Nice condo in great location. The most peaceful area we have ever stayed. Relaxing weekend!

We had a great stay. The place was a good size and was clean. We liked that we had our own pool to use as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Home was very clean and well stocked. Great communication from the owners and they worked with our special request. Only regret is that I didn’t bring my golf clubs!

The condo was nice and access to the local area was good. The long drive to places like Folley Beach was crowded and the wait long, but we left and went back at 5:00 PM and it was easy. We enjoyed our stay. Local food is great.

This condo was great! We went for a quick birthday weekend and we’re not disappointed. The view off the porch was beautiful and the sunsets were gorgeous. The abundance of wildlife had to be our favorite. We will definitely be back in the future!

None of us had ever been in the marshes before so it was a very nice change of pace. Host was great.

Condo was clean and just as expected based on the listing. This was our fifth year at Seabrook and we couldn't fit in 6/7nights this year like most places require so I am glad we were able to find the condo to rent for a 4 night stay. It was plenty spacious for our family of 5.

We had a great time with a guys trip to the PGA. Kids loved the bunkbeds and everything was well stocked. The mattress was not the most comfortable in the owners suite but I think over all we would come back.

Looks for a weekend getaway in Charleston. Wanted something peaceful within a short drive to the city. Discovered SeaBrook Island and it was exactly what was expected. Didn’t hear a vehicle nor any other people during our stay. The property owners were extremely generous and went above and beyond to make our stay great. 5 stars all the way!! Definitely hope to visit again.

Much needed quiet and relaxing weekend with my wife!

This is a great property with beautiful view of the marsh in South Carolina's low country, and there is easy access to beach and pool. Property manager was quick to communicate and very helpful.

We always love beautiful Seabrook! This quiet condo had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of room, and a lovely marsh view from the screened porch. The nearby pool was very nice and we saw wonderful wildlife as we biked to the beach.

We had a great stay—too short—we really enjoyed the screened porch—if we hadn’t had so few days we might have spent an entire day there just watching the marsh.

The condo is on/overlooking the marsh, has a screened porch fr / l r & mbr that opens to a shady retreat among the live oaks , Spanish moss. Particularly interesting were the sounds the marshes made as the tides came in and out - a poping as the water filled & drained from holes in the mud. Seabrook, too, is gorgeous - lush,flat, great for biking & pets & the beaches beautiful . Would highly reccomend a stay here to anyone!

A clean condo with very nice accommodating owners!

Accommodations were excellent. Place was clean, roomy, & comfortable.

We stayed at Jason and Charlotte's place for 5 nights. Jason was quick to respond to a couple questions when we first checked in (where to park, wifi -- all good). Everything was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Quiet with very little traffic, and a great view of the marsh from the balcony. We loved sitting on the balcony for breakfast. There's room for at least four with a table and ceiling fan. When we return to Seabrook Island, we'll definitely stay here again!

Jason is very responsive and flexible. We like the community very much. Tennis courts cross the street are big bonus.

Very enjoyable, very comfortable. My only suggestions: light bulbs brighter than those in the lamp next to the living room's sofa; more detailed TV operating instructions: I spent considerable time attempting to watch the NCAA Basketball games and was successful but was unaware how I succeeded in doing so. I enjoyed my stay and would rent the unit again.

Great location, the condo is very clean and cozy. Beds were comfy. Easy to contact the owners. We will definitely stay here again. It felt like we were staying at a friends house. We wanted to take care of it so they would let us use it again :)

What a great experience with our vacation rental! THe condo was nicely updated and very easy to locate thanks to Jason's detailed directions and responsiveness. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to call home for their vacation. Seabrook is very laid back and great for easy going vacations. The owners were great to work with and we look forward to our next trip down.

Nice basic condo in the tennis section of the island. Unfortunately WAAYYY too far from the beach for our tastes - I should have figured that out before. You have to drive - too far to walk or even bike with a lot of equipment. Condo is very clean, plenty of bed space, kitchen reasonably well equipped (although you really need a real coffee pot! That Keurig thing was not good - I just bought iced coffee for the week), and lots of beach items (chairs, towels, fishing poles, coolers). The front porch is nice, and view of the marsh peaceful. The fan over the sitting area kept the bugs away. We could never get the TV in the bunk bedroom to work, but the main TV and master BR worked fine. Wifi is very convenient. Thank you for letting us stay!

We had a great time at Seabrook Island! The villa was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the covered balcony (which has a nice ceiling fan), that looks over the marsh! We watched a storm roll in one evening and the next morning sat and watched all the wildlife as we ate breakfast (some really cool birds including 2 limpkins)! Then our last morning we went and watched loggerhead turtle babies start their amazing journey! The owner, Jason was quick to respond to any questions we had. My only critique would be that it would be helpful to have a basic guide for the condo with info on the TV's like, what channels are available, is there a DVD player, how to work the one in the bedroom etc. Also, is there wifi, and if so what the password is. Oh! and it could have the exact check out procedure (we were in a huge hurry to see the baby turtles so we winged it! Lol). I'm sure if I texted Jason about any of these things he would have responded immediately, but didn't want to keep bothering him! Again, overall had a great time! (And must have done the right thing for check out, because the very next day he sent my damage deposit back)! Thanks

This condo was the perfect find for our family vacation. The pictures do not do justice to how fresh and new the place was. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was wonderful to have a washer and dryer. The secondary room and full size bunk beds which was great for the kids and much roomer than a twin. The master was also very roomy with a walkout to the deck which was also very large with marsh views. The condo is a very short drive to the beach, it was maybe 2 miles which wasn't bad at all and it was nice being on the island. The owner said were also excellent to work. I asked lots of questions and they were always very patient and quick to respond. This was our first trip to Seabrook and a wonderful memory for our family. The beach wasn't overcrowded and there wasn't ever much of a current the water was always pretty calm which was great for little ones. Bohicket Marina was fantastic. We went to all the activities there and they really do a great job for the kids. We also did the pirates of Charleston tour which was also a great activity for the kids. We heard great music at fresh fields village...I could go on and on. Seabrook is great for a relaxing vacation or there is plenty you can find to do. This vacation was wonderful and I would recommend this condo and Seabrook to anyone looking for a fun family getaway!!
