Dieses schöne Haus am Strand ist wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Der Wohnbereich ist geräumig und verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV, 1 Videorecorder, 1 DVD-Player und eine Stereoanlage. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören eine Frühstücksbar mit 2 Barhockern, ein Esstisch für 6 Personen und ein Hochstuhl. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse zum Sonnendeck, eine überdachte Veranda im hinteren Bereich, eine Außendusche und einen Abstellraum für Gäste. Die voll ausgestattete Küche beinhaltet alle erwarteten Geräte. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Smart-TV und das Haus verfügt über kabelloses Internet. Die Bettwäsche in diesem Haus bietet Platz für fast alle Gäste. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Queensize-Bett, während die restlichen zwei Schlafzimmer jeweils 2 Einzelbetten haben. Nice house, great location, would book again

Great location and a lovely home with all needed amenities. Only minor issues with cleanliness when we checked in, multiple hand prints on the front door and furniture on the screened in porch could have been cleaned. That being said we can’t wait to return next year!

Fantastic getaway home!
Property was very clean and inviting upon our arrival. Perfect for a quick getaway for three friends. It has a well stocked kitchen (Crock Pot, blender, Keurig and Mr. Coffee plus lots of glassware, serving dishes, silverware) and several sitting areas (both inside and outside) for guests to spread out including a hammock downstairs. It's a quick walk to the beach and close to the main pier. Note: If you plan to use the grill - It is similar to one you would find in a public park.

We enjoyed our stay. Great island. The home endured hours of 60-70 mph straight line winds, with gusts of 90 mph. Not so much as a creek inside the home. No damage to siding or shingles. Minor screen damage. Very well constructed home! Nearby island had more issues secondary to small dunes. Sunset has large, very healthy dunes. Makes a huge difference in a storm. We want to book for two weeks next year. Thank you!

This rental was better than I imagined. Perfect for wife and I along with our daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. Kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities you could want/need. Great Rental!

Great stay!
House was great, very clean and well-stocked. Beautiful beach was a short walk away. We really appreciated the little touches like labels on the light switches and charging cubes on the nightstands.

Great property with all the necessary amenities. Not far to the beach and easy access to main street and back streets. Plenty of room in the house with a great hammock and lounge area downstairs.

Well equipped and furnished beach house an 8-minute walk to beach
This house is the perfect size for a family and is so well furnished and equipped! It’s a bit of a walk to the beach especially for little ones or the elderly, but certainly not unreasonable for most folks. During COVID19 we were concerned about cleanliness, and were very pleased that it seemed spotless! The kitchen has pretty much anything you could ask for and there were more cleaning supplies and paper products than usual in a beach rental.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was immaculate. It came completely furnished with everything you need and the location is convenient to the beach and shopping! We will be back, thank you fo having us :)

The information on VRBO was very easy to book. I didn't like the 10 am check out, would have been easier if it was even an hour later

Beautiful, cozy seaside oasis.
Everything was great, the house was beautiful and so perfectly described via the listing. My family and I will definitely be back! Sunset beach is one of our most favorite destinations.

Best rental property experience overall
The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The owners have fully stocked the house with all of your cooking needs and the labels on where things should go and which light switch operates which light, etc are very thoughtful touches.
Our only complaint was that the tv's in 3 of the rooms are VERY small, which brought on much heartache for the teenagers as they couldn't hook up their game system or watch tv comfortably. 2 of them are only the size of a tablet.
The keyless entry is a great idea but we had to call for service twice as they weren't working properly and locked us out of the house.
Another issue we had was that we didn't realize linens were not included and we're quite surprised when we arrived and had to scramble to get some rented or purchased. It would be better to highlight & bold that info at the top of the contract to ensure that renters are aware.
Hoping to possibly rent the property again next year.

Nice & Close to the Beach!
The home was extremely clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach! Just a few minute walk to the beach. House was well maintained, internet worked, and was also able to watch some Netflix at night. Home is well lighted from the skylights throughout. Would recommend to anyone considering Sunset Beach!

Cute and Comfy! Perfect!
This was our second trip to Sunset Beach and our second vacation rental and everything was great! The home is adorably decorated in a very beachy theme, very clean and well stocked kitchen with all the gadgets you need. Easy beach access right down the street and I enjoyed relaxing on the screened in front porch the most! I would highly recommend this home for its affordability, location and comfort.

Great House and Location
We had such a special week while staying at this house. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could need for cooking. Maybe some of the dishes/pots needed some washing prior to use but otherwise the house beautiful. Clean and well maintained. The outside shower was a favorite for the family as well.

really nice home on a great street
This home is lovely and on a nice quiet street that leads directly to the beach. The home was perfect this past week for our family of five. We enjoyed the home, the cozy family room and screened in porch. We made most of our meals at home and found what we needed. Sloan Realty helps to manage the home and they were very responsive to a couple of minor fixes that the home needed (e.g. screen door needed fixing). There was plenty of beach toys and a beach cart in the visitor's closet to share which was fun for the kids and the outdoor was shower was great. The beach is really lovely and generally quiet with families and couples. The water temperature was wonderful however it did rain once a day based on the time of year we went. I would recommend this home!
