Family Thanksgiving get together in a great family and dog friendly oceanfront house. It was very clean, tidy, nicely furnished and with lots of entertainment options. The host was very accommodating and a great communicator.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ocean front views are beautiful and the large back porch with rocking chairs and a large daybed swing were perfect for relaxing and enjoying conversation. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the house comfortable and inviting. We will definitely return!

The house was very clean. Kitchen was well stock. Appliances were a little dated but worked great! Would definitely stay again!

Property location and spaciousness were the best things about the house. It badly needed new flooring and painting but overall it was a nice house. It didn’t appear clean, maybe because it’s an older house. I would return but some family members weren’t impressed.

A delightful, unpretentious home, filled with lovely personal touches. There's nothing quite like going to sleep to the sounds of the ocean! We hope to return

Our family and friends had a great time at this property. The house was beautiful & the kitchen was fully furnished for all our needs. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porches & swinging on the porch bed. Hope to be back in the future😊

Very nice, loved the colors and space and the balconies were awesome. It had more than everything you could possibly need. Lots of spices and cooking items so you don’t need a lot of that. Would like a kettle and tea pot but had both types of coffee makers if you are a coffee drinker. The walkway to the beach left a few Splinters in my fingers and a few boards were loose but the stairs case to the house didn’t have this problem. The stairs are fairly steep if you have knee problems but that’s normal at the beach. Only thing I didn’t like was the Let’s Go Brandon sign flying on the beach on the property a few doors down. I found it offensive and having to look at that everyday of my vacation kinda ruined it. Not that anyone can do anything about that so depending on your politics you might like that. This was NOT on this property but in constant view when outside.

The house is wonderful! The location is very convenient and we loved the outside decking and accessibility to the beach. The owner was very easy to work with and responded promptly to a situation we had. Had a great family/friend getaway and would definitely stay there again!

This is a beautiful property on Ocean Isle Beach. Everything you could possibly need is in the home, and it’s clean and very functional. Our family spent a month there, and it was wonderful. We would happily return.

This was our second stay! We had 7 adults and 3 tween/teens and it was PLENTY of space! The walk down to the beach is quick and easy. The views from the boardwalk and both decks is amazing! We will 100% be staying again.

The only problem we had was when I went to pre-reserve the house for the same period 2022. I waited until the Wednesday of our final week to pre-register. Thus following rental agencies policies. However by that time the house was full all June and July and only had one 12 day period available in august 2022 Apparently VRbO has their own policies. This information should be included in the general information sent to rentals. Or VRbO and rental companies should have one coordinated policy. Other than that, the house is lovely, well stocked and very comfortable

Our family had a fantastic week at the beach together! The porches and deck views were spectacular and the beach was beautiful. The house has everything we needed, and then some! Marianna was quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely go again!!!

We only had one issue with the decks being in disrepair so it was a hazard that kept us from using them to their full potential. But as soon as I informed the owner, she sent someone out to fix them. Marianna was a very responsive owner and we will definitely plan to stay here again next time we book in OIB!

This was a great experience.

Our family of five stayed at this lovely home on Ocean Isle Beach. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has all you’ll need. The loft is an extra sleeping space and can also serve as a second TV or game room if your group is large. Back porch has a nice gate to keep small children or pups safe and secure. We would most definitely stay here again.

The perfect location, house and service. Our families had an amazing time. This house is perfect for relaxing... period. The views were picture perfect! My wife can’t stop talking about the bed swing on the ocean side porch! We will definitely be back. The cleanliness and well stocked kitchen were appreciated as well! Thanks Betts Beach House!

While viewing online it appears that you have access to the beach. However the walkway stops short of the beach. And according to a neighbor we would be fined 250.00 if we are caught walking across the dunes from the end of the walkway to the beach. To make it worse the public access was closed. Needless to say this really was a spoiler for the trip. We accessed the beach but everyone was uncomfortable doing so after that.
