The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. I have been coming to Park City for many years and this is the first time I stayed in the Kimball Junction area.
I typically do not rent a car when I visit Park City due to the excellent free bus service in the area.
In this case, that may have been a mistake as the location is pretty difficult to negotiate without a car. While there is bus service with a stop just outside the complex, you will need to transfer at the Transit Hub in order to get to Canyons or Park City ski area.
The unit itself is very nice with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. No issues at all.

Quick, easy, and efficient way to enjoy your ski time at PCMR without overspending on ski in/out properties. You have a Walmart and tons of restaurants within a mile and it’s much less congested than being stuck towards main…the free shuttle stop is a 5 minute walk away and runs ever 20/25 mins. Super simple. This place is a cheat code

This one bedroom was perfect for our little ski getaway! Neatly kept, full of amenities, and very clean. The property owner was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions! The condo has everything you need for short or long stays.
My only two suggestions are extremely minor:
1) the shower head pressure is minimal at best, and
2) there is carpeting right at the entry, making true dry boot removal in the winter for a family a little challenging.
Other than that, we would definitely stay again. While it is not the most updated aesthetically, it is extremely clean and well kept!

Close enough to the action of PC and far enough away for some peace and quiet. We stayed here for 4 days while on a ski trip to PC and it was perfect.

Ski trip
We liked the location alot, close enough to walk to Whole Foods and Walmart and several restaurants. And the bus to the slopes passed nearby every 15-30 minutes so you really did not even need to rent a car.

Short 3-day stay to acclimatize before PC skiing
Perfect for my objectives. Very quiet neighborhood, so I could catch up on some work. A little remote if no car, so used Uber Eats for meals. Drivers had some trouble finding the place. Connie, my hostess, had left me some provisions, which really helped. Millennium Trail nearby provides access to both nearby malls, about a mile round trip.

Great Condo near Park City
We had a wonderful time at this one bedroom condo. It had all the items we needed to have a relaxing stay. All kitchen items were provided. The location was perfect. A bit away from the traffic in Park city which was nice and near a tubing park and the Olympic center. Enjoyed a visit to Antelope Island. Outlets and grocery stores nearby. We rented a car which was an excellent choice to travel around easily and visit all the sites. Skied at Deer Valley. Enjoyed the hot tub at the unit. Great time.

Convenient Location Close to UOP
This apartment was clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. There was more than enough space for 2 people even though I was travelling alone. The internet was fast and reliable for my uses (mostly streaming movies/tv).
The only drawback I experienced was that the HOA re-numbered the parking spaces at some point. The owners updated the informational PDF with the new number after the change, but the email which Vrbo sent on the day of my arrival still had the old info. It caused a bit of confusion at first, but I eventually figured it out.

Cozy home-like vibe, very satisfied.
Everything was very nice and accommodating , I believe the only reason why I wouldn’t give it a five star is because the description was a little confusing, couldn’t find a parking spot, couldn’t get into the room, and didn’t really have much information about the hot tub or other facilities that we could have access during our stay. But if he could’ve maybe explain things a little differently/better it would’ve been a five star but overall it was very great, relaxing, and clean.

Great Ski Trip base
Good location for commute to Park City Canyon base. This unit priced accurately- very functional but showing signs of deferred maintenance. (switches that did nothing at entry door and bedroom door, very poor seals on patio door and bedroom window, etc.).

Great location!
We were in the area for a ski jump camp, and location of this condo made it ideal for us. It is minutes away from the jumping hills, shopping, restaurants, and Whole Foods, which made our whole trip easier. We would definitely try to stay here again on future trips!

Great condo with convenient access!
My stay in Powderwood was just great! Only 15mins from Park City mountain base with a Whole Foods nearly walking distance from the condo. The snow was cleared in a timely manner and everything in condo worked great. Not to mention it was well stocked! I do wish the hot tubs were open during the winter but overall I would highly recommend this to a friend.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway
The condo was very clean and nice to stay at. It's right down the road from Tanger Outlet shopping malls and close to lots of good restaurants and easy access to I-80. My wife and I had a great weekend and would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The front door was a little tight and you had to slam it pretty hard to get it to close and the silverware was a bit "tinney" It would be nice to have some updated appliances, but what was there was adequate, but would I stay there again? Definitely

Great condo
My friend and I loved our stay here! It easily accommodates 2-3 people and is in a great location. We made full use of the kitchen to cook breakfast each morning and dinner one of the nights. Walmart is a 15 minute walk (which is nothing for someone from a big city) or you can take the shuttle, so getting groceries was easy. The shuttle stop is about a 5-7 minute walk and was very convenient for getting to/from the Park City slopes. Highly recommend this condo and would love to stay again in the future!
