Dieses 5-Zimmer-Retreat im Cape-Stil liegt in North Falmouth, dem am besten gehüteten Geheimnis von Cape Cod. Sie genießen ein offenes Konzept mit Hartholzböden und eine modernisierte Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten sowie eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 1. 5 Bäder, ein geräumiger Essbereich und Zugang zu zwei hinteren Decks! Genießen Sie Grillabende und speisen Sie im Freien auf dem Hauptdeck vor der hinteren / seitlichen Tür. Die Master-Suite verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Schiebetüren zu Ihrem eigenen privaten Hinterdeck. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 4 weitere gemütliche Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.

Convenient location. Very clean! Liked the privacy. Back yard was nice to just sit & chill!
Old Silver Beach was a favorite!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend in June and could not have imagined a better property. The house is close to local coffee shops, beaches, and only a quick trip downtown, perfect for our girls weekend. The home was very easy to check in to, clean, and had plenty of space and then some for the 8 of us who stayed there. We especially loved the outdoor space, and the availability of multiple bathrooms.
Bill was also a wonderful host. He left a binder with house policies and close out procedures, recommendations for food and drink, and instructions for all the technology in the house. He was also quick to respond when we realized we had left behind ice packs in the freezer, and was very accommodating and allowed us to make a quick return to retrieve them.
Our group had a fantastic stay in Falmouth, and we would recommend this home for anyone looking for a group getaway or family stay!

First time to Cape Cod. The house became our best friend and the ambiance was lovely. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Upon entering the property we discovered all the towels and linens were used and on a pile in the laundry room. Reached out to the owner who was surprised the cleaning people hadn’t done them. We washed and dried everything ourselves. When we had trouble regulating the heat (the house grew very cold as the sun set the second night) we reached out to the owner but never heard back. The house is very pretty but a poorly draining second floor tub, very low toilets (we’re five women in our 60’s and 70’s), kitchen chairs that are ready to break, not being able to adjust the heat, and not hearing back from the owner to address it made us agree this isn’t a property we’d recommend.

We had a great winter stay with our extended family. Plenty of room, cute beachy decor, newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen, convenient location for restaurants/coffee/groceries, and great open concept for our group. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again for sure!

We stayed here with another family for two nights to enjoy the Polar Express Train. The house was perfect for two families of 4 with small children. Everything was very clean and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Very comfortable stay that worked out perfectly for our large family. Comfortably accommodated 6 adults, one toddler, and one infant. Extra touches were nice, including the beach toys, coffee machine, and kitchen staples. Host was responsive and provided helpful recommendations. Would stay again!

I took a trip to see the Mayflower and village with my Mohter, Sister, Sister In Law and Nieces as we are Descendents. I booked this house for the size, but more importantly it looked so nice. Well, let me tell you it was beyond that. It was beautiful and so clean. I was very impressed how welcoming it was, how fully stocked the kitchen was and even had towels on every bed. If you are considering this you won't be sorry. Our only regret was that it was too chilly to enjoy the back deck and fire pit. Thank you for making our family experience wonderful!

Generally overall a excellent stay. We did arrive for an early check in (approved a week prior by host) and the house hadn’t been flipped for us. The owner and cleaning crew did a great job managing this last minute snafu, but it was an inconvenience at the start of our stay, especially with kids in tow. We managed and felt taken care of by the amazing cleaning crew and host. Just an FYI. I imagine it was a one off. I’d totally stay here again.

Great space for a group to gather. We enjoyed having a leisurely breakfast at the large dining table lingering over coffee.
Sofa and seating area was set up well too.
Kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses and coffee mugs.

We loved it here. The place was spotless and it was newly remodeled meticulously. You could tell by the level of craftsmanship that went into it. We had my daughters first birthday here, as a small gathering and everyone loved the house. Thank you for letting us stay here.

5 star house and sleeping situations. There were no trash bags nor toilet paper in the house, which was a slight nuisance, but did not detract from the property. Thank you for having us!

Perfect Property! Beautiful home, open concept. Good size back yard with deck and gas fire pit, set back for privacy. Short drive to public beaches, 5 min walk to residential beach. Bill was very helpful and quick to get back to all my messages. 😊

Highly recommend staying here. The house has everything you need for a great vacation from comfortable beds and linens, to beautiful kitchen with cookware, large dining table and chairs, to big TV with all channels, and an outdoor living space with grill and couch. very well maintained property and clean- short walk from coffee shop and small convenient store - and short drive to several beaches. we had a great time!

Wonderful time at this clean, recently renovated property in a quiet neighborhood. Cozy back deck to relax after a day at the beach. All of the beds had comfortable mattresses and the bathrooms were spotless. Highly recommend this property!

Family vacation
This house accomodated five adults and five kids (8mths, 3 yrs, 6, 7, 10). The master suite on the first floor with a walk-in shower was perfect for my mom who doesn't do stairs and the extra air mattresses were perfect when the kids wanted to sleep together in the bunk room. The house came with essentials (hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels) so we didn't have to run to the store right away. Great trail to the bike path and a 0.8 mile walk to Megansett. We mostly visited Old Silver and Woodneck with our weekly non resident beach sticker. Kids could scooter around the culdesac. Loved the outdoor shower since the kids would be covered in sand. Beautiful place highly recommend!

Falmouth Weekend
There were 10 of us enjoying a nice relaxing weekend. We barbecued on Saturday evening and just hung out by the firepit and had a great weekend!

Our stay in Falmouth was perfect, mostly due to the excellent house we stayed in. Even though the weather didn't cooperate, we were centrally located enough to make short trips to see the sights. Bill was easy to reach if there was an issue, and the house was clean, fully stocked and very comfortable. We would love to stay there again. Thank you Bill!

Girls' Getaway
This was a great place for our girls' getaway. There were five of us and we each had our own bedroom. The house was very clean. This was a great location in a quiet neighborhood. There was a small "grocery" store nearby and fruit & veggie stands. We really couldn't have asked for a better place.

Everything about Monmouth exceeded my expectations. The house lacked nothing for a cook to prepare a great meal. Linens, towels, beds, pillows, and a luxurious master suite. Loved the fire pit!
