Very scenic location just off of Dillon's reservoir. We were able to walk to and from the amphitheater on a bike path. Very serene, very enjoyable. I hope to be able to visit their frequently.

The condo is very comfortable. More than enough dishes, glassware, and cookware. I especially loved the extra sink in the bedroom. I loved that there is dedicated parking in the underground garage but walking up the 32 steps was very difficult for me.

Property location was great as we had people skiing at different locations. Easy to get to and close to stores and shopping. Property was comfortable and fit three of us perfectly. Michael answered my questions quickly. We will consider this location again.

We had a wonderful time here. Lake and Mountain View’s were beautiful. Easy access to the highway, activities and trails for 4x4 . Would stay again!

Nice and clean. Needed more towels, as only 2 and 2 washcloths for a place that sleeps four. Simple, clean and bright. Couch bed was very comfortable.

Condo was super quiet & private, located at the end of building on top floor. We used hot tub & laundry facilities, had all to ourselves! Location is perfect, we’ve staying in Frisco twice but now love Dillion, much quieter. Condo was well equipped, if I had to be picky would have loved to have a large throw blanket & luggage rack! We had a great stay! Thanks again!

We love this place. We have chosen to stay here several times and are never disappointed. The condo is super clean and well appointed, and there us a million-dollar view out the large patio door/windows and the deck. A nice patio set and gas grill on the airy deck are a big plus. We bring our own kayaks and bikes. We can be on the water or the bike path in one minute. Absolutely amazing. Easy walking access to the Dillon farmers market and shows at the amphitheater. Oener Michael is a super-host who wants his guests to have a great stay. Come to this East Bay condo - you won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed the view from the deck the most. Beds were comfy and we had what we need. All except cooler temperatures. We could have used a fan in the main living area.

Views of Lake Dillon from the deck made these flatlanders smile every moment of the stay. While not within walking distance of all of the Dillon amenities, the bike path is at the front door, and the lake is at the back door. The condo is well-equipped and well-maintained with everything for a comfortable stay at the top of the world. One small thing ... if you're bringing bikes, like we did, keep in mind that the condo is up three flights from the garage. But this didn't at all reduce our approval of this stay. It's well worth it.

We enjoyed everything about this condo. The outdoors is a little outdated, but once you go inside, everything is updated and the bed is one of the most comfortable we have slept in. After long days exploring and hiking, the bed was beyond perfect. Micheal, the owner was amazing at communicating,, even months before our stay and although we had a hiccup in our travel plans due to flight cancellations, he was so patient and communicative. We are already making plans to come back next year. Dillon is the center and perfect spot to explore other areas like Breckenride, Vail, and Frisco, which were all new to us. Everything you need for your stay is provided. We didn't want to leave.

Everything was as pictured and described in the listing. Neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Lots of kitchen accessories if you want to cook your own meals. I definitely recommend!

Really easy to get to from I-70 and all of the local towns, ski areas and hiking trails are easily accessible as well. It's a quiet neighborhood also. We loved the view from the deck. Owner was VERY responsive to what little needs we had. Highly recommend for a couple looking to stay in the area.

My husband and I loved this weekend getaway for our anniversary. Staying in this Dillon condo made it much easier, more relaxing, and enjoyable. We sipped our coffee and ate some tasty local pastries on the condo balcony while enjoying the beautiful lake view each morning. We soaked in the hot tub each night, watching the stars, and had the hot tub to ourselves most of the time. We walked to the Dillon marina. One afternoon we rented kayaks and explored the lake and the little islands. Another morning we rented bikes and rode down from Vail Pass to Frisco and around the lake. Everything we wanted to do was close by this condo. Next door neighbors were home this weekend, but we never heard them. It was so quiet; much quieter than staying in a hotel. The layout of the condo is smart. The master bedroom is just inside the front door and by the walkway on the outside of the condo. But this condo is an end unit, so no one walks by the master bedroom window and it feels very private. The pine tree just outside the master bedroom window also adds more beauty and privacy. Because it’s an end unit, there is an extra window by the kitchen table that lets in more light and views of the lake. The kitchen was fully stocked with dish ware, glassware, and condiments. Also included were some acrylic glasses we used to bring some wine down to the hot tub. The condo was clean. We had all the instructions we needed to check in, check out, and explore all the fun local restaurants and attractions. Communication with Michael was easy and quick. This was a great experience!

We did leave a note about the property,1) deck screen door not working 2) afternoon sun to bright could use an umbrella on the deck. The property was very good for our short vacation stop.

This condo was everything as advertised! Sitting on Lake Dillon with beautiful views of the lake and the mountains it was exactly what we were looking for in our accommodations. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. A quick walk around the lake puts you in the marina. No need to drive! It’s a beautiful place to get away and breathe in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. The Club room has a sauna and spa. A wonderful place to soak with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

The condo was perfect, size, amenities and location. The owner Michael was great and easy to communicate with. We will for sure look to go back.

There wasn’t a part of our stay we didn’t enjoy. The view was incredible. It was the perfect location, close to everything we wanted or needed. An added bonus was how comfortable the bed was! We stayed in early July and it would cool off enough at night to use the hot tub...just something to keep in mind for other summer travelers! We don’t typically visit the same place twice, but we will definitely be back. I can’t talk it up enough!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo, restaurants, bars and hiking are all within walking distance. The condo is on the Dillon-Keystone bike/hike trail! Perfect location and perfect condo. We are already starting our plans for next year and hope to get back into Micheals Condo. Thanks for everything Micheal, it truly was a wonderful condo.
