep up with the heat, we purchased two fans to make it comfortable.

This is a delightful little cabin if you need to decompress from any problems in your life. It is QUIET AND PEACEFUL. We are two seniors and the only problem that was a bit difficult for us was the steps off the deck (no railings), and steps entering the cabin. If you have balance issues, use a cane, its a bit hard to maneuver, you have to plan your exits and entrances with extreme cautionm as surrounding area is stones and small rocks. A ramp might be suggested to owner, at least by front door. Also, air conditioning cools only front roon & kitchen. Suggest a fan be added in bedroom. Around 3:30 am, each day it feels quite uncomfortably warm, that stuffy feeling. Overall, it was so relaxing, far beats going to a hotel. The river view was sublime, that campout nature feeling!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Pam the property manage was quick at responding to all our questions before our stay. The cottage was tastefully decorated and very clean. The location was ideal for a great boating weekend. Close to the Sebastian inlet for fishing and a short ride to waterfront restaurants. Old Florida Bar and Grill was a favorite spot to eat. The owner Tom shares the property and went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing stay.

Old Florida style, Quiet, Beautiful views of river! We had a great time as did our granddaughter. George, (the caretaker) greeted us upon our arrival and could not have been nicer. We also met Tom (the owner) who is a wonderful guy. Restaurants and grocery store are close by. You have to eat at The Fish House, delicious food. We will definitely be back! My wife and i enjoyed the cabin! We brought our skiff and the location was perfect. Loved the fire pit. Will certainly come back.

The property is very nice love dock area couldn't get the cleaning station water to come on but I made things work,the people I met on the property were very nice.

My daughter and I had a great mother/daughter weekend. The place was clean and cozy. The location was beautiful on the water. Pamela was great at corresponding with any of our needs. There were plenty of items for our 4 days. All we needed was our personal items and toothbrush. Publix and even Wal-mart was very close by. We will definitely come back another time.

The cabin was nice. Everything is like new. Having a dock to keep your boat and to fish off of was an important reason for the booking. Owner, who lives on site, was very nice and did everything he could to make sure you were taken care of. I would recommend this place.

Carmen Cottage is a beautiful rental property, like Pamela mention in her description relaxing, peaceful and late back. Pamela is a wonderful person that will do her best to make your stay memorable, also the people in the area are wonderful people as well. My husband and I will like to go back as much time as GOD allows us to do so. Carmen Cottage is close and distance to everything like Publix, Walgreens, excellent restaurants etc., but very close to nature, including the riverfront which makes the place an excellent place to relax.
