Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie den Sonnenaufgang, Vögel, Delfine, Seekühe, Segelboote, Angeln, Kajakfahren, Bootfahren, Krabben, Strand und die wunderschöne Intracoastal Waterway (Indian River) in der Bella Luna Villa in Edgewater, Florida (in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum New Smyrna Beach). Toller Ort für große Familien (oder zwei Familien) mit Kindern und Hunden.
Dieses schöne zweistöckige Haus wurde 2007 erbaut und verfügt über (2) Terrassen mit Wasserfront, einen privaten Innenhof, ein eigenes Dock (wird derzeit nach Hurricane Irma repariert, Deck komplett und einsatzbereit, Dach bald verfügbar), (3) Schlafzimmer, ( 3) Vollbad, Büro (mit WLAN), Garage, eingezäunte Vor-und Hinterhöfe, 2-Personen-Kajak, 4 Fahrräder, Gasgrill und Außendusche. Wir haben auch (4) montierte Flachbildfernseher, Firestick, (4) Blu-Ray-Player mit vielen Filmen und eine XBOX 360 im ganzen Haus. Bella Luna bietet alles, was Sie für einen schönen Tag auf dem Wasser oder am Strand benötigen (Handtücher, Stühle, Boogie-Boards, Sandspielzeug usw.).
Zwei Stadtparks (einer mit Strand) befinden sich in der Nähe (innerhalb von 800 m), um Ihr Boot zu starten, um auf die Intracoastal-Wasserstraße zuzugreifen (und unser Dock, um Ihr Boot zu halten). Ein durchgehender Gehweg befindet sich entlang der Intracoastal-Straße für großartige Morgenstunden Nachmittagsspaziergänge. In Gehweite befinden sich zahlreiche Orte zum Morgenkaffee, Gebäck, Mittagessen, auf der Suche nach einem guten Buch und sogar Köder für Ihre Angelabenteuer. Wonderful stay with family with room to accommodate everybody. Walk to Flagler, the beach and municipal pickleball courts. Management was responsive to maintenance issues that occurred during our one month stay. Ping pong table in the garage! Nice outdoor grill! A pool to take a dip! Plenty of towels! Will absolutely consider staying here again.Thank you!

The place is nice and clean. We like the house a lot but as an owner you should warn people about the insect No-See-Um/ sand gnats on the deck water. It scarred all of us from going back out there. We have never get bitten in some many place before. They are worst than mosquito. You can't see them.

My wife (Kim) and I spent the month of August at Bella Luna and we couldn't have been happier or more satisfied with the incredible accommodations. The views are spectacular, the wildlife is in abundance (Dolphins, Manatee, Eagles, Osprey to name a few.) We enjoyed them everyday. There's a small beach just down Riverside that is great to go to if the tides are up at the beach in New Smyrna and the beach ramps are closed to cars. It's a short 10 minute drive to the ocean. So beautiful. We love all the dining choices and the recommendations made by our wonderful (and attentive host Kelley! All in all we loved it so much we already booked August of 2024! Cannot recommend a property more than Bella Luna. Just amazing! 5 stars all the way. Carl & Kim

great vacation
We had a wonderful time here! The house was clean and had everything we needed and then some for our stay for the week. The views and weather was perfect! We saw many dolphins from the dock and when we rented a pontoon boat for a few days. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Relaxing and quiet, yet just a short drive to many great restaurants, shopping and activities. Loved the walks on the sidewalks along the water and the kids liked taking the bikes out. We Hated to leave!

THE BEST!!
We've stayed at this property several times before and just love it. The location is perfect even if the weather isn't always. We feel at home because the house is furnished like a home. Because of covid we cooked all our meals, played cards and enjoyed the view. Fishing from the dock and going out on the kayak was great for the younger ones in our group. We'll always come back.

Favorite spot in Edgewater!
Bella Luna is pure magic! We had a wonderful 2 weeks enjoying all she has to offer! The views are amazing and location is perfect for walking running or biking! The house is sooo well stocked all you need is your suitcase. I highly recommend this house for your fun filled Florida vacation! We cannot wait to come back!!

This is a beautiful home in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and the beauty of the intracoastal is outside the door and visible from just about every place in the house.
Easy access to all types of activities, restaurants and shopping. The host is in very good communication, makes sure you are arrive and are welcomed. If there is a need or question, Kelley is available! We will continue to return.

Perfect Getaway for family fun!
Once again, a wonderful and relaxing stay at Bella Luna. It is the perfect location and Kelley is so accommodating, the house has everything you need for your family, just pack your clothes. The dock and porch is perfect for relaxation, fishing and watching life. Watching the dolphins, manatees, sting rays, sea turtles and hermit crab hunting is the best! Highly recommended!!!

Riparian Bliss
Everything was perfect! We used the house as a base for cycling to Canaveral National Seashore , boating Mosquito Lagoon with local relatives, and relaxing with a wonderful view of the intracoastal waterway! The home had everything we could need!!! And was impeccably clean!! We truly loved staying there! We have already booked it for future vacations. We are hoping to get our own owners closet!!

This was our third family vacation renting this home, wonderful location right on the River , ten minutes to the beach. Flagler Ave has eateries and bars, Kelley has a binder with all area take out menus you can order from, home has always been in immaculate condition.I strongly recommend the Weekend Brunch at Flagler Tavern on Flagler Ave, NSB.This home will not disappoint , wonderful ❤️

Beautiful and relaxing!
Bella Luna was a perfect staycation getaway in a crazy 2020 year! The house was clean and had all the amenities you need for the beach, fishing, kayaking or you can simply sit on the dock and enjoy all that the water and wildlife offers. You will see dolphin, manatees, stingrays, and we even had some sea turtles visit us while on the dock. There is plenty to do and you won't be disappointed with your stay at Bella Luna. Highly recommend!

Amazing vacation for all
We had a family reunion at Bella Luna Villa ! The cousins met for the very first time. We all loved this property, it was perfect ! We had a wonderful , fun packed , amazing time , and we were all sad to see it end . We will definitely plan on returning next year . It was the first rental I pulled up on VRBO, and I fell in love with it ! The owner , Kelley , was very accommodating for all of our needs , and in a very timely manner . Thank you so much for everything , and the wonderful welcome basket ! We are very excited to plan this trip all over again next year !
