We’ve stayed in dozens of properties in Breck. This one is located very conveniently. The shuttle stops right in front of the building and the 4 o’clock run terminates right across the street. It’s one block from Main Street, so walking to the restaurants is very easy. The building has ski storage, parking underground is easy, again, everything is easy and convenient. The condo itself is very nice, well-appointed, clean. Everything in working order. Would definitely stay again.

The parking garage is always full beyond capacity and the parking spaces are super difficult to get into. You cannot come here with an SUV and park without being an inch from the next car or half the car out in the drive isle. The unit is much nicer and larger in the pictures than in reality. The bedroom upstairs was super hot and the bed very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was terrible as well. This unit (W318) is super outdated. Even more outdated that the property itself. The TV's were from the last century as well as the bathrooms. In general this unit and property need a major update to justify the rated they charge. The only redeeming thing about this place is the location, but nowhere near enough to make you forget about all the steep shortcomings.

I will not rent here again. The parking garage is always full beyond capacity and the spaces to park are very difficult to get into. Do not go here with a large SUV; as you won't be able to park without being an inch from the other cars or half the car out in the drive isle. The area around this property is very nice and close to many restaurants and shops but the property itself is very outdated. The specific unit we rented (W318) felt even more outdated than the property. The pictures make it look a lot bigger and nicer than what it really is. The upstairs bedroom is very hot and it was impossible to regulate the temperature in any way. It was much nicer downstairs as far as the climate control, but that's where it ends. The TV's are seemingly from the last century and the bathrooms as well. The bed was very uncomfortable, the sofa bed as well. This unit and property need a major renovation to be able to justify the rates they charge. The rental people did communicate well as far as instructions and recommendations for activities but nowhere near enough to make up for the crappy unit.

Overall, this was a great condo and it met the needs of our group. The front desk stuff was extremely helpful and having them store our skis was a fun bonus. My only suggestion for the unit is to add some humidifiers and oven mitts.

A nice, cozy corner apartment, great layout, downstairs the entry area with bathroom, storage, washer/dryer, kitchen, eating and living area with a nice balcony and upstairs a separate master bedroom with bathroom. I would give the place a five star but the heavy and old style wooden furniture's are rather dated. The dining chairs definitely need replacement. Also the TV's need an upgrade. The kitchen is minimalistic equipment, but still functional. No dealbreaker, with some TLC attention the place would be top notch.

Very spacious condo unit in a great location. You can walk to the gondola in the morning to get on the mountain, and there’s a trail that you can ski down that ends right across the street. Also a block away from Main Street so very easy to walk into town.

A nice stay
This particular condo needs major updating & renovation such as cushions on all the furniture, stains on the rugs, showers constantly drip and caulking needs to be redone.
Kitchen has the BAREST essentials. No pot holders. A lot of miss matched items, 1 hanger in the master closet, microwave has cracks on it, lighting could be better, no pad in the ironing board. A cheap vacuum. NO cleaning products except Clorox wipes. However, we were out & about all day. We didn’t let the above deter us from enjoying the area of Breckenridge. For the price, it was just fine.

This was a great condo with great proximity to all you need for a perfect ski vacation. I would recommend the trash removal process be included with the service fee. The trash cans were hard to find and for the service fee being charged, this should be included. Otherwise would 10/10 recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property!! The property is right in town, and within a short walk of the gondola. The property is super cozy!! We loved the underground parking that’s perfect during the winter. We are already looking forward to our next stay!!

Let’s start with the pros. The location to town & in the building (at the end of hall on the 3rd floor) excellent. Quite location in building. However the unit is completely dated. It needs either new carpet or none at all, the bed pillows need to be replace (no head support). The white drapes (or should I say grey) are filthy. Dining room chairs have no seat support ( if your a big person you would probably break the chair). Livingroom furniture should really be replaced. The tv in the living room has a very small screen with local channels only. And for for musical entertainment there is a boom box! There are 3 channel changers for the TV however none of them work. Let me not forget about the black mold in the upstairs bathroom. The TV in the bedroom you need binoculars to see if from the bed. The pictures look great online but quite different when you actually see the unit. To the owners shame on you. To the property manager if this is the way you manage properties shame on you also.

Not to mention all the chatter and bad singing that we were serenaded with. There seems to be an odd relationship between Summit and River Mountsin Lodge with finger pointing at the opposite party. When we contacted Summit about it we were told all they could do was provide a 10% discount off our next stay. Really? I'm not stupid enough to book with them again. There are a gazillion condos available in Breckenridge in the summer. The professional and courteous thing to do would have been to offer to move us ahead of time or provide a refund of some sort on the back end. Neither happened so I'm done with Summit Mountain Rentals.
