Clean, beautiful and so spacious! Was great for a large party to stay comfortably! Mary was so kind and accommodating when I came to check-in. We loved everything about our stay and will work with her again in the future!

The property is beautiful and so much space. we would recommend putting some kind of tv in every bedroom. I would recommend this place to anyone. This place has all the amenities and space that a person could ever need while on vacation . Everything was easy to get too. Excellent and friendly

It was perfect. Place was absolutely beautiful we had 10 people and there was so much space. Very friendly and helpful. Great communication as well as easy check in check which is very important.

The owner of the townhouse had not paid the internet/cable bill. So, service was cutoff while we were staying in the house. I had to call Dispatch so they could contact the owner to get the service reconnected.-----MANAGER'S RESPONSE---An unbelievable Comcast glitch somehow disconnected the entire 119 unit complex's services! We got our managed properties in the community back online but what we did not know until services started being disconnected for non-payment, was when service was disconnected, the owner's auto-pay information was also removed. We apologize for the inconvenience and are happy the owner was able to get the problem solved immediately when you notified us. Very friendly but they did not inform me of the car limitation. My friends and I had numerous problems with the front gate security guard when we’d try to come in. We found out once we arrived that we were limited to 4 cars. Barefeet didn’t mention this in the listing or when I checked in. So, when 7 people arrived in 5 cars for a 10 person house,, the front gate guard gave us a really hard time. We ended up paying to store one of our cars offsite. It was a bad way to start our vacation. ----MANAGER'S RESPONSE...Thank you for the compliment on the staff's friendliness! As to the parking, I am actually shocked security allowed 4 cars to pass through! We address parking and occupancy limits on the Terms and Conditions tab of our website and it's under HOUSE RULES on the AirBnB site where you booked. I understand the Terms and Conditions/House Rules say A LOT but we want to ensure our guests have all the information they need to help them make the best choice of accommodation for their needs. Here's the paragraph that addresses parking restrictions that you must have overlooked: "PARKING RESTRICTIONS: Parking in many locations is restricted, either by space or regulation. Parking required for motor home, travel trailers, boat trailers, etc. may determine which units you stay in, or require off-site parking arrangements. Guest must notify us in writing, in advance, if you require parking for any of these vehicles. CONDO COMMUNITIES ARE LIMITED TO TWO PARKING SPACES PER UNIT." I am happy you did not let it spoil your overall stay experience though!

As mentioned before, there are updates that really need to be made. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I was also disappointed that the second pool was closed, I wish that we would have been made aware of that in advance. I received multiple calls prior to the trip asking me to send a copy of my license and credit card to the office in an unsecured manner. This made me uncomfortable. I would recommend that if this is an expectation of Barefeet Rentals, a process change be made so that these things can be kept secure when sent electronically. Overall, the staff was friendly and professional.

We really liked the property. Plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful neighborhood in a private private, gated marina club. Great location central to lots of restaurants and attractions from Key Largo to Islamorada. The only negatives would not having a broom and dust pan available for guests to use. We had spill that was tedious to clean up using only hands and paper towels. Also, there leaky toilet on the top floor master bath that should be addressed. Other than those things, we loved it!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the place. the Mariner’s Club is a quiet complex with 2 great pools. The townhouse was huge. The Mariner’s club is a really convenient location in Key Largo. The only disappointment was the lack of lounge furniture on the lovely balconies. There wasn’t a way to relax outside at the rental without going to the pool.

Unit dated but overall great place to stay contacted rental agency about broken chairs in the lanai and loose railing leading to 2nd floor

Very spacious. Lots of room with 3 levels so privacy as well. Very well laid out. Good AV gear - we watched the NCAA finals to fill in time. Secure - 24X7 gate w/guards. Pool is excellent - clean and well maintained , large so you dont feel crowded with plenty of room to lounge around. And a very cool 4 foot iguana that would show up to entertain! We would definitely rebook if in Key Largo again.

We stayed here for a birthday celebration getaway weekend. The condo was spacious and clean. The pools were great. The management company was easy to deal with and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay in this roomy townhouse. We all enjoyed the pool and the grounds were nice for walking. The security and gate situation was ridiculous and would probably deter me from staying there again. We also had a cockroach sighting in the kitchen...but I guess that is typical in Florida??

