Six of us stayed here for a wedding. The unit was clean, spacious, and the furnishings were current and in great shape. Owners clearly take great pride in this condo.

Wasn’t told about the broken pool until the day before which negates the refund policy. When I very politely asked for a 50% refund the property manger was quite rude and said that refunds aren’t possible. She wasn’t even nice about it, quite indignant actually. Additionally, the pool was out of order for a while, this wasn’t a last minute thing. Telling me the pool is broken before I have a chance to get a refund is a fraudulent tactic. The entire plan for the bachelor party was to swim at the pool during the day. Instead we were told to go to the water park…with children everywhere and we couldn’t bring in our own cooler. The line to get in was almost an hour wait as well. Also, the shower head in the main bath was broken or something, it couldn’t keep the shower head up in the air. The ceiling fan the smaller bedroom when turned on knocked very loudly. The customer service was abysmal. I would like a response quickly or I’m going to go to the better business bureau.

Location was great, watching sunsets over the lake from the patio every evening. Close to pool Everything was as nice as the pictures.

We ended up cleaning up cobwebs in doorways, by windows and in the bathrooms. We also cleaned counter before we even started unpacking. Beautiful condo and amazing views though.

This is a very spacious and well kept property. It slept 11 of us comfortably. The master bedroom was very nice with lots of room. The deck had a great view of the lake. We would highly recommend this property.

Abundance of towels and linens... and necessities to get us started ... only comment would be ... a full size keurig coffee pot would be desirable... overall, met expectation for a typical vacation place

We love Okoboji! The location of this property was perfect! With the water park close by and the restaurant we really wouldn’t of had to go any place else. We will definitely stay again

We were not able to stay in this unit due to air conditioner unit troubles, but Teresa Olson was absolutely great and took good care of us!

Condo was just as described. Loved sitting on the deck and looking out over the lake. Plenty of room and close to all the attractions in the area. Easy to get passes to the waterpark and fitness center. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! My grand-kids loved the waterpark.

We enjoyed the unit and everything was as advertised. We had one minor issue(wifi password) and it was handled right away by management. Would recommend staying here to family and friends and we will be back next year!
