This was our first time to New Smyrna beach and it did not disappoint! This condo was clean, comfortable and fully loaded! We travelled with 3 kids and it was made easy with all the extras that were included in the condo. Cooking supplies, books, games, beach toys, beach chairs and more! The owner really knows how to host. The condo has a great partial view of the ocean for a morning coffee and patio furniture to enjoy a meal outside. Pool area was always clean. We had family in another condo in this building and it did not even compare! We will be booking another stay!

This unit was so nice and clean. Well appointed and just the right size for our family of four. The property is well maintained and has a 1970's vibe. My only complaint was having to wear wristbands and continually being asked to show them by security guards. All in all this is a family friendly property in a beautiful setting. The condominium was super clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated.

One of our favorite vacation rentals! This was our second year in this unit. The condos are all oceanview in a horseshoe shape around the pool. Family friendly atmosphere. Many renters return year after year and have become friends. A market and restaurants and ice cream are conveniently located directly across the street. The managers are friendly and helpful. Located on the no-drive portion of the beach makes it a safe place to enjoy the beach. The unit was clean and accurate according to the pictures on the website.

We have just arrived. This is our first stay at Sea Coast. Both Mike and Becky from the Condo Mgt are very accommodating. We met the owners of our condo. Linda and Conrad, very nice and glad we got to meet them. Linda is very attentive to details and ensured that the condo was ready for move in along with providing a several items for our use to ensure on our first day and beyond. I enjoyed Linda's Condo at Sea Coast Gardens. I was disappointed that it was ocean view instead of ocean front. I think the photo of the 2 pools is misleading.

Beautiful location on NSB and budget friendly!
This was a cute condo that is tastefully decorated and well stocked. The second floor is a great location and the view of the beach is nice. The pool was newly refurbished and the whole complex is undergoing refurbishment which will really make this place even better. We were very happy with this condo and the location on NSB is convenient to stores and the beach was beautiful. I would recommend this condo. If you are using the convertible bed, I would suggest something cushiony on it to make it more comfortable.. Also, the owners are very available to talk to, if needed.

Best. Stocked. Condo. Ever. Great Family Rental!
We have stayed in half a dozen places in NSB but so far #205 Sea Coast is our favorite. I've never seen a condo as well stocked and it was tastefully decorated without going overboard. We appreciated the extra comforts that included comfy mattress pads, higher quality sheets, bedspreads, towels, utensils and kitchen supplies. I've never stayed in a condo with so many supplies. From laundry detergent to dish soap, to tons of paper products (even paper plates!). Although we stopped at Publix before going to the condo, anything we forgot to grab was already at the place. The second floor location is ideal and the view of the pool and ocean makes for a great week. Our kids (4 and 1) had a grand time at the kiddie pool and even enjoyed a Sea Coast Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday. Our only real complaint is the parking situation. Since we have family in the Orlando area we had a few day visitors but they were not allowed to park on the premisses. It wasn't a big deal but the office staff was a bit obnoxious with the "parking patrol" compared to others condos we've stayed at in NSB. But by no means was a deal breaker.
Also, the condo owner was great to work with and super helpful and quick with our very last minute rental. We'd rent here again!

Great getaway that feels like home!
Beautifully decorated condo with an even more beautiful beach! This condo was perfect for our getaway. We were able to relax and become so comfortable that we felt like it was home. The condo is very well stocked with beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, towels, etc. This was by far one of the best condos we have rented since we started to vacation in New Smyrna Beach. The laundry was steps away and easy to use. The beach was also just steps away along with the wonderful pool. We couldn't have asked for a better location or for a better condo. Thanks for allowing us to rent. We will definitely see you next year!

Wow, this was a wonderfully decorated condo with a great view and many amenities. We really enjoyed the quiet beach, even on Labor day weekend. Would highly suggest to anyone with small children that is looking for a relaxing time on the beach or weekend at the pool.

What a wonderful getaway! This location has everything you could possibly think of to make your stay feel like home! From the beautiful decor with authentic nautical pieces to every comfort of home including puzzles, games, an adult library and children's library, boogie boards, very comfortable beds and furniture and much, much more! Lovely view of both the ocean and the pool, immaculate grounds, outdoor picnic tables and grills. We will definitely be back, we have found our vacation home away from home! Thank you so much!

Fall Break 2012
We enjoyed New Smyrna Beach and the town. The condo unit was just perfect for our stay. Clean, nice and enough room for our family of two adults and 3 children, age 16, 13, and 10. Everything you needed was at the condo and plenty of restaurants and shopping but no so commerical which we enjoyed. We usually spend beach time on the Gulf but I think we will return to New Syrmna. If we go back to this area, I will definitely try to stay at this condo again.

AMAZING
this is the second time my family and i have stayed in this condo. we loved the condo, the area, and the beach so much the first time we stayed, we went back! the condo is in excellent condition and decorated very well. it is stocked with everything you need, plus some. the owner is wonderful to work with, and she always answered our questions promptly. and if you need anything during your stay, there is onsite staff available to help.
the beach and pool are literally steps away. so close, that if you forget something, it's no problem to run back and grab it. the beach is gorgeous and really quiet. there were many times during our stay that we had it mostly to ourselves! kennedy space station is just under an hour away, and all the disney parks in orlando are just an hour and a half away. easy to do those things as day trips--we did!
if i could give this property more than 5 stars, i would. :-)

Watching the dolphins dance
My family had a wonderful stay at this condo just steps away from the beach. We had the hard decision to make, should we go to the pool first or the beach. We were able to see the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, but I preferred to take a sunrise walk on the beach. Not only did was the view beautiful but we had the added bonus of watching the dolphins play just oof of the shoreline. The owners were very easy to work with in setting up the vacation. Everything was immaculate and there was more offered to do then you could possibly take advantage of. Just a short drive North and you could have the tourist experince that som look for, but we enjoyed the quiet retreat that this was. We would come here again withou any reservation and I would highly recommend this to anyone.

My wife and I along with step-son and his girlfriend spent a the week of July 25th . The unit was more than we expected, the decor, amenities and location is hard to beat. Everything you could possibly need is provided. When we walked in my wife was extremely impressed by the seaside décor, the unit was completely done up in the beach theme, it made you feel that you are truly at the beach, With the beach and activities so convenient she said it was the best vacation she has had in a long time. It’s a great place to enjoy the beach without all the hustle and bustle, if all works out we will be back next year, if not sooner.
