Der offene Wohn- / Essbereich im Obergeschoss eignet sich perfekt, um mit Freunden oder der Familie eine Mahlzeit zu genießen. Genießen Sie Ihren eigenen Raum mit einem separaten Schlaf- / Badezimmerbereich im Erdgeschoss. Das 3. Zimmer befindet sich neben dem 2. Schlafzimmer (allerdings auf einer niedrigeren Ebene) und teilt sich ein Hauptbad, das sich im 2. Schlafzimmer befindet. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie das 2. Unsere Garage wurde in ein sehr lustiges Spielzimmer umgebaut, das eine Billard- / Tischtennisplatte, Darts und eine Tastatur enthält (vorübergehend wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen).
Es gibt Aktivitäten, die jeden interessieren, vom Schwimmen über Weintouren, Wandern, Radfahren, Kajakfahren, Spielen in unserer Garage bis hin zu den unzähligen Top-Restaurants der Stadt. Der historische Platz von Healdsburg ist ein großartiger Ort, um Ihren Tag bei einer Tasse Kaffee zu beginnen oder um ihn mit einem Besuch in einem der vielen Weinverkostungsräume und Restaurants zu beenden.

Was a great time staying at the home for a getaway
Only negative was the stairs with a daughter with a fractured ankle. She accomplished this with great finesse!
The VRBO home was gorgeous with every comfort taken care of. We would come and stay again!

The property is located on a hillside, however the road in is narrow with a drop off. We arrived at the property and were told to park by a utility pole. Said pole is on the road. We had a large vehicle that prohibited emergency vehicles to pass which would result in tickets or tow. The turn around area is not as described and we didn’t feel safe access the home or parking our vehicle on the side of the road (not much side as the road has eroded.) we decided it was not safe and left the location. The owner would not refund. Certainly something to consider as both Vrbo and the owner did not have concern for our safety. Book with caution.

The perfect cottage for a family or friends! Nez and Brent’s home offers cozy areas to gather for games, meals and conversation. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed and nicely updated, the beds are all very comfortable, and the playroom is a fun getaway!
The drive into Healdsburg is a quick 10 minutes, surrounded by wineries and about an hour from the breathtaking Sonoma Coast State Park with redwood forests and quaint towns in between.

The house is cozy and cute. Very well stocked kitchen, better than most. The stairs to get up to the house were a bit challenging with all the things we had to bring for Christmas. It's out the river a ways and very quiet.

Lovely home tucked into the side of a mountain. An easy drive to Healdsburg. Clean, incredibly well stocked, hiking trails outside the door. We had a wonderful stay.

This place looks even better than the photos! We loved the location being so close to Downtown Healdsburg but was in a quiet setting up in the hills! Our hosts were so welcoming and responsive. Would definitely recommend this property for a family or group of friends!

We had a great time at this property. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The house was clean and well-stocked. It was within 10-15 minutes to anything we needed during our stay and very conveniently located for the sites and activities that we chose to do.

We had a wonderful stay in the house. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms are very well set up. The deck is lovely. Renters should be aware that the twin bedroom is only accessible through the master bedroom and that parking is alongside a narrow road. Neither issue was a big problem for our group but may be relevant for others. Otherwise, great option for weekend in wine country!

We had a great time exploring nature and tasting wine. This was a perfect spot to do both. Centrally located yet far enough away from town that you feel totally immersed in nature. The house is beautiful with lots of space and the deck is wonderful. We loved our time and would definitely stay here again.

This is a cozy little property up on Fitch Mountain. The road to get there is a little twisty and there are a lot of steps to the front door, but the view is worth it. You can see the river and the surrounding hills. The kitchen is well appointed and the deck is delightful to sit out and enjoy the afternoon sunshine. A walk down to the river is only 10 minutes. The hike to the top of Fitch mountain is 2 + hours round trip and a steep hike.(no markers on trail). The town is only about 8 minutes away. We hired a local driver DaVine Tours to take us to the local privately owned vineyards. Way better than the large vineyards, and would book DaVine Tours again. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were all remodeled as well. The host was easy to communicate with and responded right away with any questions or concerns.

We had a wonderful time exploring the surrounding National/State parks. We also had a chance for a couple of vineyard tours. Healdsburg was a charming destination. Big shout out to Nez, the owner. So nice and thoughtful. You can’t go wrong with this VRBO listing. Thanks for having us!

We enjoyed this lovely three story home overlooking Russian River Valley. Beautiful views, secluded feeling, comfortable beds, delightful patio, and all the necessary amenities. Nez provides a wonderful portfolio with great recommendations. Only problem is - we couldn't stay longer!! Would have loved to have nested in the house for a couple of weeks. Thank you,

There are 46 steep steps to get from the street to the front door. This needs to be in the property listing. The four of us are all over 65 and the steps were an issue. I would NOT have rented the property if I had known about the steps.

Lovely Retreat for the Family
I thought the house and the owners were exceptional! The entire home had everything we needed and then some! Nez was incredibly communicative both leading up to and during the stay (appreciated the quick response on an errant corkscrew.. so sweetly handled!). There was a lot of love and thought put into the rental - including a helpful house manual with some of the most useful GuIdes to the area I’ve seen!! Two tips for future travelers: the house is truly a hillside retreat so be prepared for some tight winding roads. Absolutely worth it for the gorgeous views, but us midwesterners were white knuckling the turnaround a bit! Second, recommend bringing easy on and off shoes as there are multiple entries out of the house with several exit points and I found myself needing to run down some stairs to grab shoes - with kids I got quite the stair climbing in! Also, if you stay here, make sure you have at least one clear evening to stand out on the front deck for sunsets and star-gazing. Spectacular!

