Charming Cottage - Completely Renovated. Close To Downtown Savannah And Tybee
Fünfzigerjahre Häuschen nahe dem ehemaligen Fischlager des Grüns. Extrem ruhige Nachbarschaft - wunderbarer Ort für einen Spaziergang mit Blick auf den Gezeiten-Sumpf und den Half Moon River. Beleuchtete Tennisplätze zu Fuß erreichbar. Golfplatz 3 Meilen entfernt. 12 Meilen von der Innenstadt von Savannah oder Tybee Island. Vollständig renoviert. Alle neuen Geräte, Systeme, Einrichtungsgegenstände ab Mai 2016. Die Betten sind mit luxuriöser Bettwäsche und ausgezeichneten Matratzen ausgestattet. Neuer 60 Zoll Samsung Flachbildschirm. The property is well maintaned and managed. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage in a quiet neighborhood. This is our second time staying here and can't wait to book again.

The cottage was very clean and well stocked. The issue we had was the sewer smell when you opened the back door, which was the kitchen door, when I removed trash. Our special needs adult son had problems with the small bathroom.

Very quiet, quaint, and private. Everything we needed for our first Party Animals game. Very clean. Had lights and soothing music on tvs when we arrived. Warm and welcoming! Thanks!

Very clean 2 bedroom home, beautiful, quiet street. Was perfect for our stay, had our local family come over for a BBQ and had plenty of room to hang out and have fun.

The cottage was a beautiful stay right across the street from the marsh. The neighborhood was quiet and gave a feel you weren’t 15-20 minutes from downtown Savannah. Plan to stay here again.

Met our needs as far as location and size. All in all good but the living room furniture is dated and in need of replacement or new coverings. The kitchen chains are terribly stain. So bad we put a towel down before we sat on them. Kitchen update is nice 1 bathroom was small but adequate. Mosquitoes were terrible. Maybe a good trim and grass mowing would have helped that

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little Cottage, and definitely would stay there again, it was quiet and they let us bring our little dog with us, unlike the beach where he (or any dog) wasn't welcome at all sadly . This was vacation for all of us and a place to call "home" while away from every day hassle . Next time, we would love to meet the owners.

This is such a lovely cottage in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The interior of the home was spotless. Jack is a fabulous host. He responded immediately when I had trouble operating the thermostat. If you are lucky you might be introduced to his beautiful and friendly Great Dane, Nigel !

Great location! Short drive to historic Savannah and Tybee Island. Very quiet neighborhood and good local restaurants less than 10 minutes away. We also enjoyed the nearby tennis courts to play pickle ball. Jack was quick to reply to any question. Hope to return.

Came to this area for a wedding and to celebrate our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!! Lovely cottage. Amazing neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Took walks nearly every day. Highly recommend this cottage. Everywhere we went was within 30 mins and always a nice drive!!

Spent Thanksgiving weekend with family and this home was in the perfect location and was equipped enough to prepare a basic holiday meal. Easy access to Savannah and 2 grocery stores are very close. Would stay here again!

Quite neighborhood getaway. The bush out front and bushes around the house made it unnecessarily gloomy. House was nice and what was expected from pics. We enjoyed our stay.

A fantastic get away. Quiet location that is easily accessible to both Tybee and Savannah. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in! We’ll stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Dog friendly!!! Will highly recommend to anyone wanting to travel to Savannah.

Absolutely Perfect !
Perfect Location, well appointed and spotless. We were in town for a wedding on Tybee Island and the location couldn't have been better. Cottage was obviously cleaned by someone who appreciates and enjoys their job as it was spotless. Well equipped with anything and everything you could ask for. Very convenient to Downtown Savannah as well. We will definitely be back. Thank You !

Quiet location close to Savannah!
Quiet and clean bungalow close to Savannah. Comfortable beds for a good night's rest. Enjoyed relaxing on the porch. Would stay here again when visiting Savannah.

Wonderful place
I first want to say that the house was really nice. It had everything we needed and the beds were really comfortable. The inside was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Downtown savannah was very historic and river street was fun. The wormsloe plantation and Bonadventure cemetery had a lot of history. Thanks again to jack for making check in easy. 😊

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage located on Wilmington Island with easy drives to historic Savannah and Tybee Island. The cottage has all the conveniences of home in a quiet neighborhood.

Cozy and quiet, bit far out
Looks bit shabby outside but VERY nicely updated inside. Comfortable, homey, everything we needed. In beautiful upscale neighborhood. Lots of storage and shelves to use. Only con for us was that it was a bit far from downtown, but worth the drive to have such a serene, peaceful locale. Would recommend!

Nice stay
The location is isolated but not creepy. Driving on from up north and pulling into the driveway with the huge tropical trees makes you feel like you're in the jungle. The house has everything you need for a lengthy stay plus some. I would stay here again. Be sure to visit the Civil War fort that has cannon holes from a actual battle....

Fabulous Stay
We couldn’t have asked for more. Everything we needed was right there. It was both charming and tidy. We were in between Savannah and Tybee. There were restaurants and groceries close by. We would love to come again.

Absolute Perfection
My husband, almost 2 year old son, and I rented this property for a almost a week. It was the perfect location to be able to spend time with friends and family on both Tybee and in Savannah. We felt safe, it was quiet, and literally it had everything we needed. We cooked, did laundry, and even walked to the cute little park they recommend! I grew up in the area but even if you didn’t it’s so easy to navigate! Grocery stores and restaurants are all nearby. You can’t go wrong with this gem! We certainly plan to return.

This was a great property! In a quiet neighborhood, but close to both Savannah and Tybee island. The cottage was immaculate, and the amenities were as described. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Great place to stay in Savannah!
My 3 kids, our dog and myself stayed here for a long weekend in Savannah. It was perfect! The cottage was incredibly clean, had everything we needed, and was the perfect amount of space for us. It is situated in a beautiful area of Savannah, and is just a short drive to Tybee if you are interested in doing the beach. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe, which I appreciated (having not really known much about Savannah). My oldest lives an hour outside of Savannah, so we will definitely stay here again when we come back for a visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay in such a beautiful city AND cottage :)

Wonderful cottage!
The cottage was in a great location. Close to downtown Savannah and close to Tybee Island. The neighborhood was quiet, close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Very nice stay for four adults. The cottage was very clean and had very comfortable beds. Owners provided lots of little extras that made us feel at home. We would definitely stay again.
