Kommen Sie, genießen und entspannen Sie sich in dieser schönen, offenen Villa mit Meerblick, 1 Minute zu Fuß oder 50 Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Lassen Sie sich von unserem weißen Sand und unberührten klaren Wasserstränden, umgeben von tropischer Natur und vielen Kokospalmen, begeistern. Unser Strand ist fast privat, niemals voller Menschen. Lassen Sie sich von Yani, unserer wunderbaren Köchin / Haushälterin, die täglich von 8.00 bis 17.00 Uhr in die Villa kommt, mit köstlichen Speisen verwöhnen. Sie kann Ihre Wäsche waschen und pflegt das Haus immer sehr sauber. Villa Mo ist ein Familienbetrieb mit 3 sehr großen Schlafzimmern mit vielen Fenstern und 3. 5 Badezimmern. Alle unsere Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage, zwei Deckenventilatoren, begehbarer Kleiderschrank und Badezimmer. Wir haben auch ein Innen-Wohnzimmer und eine große Terrasse im Freien mit herrlichem Meerblick, Innen- und Außen Esszimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, privater Pool, Terrasse und Terrasse. Von den Schlafzimmern in der Villa, von den Terrassen und der Küche aus können Sie die Wellen des Ozeans sehen und hören. Die Villa Mo verfügt im Residencial El Portillo ganzjährig rund um die Uhr über private Sicherheitsdienste. Es ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern, Paare, Gruppen. Vor der Villa ist unser Strand ein großartiger Ort für Kitesurfer. Sie können sich freuen oder einfach nur unterhalten, wenn Sie den Kitesurfern beim Sprung ins Wasser zuschauen oder Privatunterricht nehmen, den die Schulen zu bieten haben. Wir sind 5 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Las Terrenas Stadt. Es ist einfach, sich mit dem Auto oder Taxi zu bewegen und andere wunderschöne Strände in der Nähe zu besuchen, wie Las Ballenas Strand in Las Terrenas, Coson, Playa Bonita, Las Galeras, Playa Rincón und andere Attraktionen wie La Cascada del Limon (Limon Wasserfälle- 15 Minuten entfernt), Zip Lines, Ausflüge zu unserem Naturpark Los Haitises und Walbeobachtung (Jan-Apr). We spent a fantastic week at Villa Mo. The estate is very well maintained and the villa is spotlessly clean. You are only 50 m from a great kitesurfing beach. The best part of our stay were three meals prepared daily and the wonderful service of the entire staff. Monica is a great host and I highly recommend Villa Mo for a family vacation. You will not be disappointed.

My family had a wonderful week at Villa Mo - what an amazing place! It was our first time visiting the Dominican Republic and Monica was so helpful in planning our stay, arranging excursions and transportation and advising us on the area. Can't say enough good things about Yani and Mary who keep the villa immaculate and prepared delicious meals for us - we felt so spoiled! Would recommend Villa Mo for a relaxing, comfortable, delicious vacation in a tropical paradise!

Monica's villa is even more beautiful in person. Our group of four had plenty of room to spread out, and the food that Yannis cooked was absolutely incredible (don't miss out on her fish tacos). Monica's apartment is connected to the Villa but she has a separate door and separate living area from the villa. She was incredibly helpful during our stay, and made arranging travel, outings, and food easy and stress-free. We will certainly be back!

Gorgeous house with a great location. Just a few steps from the beach. Monica was an excellent host, very attentive, communicative and always willing to help.
Yani(the housekeeper) is described by the owner as the most valuable resource of this property and she really is. We had excellent meals at the house prepared by her. She also mantains the Villa very clean.
Overall, it is a very beautiful and quiet place. I recommend it 100%.

We had a great stay at Villa Mo. The house is spacious and even though we were a large group, we never felt crowded. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The beach was amazing- crystal clear, calm waters perfect for families with young children. Communication with Monica, our host, was excellent. Yani, is a great cook and very attentive. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning. Thank you!