Perfect
This was such a great place to stay. We went with another couple and we were all so impressed with this place. The location was beautiful and so comfortable, we had everything we needed. So many different beautiful views where you could just relax and enjoy your first cup of coffee in the mornings or glass of wine in the evening. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Beautiful Get Away House in Wine Country!
The house is amazing! We were a group of 2 couples, and the house is set up perfectly for that with "master" bedrooms on 2 floors. The upper, main floor had great views and was a perfect hang out spot. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked in every night! The outdoor space is another great hang out location. We got a lot of use out of the BBQ. While the drive is a bit of an adventure, by day 2 we were used to it. Location is truly 10 minutes to downtown Healdsburg, can't beat it!

We enjoyed our stay in Healdsburg. Large, roomy, clean and comfy.
Pool table on site was also fun. Multiple floors allows for quiet time if a large family or multi- couples rent. Highly recommended!

Lovely Mountain Escape
Absolutely loved our recent stay. Beautiful home very nicely decorated. All the finishes, bedding, linens, and bathrooms are excellent. The home has an adorable fireplace and very nice patio. We thoroughly had a wonderful time visiting wineries in Dry Creek and Alexander Valley this trip. The restaurants we loved were Campo Fina and Chalkboard. Both were amazing!!
The property manager was so helpful to me and so kind to help me with my scheduling conflicts because of a family’s members treatment. Nez was so accommodating and
and so easy to communicate with. She truly provides amazing customer service.
It was a lovely weekend can’t wait to visit again!

Fun house for a girls’ trip
We enjoyed our stay in this fun property. The kitchen is great for cook at home nights and we spent most mornings and evenings chatting on the deck. I had one question and our wonderful hosts answered the email immediately. The drive into the neighborhood took some getting used to but the privacy and access to trails was worth it!

A fun home on the River
We met our daughter and family for a fun stay in this home near the Russian River. We spent our week exploring charming Healdsburg, tubing in the river, visiting the Charles Schultz museum a short drive away in Santa Rosa, playing in the local park, with shopping, dining and ice cream on the square mixed in. While in the home we worked a puzzle on the big table and enjoyed the deck! The only surprise was that parking is so close to a drop off - our daughter and SIL were not intimidated by this at all, but I was. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would book this home again.

Wonderful time in wine country
We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, spacious, well equipped & had everything we needed. We ate most of our meals out, although the kitchen was exceptional! The beds were comfortable & we appreciated having the bedrooms on different floors. We would definitely recommend this property & would not hesitate to book it again.

Great R&R!
Six of us stayed at this cute little house up in the hills of Healdsburg. It is located away from downtown and in a little one way street up a steep hill. It took a little while to get used to driving in this area, but I loved walking around the neighborhood admiring all the nice houses that were all so unique. The backyard was beautiful and the house was so comfy and equipped with everything you could need. It was also very clean with additional hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes should you need it. We brought our own stuff, but frankly, they really had thought of everything. We cooked breakfast in the morning and usually bought take out for other meals. Kitchen was again well equipped with all kinds of spices/ condiments/ kitchen utensils and gadgets you could possibly need. My kids loved being so close to the river (10 min walk) and they had great quality floaties for us to use. Nez was always so responsive when we had questions, which was greatly appreciated. Really enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend this place.

Lovely Stay, Great Host, Near Wineries + Russian River - We'll Be Back!
Loved this property! Nez was an amazing host - communicative the entire time, and so quick to reply any time we had questions. Amidst the current pandemic, we really appreciated how much they cared about cleanliness in the home (had extra hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies). While the last bit of road felt a bit tenuous in a big car, it was well worth the remote feel and proximity to the river. The house was very well stocked for a weekend getaway, and Nez provided great tips for our river day, where a quick drive/walk brought you to a swim-able spot. The outdoor patio, grill, balcony, and game room were a huge plus! Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Retreat
Beautiful, clean property. We had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. The property is out of town. There are beautiful trails in the area too which was a nice surprise.
The street parking might have been tight for a large SUV as it's on a twisty road. But it worked out great for us. We were also a little worried when we arrived that we would have trouble getting a taxi/Uber/Lyft at the location since it felt a little remote, but we had no difficulty at all.

We had an awesome stay at Nez and Brent’s! The house is adorable and had more than enough space for all of us. It’s a little bit of a windy road to get there, but it’s very close to downtown Healdsburg and lots of wineries!

Lovely house with responsive, friendly hosts - we went several places they recommended. We especially enjoyed their great outdoor area - huge deck with a big table plus several other outdoor seating areas. Wonderful stay! It’s true there are lots of steps inside and outside - which was no problem for us - and results in treehouse-like views from all the windows.

Fantastic trip to Healdsburg!
We loved that this property was secluded up the hill. Definitely some windy roads to get there, but it was very quiet and peaceful. The property was very clean and up to date, and the kitchen was fully stocked which was great since we stayed in to cook one of the nights! We really enjoyed the outdoor patio, especially in the evening when the sun started to go down and the temps started to drop! The beds were cozy, the showers were spacious (great water pressure), and overall we were very pleased with the house!
Nez was SO helpful leading up to our stay. We got all of the check-in instructions with directions well in advance, as well as a whole list of recommendations for the area. She was super quick to respond to any questions we had, and overall I felt like I was corresponding with a friend, not an owner of a house I was renting. She was absolutely wonderful!
We would absolutely stay here again, in a heart beat. Loved it!
