We had a wonderful time during our stay at this amazing condo in the Key! Everything listed in terms of amenities, from kitchen and bathroom supplies to beach supplies, was exactly as promised. It was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and Frank was very helpful and responsive- even offering us an early check-in since we arrived a few hours before 4 PM. The location was exceptional, with it being a short walk to the beach and having the trolley stop directly out front to quickly get to the village. We also enjoyed many mornings sitting in the lanai, enjoying the coolness of the AC, and the beautiful view. I would stay here again!

This property is a perfect location for a week at Siesta Key Beach and Villages. The unit is clean and open and you have a breathtaking view of the Gulf. I hope to visit again and if the unit is available, i would definitely stay here again. Everything you need and more. The only things i needed to buy was food, other incidentals provided by the owners which is a plus. 2 Bedrooms and I never heard any of the other tennants from units on either side or above or below us. Very peaceful ! I would highly recommend this Unit. Thank you 😊

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly as described. You could not ask for a better location. Directly across the street from beach. It was great that all beach supplies were included. We had a blast. The manager Valerie is extremely helpful with anything you need. Check in was super easy. Parking is under an overhang so it keeps your car cool. Frank and Sharon are extremely easy to speak to. When we come back to Siesta Key, we are definitely booking this condo again.

Excellent condo with many amenities and located directly across from the snow white Siesta beach. Close to Midnight Pass to avoid traffic but close enough to the town for a cool-vibe coffee shop, restaurants, live music, and shopping. The host, Frank, was a clear and accurate communicator. I appreciated being able to create my own keypad code and the easy and quick checkout! I will book again!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our two young kids. The ocean/beach views are great from the condo and it was very convenient being directly across the road from a public beach access and free trolly stop. The condo very clean and had everything we needed! We called the property manager once for a hot water issue and she was there in minutes and got it fixed right away!

Our expectations were high because of the good ratings, but our experience exceeded our expectations. Condo is very clean, spacious, convenient and has a "feel like home" sense. The view ot the beach is magnificient, and we were very close to the Village. This place is perfect. Thanks Frank & Sharon! Also, a special Thanks to Val who greeted us so warmly!

When you open the door all you see is THAT VIEW! Steps from the beach was wonderful, and so was the closet full of gear for a perfect day! The entire condo is spacious and comfortable, very clean, and a kitchen stocked with everything you would need—so many extras, it was great! The owner is very attentive and gave details about the condo,which most owners do not do. Our family of 4–including 2 teen boys— had plenty of room! The Village is a short drive or walk for shopping and dining, great location. The building is also fabulous! Laundry on each floor, carts to haul your things and an elevator too! Your car is parked under a cover so it shields the sun and rain, great feature! Already looking to return again very soon!

There aren't enough words to describe how perfectly wonderful this condo is! It was pristine clean, the views of the ocean were absolutely perfect, there were plenty of beach items, the location to Siesta Key Village was so close, and just an all around amazing stay. The owners answered every question efficiently and they were so kind!!! I hope we can come back to visit again VERY SOON!

Location ,location , location !! Across the street from Siesta Key beach and a 15 walk ( or short trolley ride )to Siesta Key village where there are many shops , restaurants and bars . The condo is well designed , updated , clean and well stocked . The storage room has everything you need for the beach - chairs , umbrellas, beach cart , beach toys etc. , etc. High end Weber grills in the common area and a covered parking spot are nice added amenities. This condo exceeded our expectations !!

We live in Lewes Beach, Delaware so we are familiar with lots of beach towns. The Siesta Key beach is outstanding in every way.
The condo has a “million dollar view” and is extremely comfortable.

This property has everything. It is walking steps from the best beach we've ever seen. The condo is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. You can view sunsets from the comfort of the lanai. The complex is well maintained and easy walking distance to/from the village. If you want to ride to the village, the free trolley stop is right in front of the building. Finally, Frank and Sharon were extremely responsive and helpful. You won't be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay,
Location and amenities. We did communicate one problem of some left women’s panties in the closet and bed sheets with hair on them. Frank was apologetic and quick to respond to offer changing of sheets and I would put that on over site cleaning crew and not owners. Rest of condo was clean. Location was amazing and view was great. Beach supplies of chairs and cooler were awesome. Weather a little hit and miss but we were really happy with the rest of our stay.

This was a fabulous condo, extremely clean and very comfortable.
The location was second to none, fabulous views of the beach which was quickly accessible.
We really appreciated the beach chairs and equipment, easily transported to the beach in the cart provided.
Frank sent us very comprehensive instructions for check in and Val in the office was an absolute treasure, so helpful and friendly.
We would love to return in the future.

Frank and Sharon are wonderful hosts, their condo could not be more perfectly located. The stunning view of the Gulf was breathtaking and the most perfect way to celebrate our anniversary! The weather was superb and we enjoyed every sunset on the beach!
Their manager Valerie was wonderful as well and very knowledgeable of the area and very responsive and assured our experience was excellent!
We would highly recommend this property!

Perfect location. Just across from the beach, no condos across the street to block your view of the beach. You can hear the waves at night if you are sleeping in the master bedroom. Just a mile walk to the village which is perfect since there is limited parking close to the shops and restaurants.

Need Upgraded
The beds are horrible, foam doesn’t fill the holes. Bathroom was dirty. Refrigerator froze and ruined over $100. Fridge needs replaced. Pleather furniture is unwelcoming and not comfortable. The location cannot be beat.

Wonderful host and property!
We absolutely loved our stay in Sieasta Key. The property is in a perfect location. It has all the comforts of home as well. The walk to beach access 11 is right across the street. The condo has a beautiful beach view! The trolley runs frequently and will take you all the way down to turtle beach and to the village. Frank and Sharon have great communication. We look forward to coming back very soon!!!

The location couldn’t be better, directly across the street from the main beach. The owners provide everything you’d need for the beach—plenty of chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and boogie boards, even a wagon to transport everything across the street.
The condo was so comfortable and we enjoyed cooking and staying in at night. The bedroom and bathrooms were well equipped and extremely comfortable.

The view from the lanai is amazing! The location cannot be beat! Being right across the street from the beach is so convenient. Not having to worry about beach gear is a real plus. Siesta Key Village is an easy 20 minute walk from the condo with lots of shops and restaurants. South Village is a little further away but it is walkable or the trolley stops close by the condo. We had a hiccup with the door lock (pretty sure it was user error) and Val, the on-site manager, was immediately available and helped us get it taken care of. I would definitely seek out Frank and Sharon’s condo if our travels bring us back to Siesta Key.
