There was no Hot water in the morning, very very poor. No adapters to charge your phone, requested 1, never came

Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Poor communication, booked this property sent to another, despite advising booked this property. No communication on entry codes new location, no WiFi code provided in room or in messages. Loadshedding an issue but at least have WiFi set up on back up power. No light over door. Looked like a building site still, so possibly better once finished and cleaned up. Owner ultimately admitted I should have been at original property but did not offer an apology or offer to transfer me back to correct property. Service failure recovery needs addressing.

The spacious room and privacy. I want that particular room everytime I book in, because they definitely won my heart. They are not affected by loadshedding, and they got Netflix 😍

Parking was a bit of a squeeze but we eventually managed to fit the SUV into the allocated parking.

The staff that met us was very hostile.Did not greet us and locked us out of the gate.Only until we called the owner she came to see if she can assist.She was unwelcome and rude for guests who just arrived from a long trip and did nothing to provoke her.

The host was horrible to us,she was short with us and irritable.We booked the place because of the ratings but unfortunately we were met with a totally different picture.Will never recommend it.

The space was clean and neat. The environment is nice and quiet. It helped be able to be productive and sleep peacefully. I will definitely come back.

I had a minor issue with the television set. Hence I had to find other means of entertainment. It wasn’t a train smash though

The apartment was good and clean

The automatic switch of the kitchen lights they turn off so quick in less than a minute.in order to keep it on you must move,it's very disturbing especially when you are eating it goes off now and then.