Amazing

The townhouse was a little worn which can be expected with rental units. Had the typical Florida Keys issue with those little ants so be sure to keep your food sealed, especially in the lower level umit. There were only a few hangers so I bought 3 packages and left them there, hopefully they are there for the next renters. Suggest that they leave a wet jet or something to wipe up the tile when you're there for a week. Our family of nine had a great time and there was plenty of space to spread out and do our own thing.

Great property, great location, a little disappointed we tried to check in at 3pm but weren't able to actually get into property until 515. Highly recommended😊�

Accommodations were very nice a lot of room for 7. Very clean, but had a lot of tiny ants that kept getting in our cereal and snacks. Very family friendly pools were very nice. Down fall was no beach to swim out to. Overall nice place.

The check in process and Barefoot staff were fantastic- good communication and directions. Place is very nice, spacious and open, nice gym/pools. Located close to both outer keys as well as Homestead/Miami. Should be noted there is no beach access, but again the pools are nice and the state park beaches are very close.

Property was great! Condo met all of our needs. Pool was great for small children. Would highly recommend to anyone.

House was lovely and we really enjoyed the community. Pool and marina a quick walk away.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property, from our rental to the extras-like the pool.

The weather was gorgeous and the Mariner’s Club pool area was welcoming and clean. We enjoyed it every day. The Grotto was under repair-that was disappointing. The staff were efficient and pleasant. The unit needs a couple of few things done to it, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay. All of the appliances were fully functional and the supplies provided were adequate. We would definitely stay at Mariner’s Club again! This was our third time being there and I see a fourth on the palm tree dotted horizon.

We shared an early Christmas Holiday in Key Largo as a family. I give the property 3.5 stars. The good: -The Florida Keys are beautiful and you should check them out! -Mariners Club has a lot of great amenities. -The property’s gated security is taken seriously (which we appreciated). - The unit is pretty spacious and we were comfortable with 8 people staying. -The unit was very clean. -The cost of the unit is competitive. -The staff of Barefeet Rentals were professional and easy to work with. -I LOVED the 4 bed/4 bath set up! It was awesome that we all had our own bathrooms! -The beds were comfortable. The Not so Good: -The unit needs updating. I won’t go into details, but I found to be true what most of the other reviewers mentioned. It was disappointing to walk into the property and be greeted by a broken lower oven drawer and a rusted refrigerator door. That said, everything remains functional- just cosmetic issues. -There is only 1 open pool at Mariners Club. The other is closed for maintenance. -There is a lot of traffic driving down from Miami Airport (6 lane one direction in spots, bumper to bumper). I would recommend paying the extra to fly into Key West and drive north instead (plus it is beautiful). -There is not really a beach at this property. There “IS” sand-and the pool area IS “water front” ... but the two don’t touch. Don’t travel to the keys expecting the iconic beautiful Florida gulf beaches, because you will be disappointed! If you are on the fence, I’d recommend checking it out. This property has some cosmetic updating that I hope gets made, but it’s price reflects that it is not as new and shiny as some of the other comp units. We enjoyed oueselves, and spent much of the time soaking up the sun and beautiful views outdoors anyway!

Nice and clean

The townhouse was beautiful and very spacious. We were a family of ten and we had a great time.

I wanted a long weekend vacation for my wife and I, our son and daughter in law and three kids, and another son and girlfriend. The uunit was certainly large enough to accomodate us all, but after all was said and done, were disappointed in the experience....especially for the price paid. 1) There is no view of the ocean from any of the floors. Surprised me, but I guess I forgot to ask! 2) No outdoor grill for cooking. Neighbors on all sides had a grill, but not us. We were told it was due to some rule....but if others had them, we were disappointed we didn't have one to. 3) The internet system is horrible. All six aduilts using various devices had intermittent success...and very frequent lack of success...with internet searches and interactions. 4) The master bathroom is getting tired after a number of years...it could use new tile, or at least new grout and a thorough cleaning. 5) For a big house, having only an apartment sized washer dryer was inconvenient. 6)The outdoor furniture is in need of an update....didn't look great and felt like it needed a thorough cleaning. 7) The TV in the master bedroom was inadequate...way too small What we did like... The main outdoor pool was great for kids of all ages. We spent lots of time there. The marina where you can dock your boat was very workable and nice. It was nice we could walk next door one night to a Tiki Bar on the water and have a bite to eat. The kitchen and outfitting thereof was quite acceptable.
