Dieses schöne und geräumige 2800 m² große Haus liegt nur 20 Minuten vom Skigebiet Wolf Creek und nur Minuten von South Fork entfernt. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im Obergeschoss und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Queensize-Bett und ein Badezimmer in voller Größe. Das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Treppe hinunter mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Doppelbett und einem Badezimmer. Die beiden zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss: eines mit einem Queensize-Bett und das andere mit einem Etagenbett, Queen am unteren Rand und Twin am oberen Rand. Das dritte Badezimmer befindet sich zwischen diesen Schlafzimmern. Alle Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind möbliert. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich in der beheizten Garage. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Das Achterdeck bietet Ihnen viel Platz, um nach draußen zu gehen, sich in den Whirlpool zu setzen und die Aussicht zu genießen. Dies ist ein haustierfreundliches Zuhause.

The property was beautiful, well-kept, and had plenty of space for everyone! We enjoyed the hot tub and the large communal spaces in the kitchen and living area.
The only downside was that the property advertised a fenced-in yard for the dogs, but the yard was no longer fenced so we had to keep the dogs on-leash.

We enjoyed the lodge. We came for a family funeral. It was relaxing and homelike afterwards. Nice location plenty of room and traveling a long distance our dog had to come and was comfy, read policy. Luckily he is a service dog in training so keeping off furniture was no problem. We would rent again.

Great place. Cute neighborhood in south forke. We skid wolf creek with friends and used this as home base. Kitchen was well stocked. We could have used more bath towels, otherwise no complaints. Beds are comfy in the downstairs. A little soft upstairs according to our friends who slept up there. We had a great time.

Our family loves to spend Christmas in Colorado. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Ponderosa Pines. The location was close to WolfCreek Ski area. Driving was great. The roads were maintained. It snowed 5 inches while we were there and we were cautious about the drive but it was a beautiful drive to the ski area and to Pagosa Springs. The house is comfy and cozy. The wildlife was exciting to watch. We had a momma and her fawn greet us every morning. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, two car garage. Everything was so nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This was our third time renting this property. It’s beautiful, cozy and quiet. The hot tub was a nice break after the days’ activities. We will stay here as often as we can.

This was a wonderful stay for our 2 families of 4. Plenty of space to be outside, share meals together and relax. 2 great primary suites plus plenty of space for kids to be together (or separate) as needed. Great kitchen, lovely back patio.
Minor issue with no key in the lock box but the owner answered the call immediately and got us inside right away.

Beautiful house that was a comfortable stay for my family of 4, my parents and our dogs. The patio is large and shaded, and listening to the wind blow through the pines was lovely. Thank you for sharing your home! I would definitely book again!

4th time staying here overall excellent experience each stay. New back porch concrete slab and roofing is excellent year round addition. Should update listing with new pictures. Improvements needed are new back screen door off kitchen and new oven as existing oven does not heat with accuracy on bake setting. Would stay again

Only complaint is the floors felt gritty so no one felt comfortable without shoes.

We spent 2 nights in this wonderful home and really enjoyed our time here. The house is very spacious with a cozy living room and very large kitchen. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing too. Location was within easy proximity to restaurants and a quick ride to Wolf Creek Ski Resort.
One call-out I have is that the amenities says "fenced yard" and photos show a fenced area; however, the fence has been removed. We brought our dogs with us and expected to have a fenced area they could spend time in. Not a huge deal though, but something to know if you are counting on the fence.

cleaning crew left before they finished. We arrived to find a bucket and mop in the middle of the kitchen floor. Unfolded towels and basket were on the dining room table. Kitchen bar etc. needed cleaning before we could use them. Loved the setup of the house and the backyard. Kids had fun playing in the snow after skiing. Nice arrangement.

House needs some repairs. Back door will not close properly, drawer next to stovetop is n kitchen will not open and is missing the pull handle, light in ceiling fan in bedroom next to kitchen will not turn on. But…new deck and balcony is amazing and the grill is a great addition.

This vrbo was so beautiful, homey, and comfortable for our annual family get away. The hosts made sure all our needs were met. A nice new grill, hot tub clean and ready to use, decorated beautifully and very clean with nice beds. We will be back and highly recommend to other families.

The pictures don’t show the updated deck and balcony which were by far our favorite feature! We spent every night out on the deck and can’t say enough about how nice it was. The hot tub was awesome and the beds were comfy! Just be aware you can’t ride your OHV’s out of this neighborhood. That’s the only thing keeping us from booking here again.

Perfect stay!
We came here for a wedding. This was a beautiful accommodation for our stay. The kitchen cupboards were fully stocked with any pot or pan needed. The owner was readily available for any questions. Very enjoyable visit! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Such a nice place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our only “issue” if you can even call it that, was the backyard dog area in the pictures had the fence taken down. The view was gorgeous. The deck was beautiful! But our picky pup doesn’t like pottying on a leash, so that was a little inconvenient. Beyond that, the property was very nice, clean, quiet, and the view was beautiful! We would definitely stay here again, but we will work with our puppy on her leash training ;)

The tankless hit water is nice as we never ran out of hot water with all of us bathing and the hot tub was nice and hot to soak in after a day of skiing. House was beautiful and well decorated. We enjoyed our stay! We were all very comfortable with nice amenities that a family would want or need. Bedding was great. Deer are very domesticated and will walk up you on your porch. Remember to bring toilet paper and Kleenex because seems to be not well stocked for an extended stay. Ice maker doesn’t produce hardly any ice in a 24 hour period so grab a bag before heading up. Other than these simple things we will definitely try to book again.