A place to relax
We were 3 adults, 2 children and 2 teenagers. House super clean. There were always 2 maids doing the cleaning and cooking. Food was delicious, we didn’t have to go anywhere else to eat. House is steps to a very quite and gorgeous beach . There are no resorts close by (closest one was about a mile away). Our trip was intended to relax. It was perfect for that. The pool, even though is small, is fenomenal to have after a day at the beach. Groceries could be delivered easily. I suggest renting a car is Las Terrenas (we paid $250 for 5 days) because there is not much besides a great restaurant (Porto) nearby to walk to. And taxis can be pretty expensive. If you want to walk to places, don’t stay at this house… stay in Las Terrenas. Very crowded there though! Monica, the owner was very reachable at anytime of the day. We communicated instantly through WhatsApp. The Wi-Fi was decent. Doesn’t work very well upstairs.
We rented a boat to go see other beaches, but didn’t find them any better than the one we were staying.
Overall it was a great vacation for our family and we would return to the same spot. The only reason I gave 4 stars to location is because it is located 2,5 hours from the airport. We had a taxi driver lined up waiting for us. But once you arrive at the house it is like paradise. Steps from the beach.

The beach is quiet, no waves , you can snorkel (we did with our own things)! You can walk the beach for miles n miles . We did an excursion, ATV n it was awesome , everyone loved it !!! We will love (and hope for ) that we can come back again !!!

Nos encantó la villa, los jardines, la playa, el lugar, todo era perfecto!!! Mónica y su marido muy amables, muy atentos y Yani muy servicial, a nuestra disposición, siempre alegre con una sonrisa en el rostro!!! También teníamos una cuenta abierta directamente del Minimarket, qué nos pareció genial, no nos faltó nada!!! Seguro que volveremos!!!

A Very Relaxing Vacation
We recently returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Mo. While the Midwest was fighting through a blizzard, we were enjoying sunny days and cool breezes at night! Villa Mo is a wonderful, clean, comfortable home! Monica, the owner, makes sure that your visit is perfect. She works hard beforehand by grocery shopping and even made a flan dessert for us! Yanni, the chef/housekeeper, also works hard to make sure everything is enjoyable! She is an excellent cook! Our days were spent relaxing by the pool or one of the patio areas, or walking down to the nearby beach. We were all impressed by the comfortable, high quality furniture. The 3 master bedrooms are large and well furnished. Monica is the owner of a nearby Bodega which made it very convenient to order groceries or drinks to be delivered! One night the groundskeeper made a bonfire on the beach. It was awesome! I highly recommend this property to anyone who needs a relaxing vacation!

We spent 10 days in Jan. 2019 at Villa Mo. We were 4 adults and 2 small children. The villa was very confortable with large, airy bedrooms, a variety of open air eating and sitting areas, a large yard and a small pool that was great for the kids. Janni the cook made us delicious meals and did all the cleaning. She was great....always pleasant, helpful and friendly.
A short walk to miles of the most beautiful beach with hardly anyone there. Calm water great for swimming with the kids.
Overall a very relaxing, scenic and secure holiday venue. Grandparents, parents and children all enjoyed it immensely.
There are some renovations underway at some of the nearby villas but this did not disturb us.
We can recommend Villa Mo highly especially for families.

Delighting and relaxing days in Caribbean Paradise
We spent two wonderful weeks with different family members of all ages at Villa Mo.
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, quiet, clean and well-maintained Villa. The property offers a lot of different facilities and uncountable places to relax, swim, snorkel, go for a walk nearby.
The City Center of Las Terrenas is not far away, but we preferred staying at our quiet Caribbean Paradise. We only went there for shopping.
We appreciated very much that the owners of the Villa live in a separate part of the house and that they have a lovely house-keeper. She is very friendly and helpful and apart of this a very, very good cook! -We loved her food and only went out for dinner once, as we liked her food so much.
The owners run a small Supermarket just a five minutes walk away from the Villa, witch is very helpful if you want to buy small things.
We can highly recommend the property because of its beauty, safety and modern interior design. The beach, witch is very close to the property, is very beautiful, clean and quiet.

Just a perfect spot for a Family Beach Vacation, where you can truly relax and enjoy
We just got back from a 2 week-long stay at Villa Mo with our extended family (6 adults and 5 kids from 2 – 13 years old) and everybody truly enjoyed this vacation. Every day was better than the last, we did not want to go home….
We loved the open concept setting with the different outdoor space and terraces, the house is nicely decorated, and the kids loved to play in the pool and in the large garden and everybody enjoyed the incredible beach, that is 1-minute walk away. Often in the afternoon we walked with the kids for an ice-cream to the close by store “La Bodega” and almost daily used the service to have things we need delivered to the front door, very convenient!! Monica is a great host, she goes out of her way to make sure your stay is perfect.
The soul of the house is Yani, her cooking is outstanding and always there to help out with a big smile on her face. YOU HAVE TO TRY HER COCUNT-CURRY!!!! We repeated this dish like 4 times during our stay, with fresh fish, shrimp and lobster that we got directly fresh out of the water at the Fish-market that takes place daily at the beach in Las Terrenas, great truly fresh products and great experience…
We can’t wait to go back, hopefully soon!!!

