This property was perfect for two families with kids. Close to ski school with the walkability of being in downtown, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Great amenities. Would definitely book again.

We were so happy with the amenities and location of this unit. We could actually ski and ski out. It was perfect for our two families with a total of 4 kids and 4 adults. We had plenty of space and could walk straight into downtown breck as well as get on the lifts in no time flat. Bonnie is a great host and we had a great time.

Easy and truly a ski-in and ski-out property!

We had a wonderful time. The housekeeping was amazing. We had a lady named Tiffany. She was so on it!!

This condo is perfectly located at Peak 9. It is a convenient walk to the lift (Quicksilver is right out the door), the Maggie area and the town! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had a coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, many pots and pans and utensils. It also had many games available as an extra. The owner communication was great. They contacted me a couple weeks before our arrival to inform us that the fitness area and hot tub was still under renovation, which was not a problem for us. Also, I had questions about the parking situation which they answered within a few hours, even providing a website link to additional parking areas. Our stay was very nice and we would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location, perfect size, well stocked condo for families. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and fit comfortably. Property had everything we needed and the manager was responsive. We will book again! Heads up-if you’re booking ski school at Breck choose the village location and watch your kiddos on the magic carpet out your window.

The condo unit and location were great, however up-front details about the status of the property were not. There is construction outside the condo unit and unrelated to COVID, the pool, hot tub and exercise facilities are closed until Nov. due to renovation and repair from a roof cave-in. I would have appreciated this information up front. We stayed in this condominium for two days over spring break in March, 2021. There were seven of us ages 10 to 73, and the condo had plenty of room to accommodate us. We watched our 10 and 13-year-old participate in ski school out the window of the condo all day. We cooked dinner in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed except aluminum foil. It was a little tricky finding the wood closet so we could use the fireplace as it was in the parking garage in the next building. Once we found it, we had an old-fashioned fire in the fireplace which was wonderful after a day of skiing. We had to make reservations to use the pool and hot tub due to COVID-19. The slots fill up very fast and you have to get on the website exactly 48 hours prior to the time you want to reserve in order to find an open reservation. It was also a little confusing when we arrived trying to figure out where exactly we were supposed to park the car, but we figured it out. This condo is located right at the base of peak nine, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do...shopping, restaurants, skiing. Would definitely stay here again.

Unit was quiet at night. Location is perfect for food, shopping and access to a main lift. Only disappointment was the hot tubs advertised. Very clean and stocked with essential kitchen tools. Can’t beat the location either! No car or uber’s necessary- everything is walking distance!

It was a nice place - ski in ski out. My only concern was the parking/unloading/loading of luggage. This was a bit of a hassle but it all worked out.

Our group included first time skiers, intermediate skiers, and non-skiers. We needed a place that would fit all of our needs and this condo was perfect. Walking distance to ski school, lift, shopping and restaurants. Only had to get the car out once, just because we had some sore muscles that didn't want to walk to dinner. Would definitely stay here again!
