We found everything clean and ready. The walk to the beach was not far but if you aren’t able to walk about 1/3 mile, this might be a barrier to getting to the ocean. The pool was really the only thing that was disappointing about this condo.

We enjoyed our time here. Property was clean, kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, some beach chairs and umbrellas were available for use too. The walk to the beach was a little longer than described so we bought a beach pass and drove on beach to a great spot. The bed linens and pillows were in need of replacing and the pool was in desperate need of cleaning, other than those two things it was an enjoyable stay. Beautiful area and very quiet community.

This property was so easy to check in to, the contact with the rental company was very responsive. The parking was right next to the elevator. There was only one occasion when we weren't the only ones in the pool. The pool is smaller but was the perfect temperature. The furniture in the unit was probably the most comfortable I have ever had on vacation. The end units of the couch and love seat reclined, which was awesome. The tv is huge. Everything was in nice condition. I appreciated having a coffee maker, and plenty of pots and pans for cooking. The beach is about a five minute walk across the street. The unit had chairs for the beach as well as an umbrella, and a wagon for transporting everything to the beach which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this unit!

This was a lovely property! Very convenient to everything. A bit of a walk to the beach but a great flat boardwalk helped tremendously. We will book again!

Perfect spot for family. Easy to get to anything you want to do in St Augustine. Short 5 minute walk to beach down a nice walkway. Love how roomy the unit was!

The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a quick breakfast and lunch including panini maker and toaster oven!! We enjoyed the ocean during the day and the pool in the evening. Also having an elevator was awesome!! Loved it and will stay here again!!

Footnote I arrived at the Beginning of Covid19 and needed to stay briefly to get back to Canada. Property Manager was attentive and worked to help me in a thoughtful manner in relation to getting some resources back. Quick to respond and insightful. Unit warm and inviting with very comfortable furniture and beds. Wish we could have stayed the full time. Unit was big enough to hold 5 of us ranging in range from 10 to 49 easily without feeling cramped. Bright, airy, warm! We would loved to come back. One room has two singles, another a double and we rested in a wonderful king sized bed in a spacious room that had a crib tucked away in a very large closet should you need it. We enjoyed the balcony and ate our bk and dinner outside. Pool was warm and not overly busy. Wonderful and relaxing. Beach was less then 5 minute walk. Beautiful beach nearby. Grocerystore you could easily walk to and on the way home you can pick up Starbucks. Cost - Rental price was very fair . For what you get during a Canadian march break I could not believe how fair the price was. Wonderful location, Great property! This property is well worth a look. I cannot believe I'm giving 5 stars all the way around. I never do that as I'm very picky about where we stay.

This was a great unit and in a good location. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating. Couldn't of asked for anything better.

This property was so amazing. It was very family friendly with a high chair, full size crib, beach and pool toys all provided. The condo was clean and the neighbors were friendly. Loved our stay!

We are from MD and visit Saint Augustine every summer (for the past 16 years) and we stayed here the first two weeks of August 2019 and were very comfortable. The condo was very roomy, clean, and perfect for 5-6 people. My 21-year old son loved the large tv for his video games and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. It was a quiet time of year in Saint Augustine, so there were no crowds on the beach and we practically had the condo pool to ourselves, which was wonderful. The beach access was across the street and over a long boardwalk, but I found it charming (and the wagon at the condo helped my mother and me tremendously to carry all our beach gear). However, my husband and son's sandals that they left at the end of the walk on the beach were taken while they were in the ocean, so I would recommend not leaving your shoes there or at least concealing them. We did love the close proximity to our favorite restaurants (Mango Mangos, Choc Mool, Burrito Works) and to Publix. And we were charmed by Licorice, the parking lot kitty :) It was a great and relaxing vacation and Endless Summer was again a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Very nice condo, roomy and good location to beach. love the reclining love seat and sofa. well kept unit, would book again in the future.

