Willkommen im Centennial Cottage in St. Simons Coast Cottages. Das Centennial Cottage liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und den Pools entfernt. Die Coast Cottages sind eine der besten Unterkünfte in St. Simons.
Das Centennial bietet einen spektakulären Meerblick und viel Platz für Ihre ganze Familie.
Unser Haus ist wunderschön im Beach Cottage Dekor eingerichtet. Die Böden sind ein schönes Herz aus Kiefernholz.
Das Cottage bietet Platz für 11 Personen und verfügt über 1 Kingsize-Bett, 2 Queensize-Betten, 2 Etagenbetten und ein Tagesbett. Wir haben sogar ein Pack-n-Play für einen Kleinen.
Der erste Stock hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 der Zimmer haben Doppelbetten und der dritte hat 2 Etagenbetten für 4 Personen. Im ersten Stock befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner.
Die Küche befindet sich im 2. Stock und verfügt über weiße Schränke und Granitplatten mit einer Frühstückstheke. Die Küche öffnet sich zum Familienzimmer, das 12 Fuß Decken hat. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über ein Entertainment-Center mit Surround-Sound. Sie können Ihren I-Pod anschließen oder Ihre Lieblings-CDs abspielen. Wir haben eine Bibliothek mit Büchern und Videos für Ihr Vergnügen. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über einen 47-Zoll-Flachbildschirm. v. mit freiem Film und t. v. Vorführung.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich in der obersten Etage und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen spektakulären Blick auf das Meer. Der Sonnenaufgang vom Hauptschlafzimmer ist wunderschön. Die Master Suite verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon. Die dritte Etage verfügt über ein Unterhaltungszimmer für Kinder mit Flachbildschirm. v .. Der Wintergarten befindet sich ebenfalls im dritten Stock und hat eine Liege und einen tollen Blick auf den Strand und den Pool. Der Wintergarten ist ein großartiger Ort für die Kinder, um mit ihren eigenen Sachen abzuhängen. v. und Playstation.
Wir haben insgesamt 4 t. v. 's in der Hütte. (Familienzimmer, Wintergarten und beide Hauptschlafzimmer)
Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen privaten Gasgrill, der mit Erdgas betrieben wird. Sie müssen sich keine Sorgen mehr machen, dass Ihnen das Benzin ausgeht.
Sie werden die zwei fantastischen Pools am Meer, den Pavillon und den privaten Zugang zum Strand lieben.

The house was great and well stocked for our family, and the 2 pools were great! My only minor complaint was how far a walk to the beach was. Nothing you can do about that. Loved the beach.

We loved staying at this home on St. Simon's Island. Was very happy to be able to rent bikes for a few days through the property mgmt company as the shops/restaurants are a 10 min pedal away. Lots of room to spread out, and the kids liked having a bunk room to themselves. The beds were very comfortable. There are 2 pools at the end of the street and one is designated for young children. New decking around the pool. The home was very clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, just a one minute walk to the pool and maybe 3 minutes to the beach. We spent a lot of time by the water thanks to the short distance! The house is bright, spacious, and comfy. There are lots of stairs which are impossible to avoid due to the kitchen on the second floor and bedrooms on first and third floors. The pots and pans in the kitchen are superior to any place we've stayed before. We were missing kitchen scissors and paper for note taking, but these were minor annoyances. Everything was very clean except for the ceiling fans and vents which are in need of dusting. The property owner was a pleasure to work with, a great communicator, and we would not hesitate to book again with her.
If you have never been to St. Simons Island, there is a lot of public beach access and the entire island is walker/biker friendly. There are also several parks with playgrounds if you need a change of pace for the kids.

Our second stay at this property was just as wonderful as the first! Amazing location and amenities. Super close to the beach (complete with newly updated boardwalk), pools, and plenty of restaurants and fun nearby. Easy communication with the property manager with quick responses. Can’t wait to return next summer!

It’s always fun to go to the beach with family and this is a lovely area. The pool and the boardwalk to the beach are great for little ones. The house was nice but a little tired. It’s ready for updates. There are missing drawer handles in the kitchen. The stand alone shower on the third floor does not have hot water and very little water pressure. The sheets are nice and soft because of the many washings but there is no elastic left in the fitted sheets so not very comfortable. We made it work and had a lovely time in St. Simon’s. I would recommend this community but not this particular house.

We had booked this as a long weekend away with the grandkids. It changed into celebrating Grandpas life instead. Many laughs, many tears. The laugh outnumbered the tears & the last words were Let’s come here again.
Be prepared for a lot stairs. I’m the only one that minded them.

Unit was exactly as advertised. Bedroom set up was perfect for our family visit (Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, adult children). Location was very convenient for getting to the beach.
There are a lot of steps which should be considered for your travellers, but the layout is very nice!

When we booked this beach house I expected it would be a long way to beach access but it was not. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. . The town was so accessible and and we loved all there was to do and see.The house was perfect for our family. It is well stocked,clean and furnished well. We loved this beach house!

Wonderful stay!
We have stayed in this lovely community before but this was our first summer in this house. We had a wonderful stay - the house was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family. We also loved how close it was to the pool and beach access! We can’t wait to come back next summer!

We loved this home and the neighborhood. This was our first trip to St Simons but we will definitely be back. The house was perfect for two families with two children each along with both grandmas. Not a long walk to the beach and within five to ten minutes of everything you would need on the island.

Just a few points: The website needs to be more accurate with the master on the 3rd floor as it has no private bath. It's required to strip the beds, put linens in washer, take out trash and vacuum. We think that should be optional as the fees should cover it.
The bathroom on the 3rd floor has a walk in shower and a tub/shower. The walk in shower had no hot water. Since we had another shower and only staying 3 nights, we didn't call for service.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. We went with my entire family and their children, so multiple families and it worked well for us! The trek to the beach was a bit muddier through some marshy areas but other than that everything really was easy and wonderful.
We even had some issues with the air conditioner and we called and they came and fixed it almost immediately.
Very grateful for our stay and would most definitely recommend for location, cleanliness, ease, etc. !

The beach chairs are all rusty and the bugs in the house are what was the most surprising for the amount of money that is paid for a weekend in that house. My suggestion is that the owners find someone who will maintain the property for guests.