A beautiful, cosy home for the ideal beach getaway
A cozy home that welcomes you from the very first moment! Fully equipped with all the necessities to make your stay relaxed and stress free. A short 1 minute stroll puts you at the perfect beach to enjoy the tranquil blue water, maybe some snorkeling or paddle boarding.
The in-house service is very experienced, great cook and discreet. Need some last minute ingredients for your dinner or breakfast? Ice for your piña coladas?.......La Bodega will deliver it to the front door! Amazing Service!

Villa Mo estuvo increíble. Muy buen espacio, tanto en las salas y patio como en las habitaciones. Todo super limpio, y lo mejor es que proveen toallas de baño y de playa, lo cual permite empacar más ligero. La playa está justo al frente de la Villa, a un minuto caminando, y es una de las mejores playas en las que he estado. Fui con un grupo de 10 personas y en ningún momento tuvimos inconvenientes, al contrario, todo fue sencillo y fácil. Definitivamente recomendado!

Precioso lugar, tranquilo, excelentes atenciones, casa limpia y acogedora. Muy cerca de la playa. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Todo funcionó a la perfección. Solo tengo una observación: Deben fumigar por unos pocos mayes y mosquitos.

A beautiful open concept setting that let us enjoy the outdoors from every room. The villa is simply but superbly decorated to allow relaxation and fun. Kitchen is well stocked with everything one could need. The same can be said of the accomodations... anything we needed was available. We gladly surrendered all food preparation to trusted villa staff and were rewarded with delicious food ad well as free time to enjoy the setting. The grounds crew was helpful and accomodating. The beach is a very short walk away. We had reservations about the status of the property so soon after hurricane Maria but the property was in pristine condition.
I would return to Villa Mo in a heartbeat.

Perfect hospitality
Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed a vacation together at Villa Mo. We stayed a week, and every day was better than the last. Three generations found something to suit their tastes, with very helpful advice from Monica. My 3yr old daughter loved the coconuts and coral, my cousins were thrilled with the excursion by boat to nearby caves, and my favorite activity was relaxing by the private pool. The adventurous can kite-surf at the beach nearby, early risers can watch stunning sunrises on the sand, and the whole family can enjoy the crystal-clear water and gentle waves. Monica is so warm and friendly, and she always knows who to call for anything you might need, including a taxi to town, and recommendations for shops and restaurants. Para mi familia, Villa Mo forma parte ya de nuestras vidas. Allí nos sentimos recibidos como parte de su familia cada vez que visitamos. Las atenciones de sus propietarios, asi como del servicio es excelente, siempre con una sonrisa en sus rostros. Una de las mejores playas justo en el frente de la casa, para disfrutar en familia. Cada vez que llega la hora de irnos, ya estamos pensando cuando será la próxima oportunidad para volver.

We just got back from a week-long stay at Villa Mo and I have to say this is the best family vacation we’ve had to date. My husband and I (along with our 5 teenagers) couldn’t believe how lucky we are to have found this home. Read all the wonderful reviews because they are all true – the house, location, safety/security, privacy, beach, proximity to town, host (Monica) and cook/housekeeper (Yani), etc. The home is a 200-step/1-minute walk to the almost private beach. The beach cove is located between the all-inclusive Bahia Principe Resort El Portillo to the right, and Coson beach to the left. Entrance to the El Limon Waterfalls is just a 15-minute drive. This is the first vacation I’ve had wherein I could honestly say I’m 100% fully rested!

We visited Villa Mo for a week and we LOVED IT!
We could relax, my kids enjoy the sorrounding nature. My 5 y.o. boy loved doing horse backrinding.
The maids were very helfull, and their food is the BEST EVER! They even helped with my 8month baby!
I could enjoy the pool and beach, to come back to have our meal and house done!!
I totally recomend it.
We tried a "Morir sonando" (like a special milkshake) for breakfast that we loved!
I recomend going to "El limon" waterfalls. Is a gorgeus place to visit, although you finish been exhausted.
We also took the tour to visit los Haitises, and were able to see the WHALES!!!
We are planing coming back again!
