Even though it’s a small 1 bedroom condo, it’s close to everything you want or need. Beach, restaurants, stores (including grocery), pool, watering holes, music, etc. great balcony with nice chairs to enjoy beach, sunrise and sunset.

We enjoyed our stay here. 5 nights. Villa is as described. Recent renovations, new paint, etc. were nice. My wife is Very Demanding and Fussy and she gave this unit the thumbs up. Good view of the beach. Well appointed. Good Pool. Easy walking distance to Coligny Circle shops and restaurants and the beach there but far enough away to avoid the masses who invade the Coligny beach. Go to that beach if you want to be in a suffocating mob of people. Not our thing. We liked the beach in front of the villas. Busy but not over crowded.
The villa is good for two people. We personally wouldn't go beyond that. Not much in the way of storage for clothes. No bureau, but we made do with using the bunk beds for our clothes. That said, we enjoyed the villa. Everything worked, Good Wi-Fi, (although we didn't use the TV's so I can't comment on that), it was comfortable, clean, and the deck had a good view of the beach and ocean. Beach chairs and boogie boards included. Would recommend.

A true gem. The property is neat and clean. The location is great. A short walk to the beach and resturants. The property owner is very attentive. Even had the unit ready for us to check early. A truly great experience.

Everything was exactly as described online. Perfect for a couple's retreat. Parking lot, elevator and unit location are very convenient. Balcony is a good size with excellent new patio furniture with a great view of the ocean. Beach is only a few minutes' walk from unit. Conveniently located to nearby Coligny Plaza. Excellent and quick communication with Kendall. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others,

2 day getaway , condo was great, clean and had everything we needed! Host were wonderful and checked to make sure all was good. The view of the ocean is beautiful. Will definitely rent this unit again

We drove to Hilton Head for my wife’s birthday weekend. The weather was great and we enjoyed our time on the beach and great food at the various restaurants. The condo was comfortable and location was a short walk through the dunes to the beach. Coligny Plaza was a short drive away. The temps were too hot to walk. Overall we had a very enjoyable four nights. The hosts were good regarding communication.

The room is very nice but it is small but I knew that from the reviews and it was fine for just the two of us. Lots of places in walking distance was nice My only complaint would not be about the room or property but there is a public beach access at the property which made the beach very crowded.

Some of this is probably on me as I rented this last minute. The pictures of the property included a picture of the lighthouse which led me to believe this property was in Sea Pines, it is not. I also believed this to be two bedrooms, but no there is one exceedingly tiny bedroom and two "bunkbeds", I use quotations because they are smaller than twin beds and there is not a reliable ladder to get to the top bunk and they are in the hallway next to the front door of the property. The property as a whole is run down and dirty and crowded as the access on the property is also the public beach access. Will definitely not book again.

Nice location. Decent view of Ocean. Bedroom very small; hardly any room between bed and wall. Fitted sheets for bed didn't fit well; kept slipping off. Nice balcony table and chairs. Fridge door must be pushed shut.

We loved this condo! Very clean, check-in was a breeze, owners are very responsive, and the location cannot be beat! The beach is a few steps from your door. My 4 year old loved riding her bike to celebration park. Thanks for a great get away!

The condo was nicely decorated and clean, but there were burnt out lights and the drain stopper did not work. The complex was very clean. Great location and nice that the units all have ocean views.

We had a great stay. You can see the beach and ocean from the balcony. We were able to get into the room early and the check in/checkout process went smoothly. The chairs on the balcony were very nice and we Loved the fact that they provided beach chairs to use. The biggest complaint I have is that the bedroom is too warm. But other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

The location is great, we were able to walk both to the beach and to Coligny plaza! Communication with Kendall was very good, and she got back to me quickly with any concerns I had. It was also a good place for my almost two year old to have some freedom and not get hurt. We just put some hair ties around the cabinet knobs and it was pretty toddler proofed. The only downside was the bedroom stayed between 76-80 degrees, so we slept on the pull out couch in the living room that was next to the AC unit instead. We would definitely stay here again if we could get the bedroom slightly cooler.

Loved being on the beach
We loved this property. It was my spouse, my adult son, and me. They space is a little small but worked well for us as we rarely spend a lot of time in our room. It had everything we needed. I loved that they had beach chairs so we didn’t have to worry about bringing them. If you have small kids it has bunk beds for the kiddos. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay again.

Wonderful HHI Villa
It was a great place to stay with my husband and two children. Very close to the beach and had a cute community pool that we used everyday. Very clean.

Great one night stay
Easy access to the beach. Condo had everything we needed. As advertised, only younger children can fit in the bunk beds.
We hadn’t realized that this the condo is part of a large condo unit, but perhaps we should have assumed this.
Host was great and quick with communication. It’s an easy place for a happy beach getaway!

Adorable unit in a great location
Kendall was accessible our entire stay. The check-in process was extremely easy and we were grateful to be able to check in early. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The pictures are very accurate. The decor was very beachy and modern. Beautiful beach view and breeze. In walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Coligny.

Perfect Getaway!
The place was perfect for the two of us! We could see the ocean and it was just a hop, skip and a jump away. Everything was close to walk to restaurants and even bike rentals practically across the street. I rode a bike everywhere even thru Sea PInes. Lots of sightings of alligators. I saw a deer hopping thru the sand dunes as well. We had a wonderful stay. The Keurig was a plus for my hubby. We think it was new one.

Great week in Hilton Head
We had a great stay at this condo. It was a fine size for myself and my husband. Definitely want to follow the instructions to get airflow into the bedroom as it can be noticibly warmer than the rest of the room. View from the balcony was great. Everything worked that we tried to use. The couch was a bit "used" w staining and some worn out cushions where the frame was felt through the cushions. Other than that, the upgrades were great and the place was really comfortable!

Relaxing Get-Away
This place is awesome and the hosts were exceptionally helpful! The villa is small but just what we needed for the two of us. It is so close to tons of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Definitely worth it! Perfect location!
The view from the third floor is awesome and the walk to the beach is literally down the stairs, a few steps across the parking lot, and down a short boardwalk. So close to the sand and water!!
We definitely recommend renting bikes too. We never moved the car once we arrived. Everything was close enough to bike.

This is a great place for a couple. I think it would be way to small for any more than 2 people. The pull out couch is not sleepable. It’s uncomfortable and not sturdy. The ac unit is in the living room on the other end of the apartment than the bedroom. So the bedroom is hotter, but if you turn it down and turn on all the fans it cools down to a comfortable temperature. I love the location and the easy walk to the beach. We had a good time. Communication with Kendal is excellent.

Great location
Property is nice, a little smaller than I expected. Very close to Coligny and restaurants. Only negative is the air conditioner is like a hotel unit, so the bedroom stays fairly warm.

Good stay
The only negative I have is the parking. There’s not a guaranteed parking spot and if you leave, you may not be able to find a spot when you return. I would recommend walking or renting bikes.
The condo was clean and efficient with a view of the ocean. Loved the closeness of the beach with an area to rinse off. Property manager was great and would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, Convenient Property
We absolutely loved this little condo. It was perfect for our vacation with a 9 month old. The only complaint we have is that the bedroom was a little hot at night.
