Willkommen Tipps Inn, einem 3000 Sq. Ft. A Frame Haus am See direkt am Lake Anna mit 100 'von hervorragender Strand auf der privaten Seite. Das Haus hat 2 abgeschirmten Veranden (eines davon ist auf der Anklagebank) und 700 sq. Ft. Von Belag zu genießen. Das Dock Ihr Boot oder Jet-Ski unterzubringen. Die Startrampe ist gleich um die Ecke. Sie können Fußball, Fußball oder Frisbee auf dem fast ein Hektar großen Grundstück spielen, oder einfach nur auf einem der Decks entspannen draußen und genießen die Aussicht.
Im Inneren nimmt die Master-Suite den gesamten dritten Stock, und ein Kingsize-Bett verfügt über 32 "Flachbildschirm-TV mit DVD-Player und ein eigenes Bad mit Jacuzzi-Badewanne und beheizten Fliesenboden. Es gibt auch einen Dachboden außerhalb der Schlafzimmer, die sich als Lese- / Musikbereich eingestellt ist. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Beautiful spot on Lake Anna. House met our needs and we had a great weekend.
Check-in and communication was a little difficult, called and left messages with property manager We were unable to get a hold of her right away so didn’t get into the house right away. Did eventually get an email from property owner that evening to double check on us.
No trash bags. No dish soap. No toilet paper. It was easier for us to just get these things ourselves than have to deal with property manager.

We had a fantastic stay! Location is right on the water with beautiful views. Ample sleeping areas for our group and kitchen is well stocked. A few cons - noting here for possible improvements in the future - dust/cobwebs/spiders; property could use some deep-cleaning, guests need to bring extra toilet paper (did not see this listed in property description and expected there to be at least an extra roll in each bathroom but there was not - luckily there is a store about 5 miles up the road), beds were not made - clean linens were on top of each bed (again, expected the sheets to already be on the bed - especially when paying this much money - certainly do not expect to go on vacation at a house like this and have to make the beds when we arrive). Just some things to think about to elevate the experience for others down the road. We very much enjoyed the deck and the boat dock. Kids swam and kayaked quite a bit. Thank you!

It was a very nice house.It had a spacious yard, and the house was very nice and well stocked. Mary the property manager was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was very nice as far as layout and location. It could have been cleaner, especially the grill!! We should have been told to bring our own paper products, as well. Also, there should be a warning concerning the water in Lake Anna, as my daughter contracted Swimmer's Itch from parasites in the water. Yikes!! We did have a good time regardless of these issues.

House was clean and has everything we needed. The views from the living area are gorgeous. Comfy rocking chairs everywhere. Loved the option of screened porches. Such a relaxing and fun stay.

We had a great time at Tips Inn! It was well stocked with towels, sheets, kitchenware, etc. The only downside to our stay was that the internet did not work. The property manager tried to come over and fix it, but we didn't have any luck. The place was the perfect size for out 8 adults. Awesome location on the water and enjoyed the boat house! Will hopefully be back in the future!

This is our first time staying at this property, but it won't be our last. It is in a great location and we took advantage of the dock for our boat. It is well maintained and the photos are accurate. Communication with the owners was very easy and they were always responsive to our requests and inquiries.

Overall the stay was good.
Slight hiccup when we first arrived… Dirty towels and bedding were at the door. The cleaning personnel failed to pick up previous occupants dirty linens and failed to make up the beds for the rooms used. The property manager did come to pick up the dirty linens and brought new bedding/towels. There was absolutely no toilet paper besides 2 rolls in the bathrooms. Caught a few ants around the house. The power did go off for 1 hour during a small rain storm. Wifi is not the greatest, I had to use my personal hot spot for my laptop and had better connection off the wifi.
Other than those issues, the stay was good. Was able to kayak and play some games/ping pong. Very large property, looks small on the outside. Was also able to grill on the last night.

