We had a great stay. The house was exactly as pictured, in very good condition and is very convenient to all 4 Aspen resorts (especially Snowmass, obviously).

We really enjoyed the house it was very convenient to everything. Everyday that we boarded we drove to the town park and took the bus up to the mall which is free. The house has alot of amenities that you don't find in rentals...spices, selection of pots and pans, containers to put your leftovers in ect.

The condo was beautiful and had all of the amenities you could ask for. Sam was very responsive and helpful when I had a question. The location was ideal for a ski vacation. It was an easy drive to all of the mountains and close to bus routes to Aspen.

We had four friends spend a week here for a ski trip in February. It's a beautiful home and very well-appointed. I've never rented a house that had a kitchen and pantry as well stocked as this one. Everything you need for cooking and plenty of essential supplies were already there, making shopping and cooking our meals incredibly easy.
As the owners noted before our arrival, it is highly recommended to have a vehicle. There are two spots to park and it's a very quick trip to the store or village base. The nearest shuttle stop (#6) is about 1/2 a mile or an 8-10 minute walk. You need to call the shuttle to have them pick you up, as it's not a regular stop. If you are up for the walk, there is a ski trail directly across the street from the stop that you will take you to Assay Hill. It's fairly flat and there are uphill spots going in both directions but it's doable if you're in decent shape.
All in all, a great place for a family or smaller group of friends. The hosts were very helpful in getting us checked in and out and always responded quickly.

Loved the location, hidden in the Aspen trees near the base of Snowmass mountain. Easy access to Aspen’s restaurants is great too. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the place for our family trip. Well appointed and felt like a place that the owners actually spend time in and care about. Would be great to see the porches in action in the summer!

Enjoyed spring skiing in Aspen. Owners were great with communications and instructions prior to arrival. Great location in Snowmass, but also easy to get to Buttermilk and Aspen the back way. More than enough space for the 3 of us. Kitchen was well stocked and cooked at home most nights. Had great decks which would be fantastic in the summer and fall.

We had a great time staying at this property for a week of skiing at Aspen Snowmass.. The property is conveniently located in Snowmass (a very short drive or 15-20 min walk to the Snowmass ski resort base area). We used a combination of driving/shuttle bus system to get to the other three mountains. Garages can be filled up quickly so early arrival and planning for additional commuting time are highly recommended. The host was very helpful and reachable. When one of the toilets broke down, it was immediately fixed. The host’s instructions were very clear and check-out procedures were quite smooth.

Great place
The house is great. Has everything you need. Good size for a family. Kitchen has every gadget you could think of. Comfy couches in the family room, with plenty of space for everyone. En suite bathrooms for all 3 bedrooms. Loved the master bed/bath. We had an issue with the hot tub, but a flip of the breaker switch fixed that. Can't walk to the slopes, but it’s only a few minute drive and parking is free when you have at least 4 in the car. And it doesn't fill up at the Two Creek lift, even during spring break, which is when we stayed. Aspen is so lovely, even my 9 and 13 year olds said they want to come back in the summer.

Super family friendly cottage right next to Snowmass Village
Stonehaven is a fantastic cottage just minutes away from Snowmass Village. The house has a very welcoming vibe, very comfortable for a family or a two couples wanting to enjoy a ski week in Snowmass. The house is well decorated, has ample light and is well equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable spending a week or more. The kitchen has everything you need, the internet connection is super fast, and in the living room it has a big smart tv to enjoy cable as well as all your streaming services. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to spend time in Snowmass.

The layout is wonderful - two bedrooms and baths on the lowest floor with a walkout to the hot tub. The middle floor has the family room with a large comfortable sectional plus another sofa, so there is plenty of seating. The kitchen has good appliances, is well stocked with cookware and has lots of spices, condiments, paper products and pantry items. There is a large deck off the dining room with a gas grill. The third floor has the master bedroom and bath. There is also a desk nook and a top floor deck. I highly recommend!!

Charming and comfortable mountain home

This home was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked & usable. The master bed is comfortable; the queen not as comfortable. We stayed at Sam and Carol's place for a week in February and had a wonderful time. Their place is very spacious, plenty of couch space to relax on after a full day of skiing. They have a smart TV, Comcast and wifi for guests. The kitchen has been recently updated and was nice for cooking. It has everything you need. There is also a $1 cab service to take you to Snowmass Mountain or anywhere in Snowmass Village for $1, which made transportation easy. There is a nice parking space if you have a car that is easy to get in and out of. We had a lot of snow while we were here and someone came and shoveled the porch and deck daily. Sam and Carol provided us with a detailed email of everything we needed to know before we arrived which was great. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Regarding the owner's hospitality, room cleanliness, amenity convenience and location, this is a perfect choice to stay when skiing in Snowmass village. Definitely one of my best memories here and I will book this next time to Snowmass.

This place was by far the best condo we have stayed in during our ski trips to Colorado. We loved the oven and we hope to come back soon. Sam and Carol the owners were great to work with. We had fresh powder two days skiing was great. Thanks for letting us use your place.

Cozy and family friendly
The duplex was private, on a beautiful lot yet just a couple of minutes to the village. It was comfortable, cozy and nicely furnished. It is three levels and has a great floor plan (master upstairs, kitchen and living room on the middle floor and 2 other bedrooms and baths downstairs.) The kitchen is not very big but has everything a cook could want. There is a nice yard that would be perfect for snowman building or snowball fights! The owner, Sam was very responsive to emails and genuinely cared that we would enjoy our stay in their home. I would recommend this home for a family or couples!

Wonderful winter holiday!
In a word – fantastic!
We’ve just returned from three weeks at Ridge Run and wish didn’t have to come home and reality. Firstly the owner, Sam, was great and easy to deal with – any questions were answered pretty well straight away.
The home is in a quiet location – just far enough away to feel like you are the only ones for miles. One morning we were visited by two foxes on their way home from a night out. Fantastic views and all the amenities listed are exactly as stated. Clean, well appointed and we weren’t in need of anything for our entire stay. We didn’t have a car and the $1 taxi rides were efficient and easy to use on a daily basis.
Overall cannot recommend Sam's house enough. Just loved every minute. Thanks and we will definitely be back again.