This condo was perfect for our family of two adults four young children and a teen. Everything was so clean and we had plenty of towels and dishes. It was close to grocery store and restaurants. It was a bit of a walk to the beach with small kids and all the beach stuff. Overall it was a perfect vacation.

Great location with easy access across the street from the beach. Very nice open floor plan, plenty of seating at kitchen counter and dining room table. Living room reclining sofa & love seat very comfortable, nice size flat screen in both LR & master. Kitchen equipped with all necessities. Patio furniture on balcony just right. Upgrading the bed linens would a plus. The cooling system was tricky and there were no parking passes left nor was there a key for the front door. Aside from those deficiencies from the management company, the stay was great and would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Perfect for four adults and two kids. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes. The wagon and beach toys already there were perfect. Along with high chair and if you don’t want to bring a pack and play they had a crib in the master bedroom closet. Short 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and local grocery just down the street. I couldn’t give a 5 review because we found the king bed in the master to be uncomfortable, pool was very dirty and not heated. There were also ant hills everywhere. When booking VRBO website said checkout time would be at 11am, but on arrival in the condo binder checkout was 10am. I recommend bringing trash bags and toilet paper, minimal amount given, we ran out of both and took several hours for them to bring more.

Condo was comfortable,but instructions only how to operate shower in guest bath would have been helpful. Carpets are old and need replacing,as well as shades on living room slider.

I would stay again if they use better bed linen.. Very nice host and we felt safe.

Very nice and comfortable condominium, that meets our expectation. Highly recommended for families with kids, very well equipped :) our little one especially loved wagon with all beach toys.

From check in to check out, the experience was perfect. Even before arrival, the owner/management company was quick to respond to any questions I had. They were very pleasant to work with, which set the tone for a great trip. The condo was well appointed and very clean! The assigned parking, pool view, and elevator were also great benefits. We cooked often during our stay and always had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beautiful boardwalk to the beach was a true pleasure and the beach itself is one of the cleanest, most pristine beaches in Florida. Bonus...we rented bicycles from the owner's son which made quick work of the trip to the beach for the kids! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were in the area for a temporary job and found it to be a great place. Didn't get to enjoy the pool and beach much because of work obligations but found it a quiet and safe place. Recommend it to others.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. I loved the wagon, umbrella, chairs, and beach toys they had on the property. We have 5 boys, and that made it much easier to get to the beach and back. You do have to cross a street to get to the beach, but there is a wooden board walk to the beach that made it easy to roll our 5 year old and other paraphernalia in the wagon to and from the beach. We went to the beach everyday, and the pool at least 5 times during our stay. The patio was also nice and the table easily sat 4. I had my kids eat lunches on it to save on clean up time. There was a nice large TV in the master bedroom and the living room. My kids brought their wii U and easily hooked it up the TV. The wifi was also easy to use. The living room and master room were fairly large and they had a crib, high chair, and booster seat in the large, walk-in closet in the master room. It would be perfect for those families with a baby/toddler. I do wish they had a better vacuum. The dining room table is on carpet, so I needed to vacuum the area after meals. The old machine they had was difficult to use. They also didn't provide a mop; therefore we had to mop the kitchen by hand with a towel. There are seven of us, so we got it done quickly, but still, I could have used a mop. They did provide many grocery "staples", such as coffee and sugar. It was great to be able to have a cup of coffee on arrival without going to the store. I was able to cook meals every night, including steaks, pancakes, etc, so the pots and pans provided were sufficient. There were also casserole dishes for those who like to bake. There were plenty of towels and linens for all seven of us, although we did bring our own beach towels. I found the bathrooms to be clean (pet peeve of mine...really picky about bathrooms). The outside of the refrigerator needed cleaning, but other than that the kitchen was pretty clean, too (clean kitchens are another penchant of mine). Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. Unfortunately, they won't let me give it a 4.5, so I had to give it 4 stars because of the lack of vacuum and mop.