This house has all the comforts of home away from home. There was plenty of towels, cooking supplies and all the little extras. The kayaks were a huge bonus. Like other reviews mention the lake water is super warm like a bathtub. I would have given a better review except there were a few issues. I called the number provided at check in to get the access code to the house. I left several messages and after waiting for over an hour I was finally able to get the code by sending a message on VRBO. The second day we were there the dryer started making a horrible sound. We called the property manager and never got a response. The 5th or 6th day we were there the fan in one of the bedrooms started smoking and left a burning rubber smell. We turned it off and immediately notified the property manager. We didn't hear anything back until 3 days after we left concerning the fan. If the issues are fixed I would stay again.

Nice Lake Anna vacation home
Big home for family vacation on 3 levels. Very spacious master suite. Plenty of bathrooms. Lots of space for parking, including for boat trailer. Boat launch a short walk away. Great dock space and large lawn. More than enough towels provided, but recommend bringing paper products like toilet paper and paper towels. Dishwasher and hand soap provided, but no dish soap for hand washing. Also, basement carpet was pretty dusty for someone like me who has allergies. We had fun and would recommend the property, especially for larger families and people bringing a boat.

Clean, spacious, waterfront property
Lovely, clean, big place with dock and two screened porches (one on the dock) directly on Lake Anna. Although it was only my husband and myself along with our daughter, I can easily see this would work for a large family. Excellent communication with property manager Mary. Note: another reviewer mentioned needing to bring paper products as there weren't enough supplied, and so we did. Would definitely book again.

Perfect, quiet lake getaway
This clean, cozy, and private spot on Lake Anna had everything we needed. Lots of space, games, movies, books, toys, a big lawn, and yes, quiet. Very helpful host. Would rent again!

Beautiful place, beautiful view, parking was excellent, best rental kitchen ever, grille, deck, dock all perfect. Super convenient to have the the little grocery within walking distance.

Beautiful location!
Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely lake house. Wonderful views, and a very comfortable living experience in the house. I recommend it to everyone, with a couple of qualifications: 1) Bring your own paper products (only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom provided, etc.). 2) Know that you will be making your own beds — clean sheets are provided and stacked on the beds. No big deal, and it didn’t take long, but just a bit of a surprise — never had to do that in a VRBO rental before. That being said, I still highly recommend this place. Great communication from the owner, and check-in/out was simple!

Relaxing Refuge for Reflection and Rafting!
This beautiful spacious lake house was just what we needed to sit and relax as we enjoyed lake activities like rafting, kayaking and swimming with our family. The master suit was peaceful and allowed us to have a view of the lake even while we were upstairs. The warm water on this “private side” of the lake lends itself to year round enjoyment on the water. We did go to the “public side” for more water fun which only took 15-20 minutes to get to. Just be aware that the “private side” does not connect to the “private side” which was beneficial for long kayak trips!!

Beautiful Home with gorgeous views!
My husband and I enjoyed a couple days away together at Tipton's Inn. The house was beautiful. Every room was comfortable, tastefully decorated, very clean and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay there. We loved the large windows over-looking the lake. We look forward to our next getaway to Tipton's Inn. We only hope that next time we can stay longer!

Beautiful Home, Great View!
We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the house. It is spacious and has a great spot on the lake with good views. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch by the house and then relaxing on the deck and the screened porch at the boat house. The provided Adirondack chairs were just right. The basement was perfect for relaxing. The teens loved playing ping pong and a few video games. But we spent most of our time outside in the huge yard enjoying the fresh air. The neighboring houses are not too close so it felt private and there is a good amount of parking in the driveway for multiple cars. We would definitely come back to stay again.

Excellent! Well-equipped with a beautiful view!
This is a very quiet get-away. Elk Creek Store (not visible from the house) is at the end of the driveway for necessities; there is a grocery store within 8 miles. We caught a few fish from the dock, and enjoyed the birds. The first day was sunny and warm; the second day was overcast and cool. There is a lot of room in this house! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who desires space, peace, quiet and beauty.
