Dieses wunderschöne, millionenschwere Ferienhaus ist nur ein Haus vom Strand entfernt und bietet einen unverbauten Blick auf das Meer. Es ist zwar nur 400 Quadratfuß Die erhöhten Rundum-Terrasse außerhalb der Doppel französisch Türen verwandelt sich die Familienzimmer in den Innen Platz im Freien mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den weißen Wasser.
Wir haben das Haus bestellt und zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten für Paare, die bereit sind, ein wenig mehr zu bezahlen, um das Beste haben. Es ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, einschließlich Fahrräder, Surfbretter, Boogie Boards, Liegestühle, Grill, und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Arten von Wein, Sekt und Martini-Gläser gefüllt. Unser Ziel ist es, damit dieses das schönste Ferienhaus am Strand, und auf der Grundlage der Bewertungen, die wir glauben, dass es uns gelungen ist.
Es gibt keinen Grund, eine Wohnung mit Menschen neben und über Sie, wenn Sie mieten diese Stand-alone-Haus auf einem sehr ruhigen Hof mieten.
Das Parken ist eine Garage mit einem 8 "breite Öffnung und ein Fahrzeug bis 17 passen bis" 9 "lang.
Wir haben die Belegung unseres ein Schlafzimmer ein Bad-Hütte zu zwei Erwachsene (kleine Kinder OK) beschränkt. Es ist der perfekte Ort für einen Kurzurlaub zu zweit. Wenn Sie Freunde haben möchten, begrenzen wir die zusätzlichen Gäste auf 4, was insgesamt 6 ergibt. Dies liegt an kurzfristigen Mietproblemen in der Gegend und dem Wunsch, gute Nachbarn zu sein.

Beautiful in and out. Seemed much bigger than 400sf due to all the storage options and the layout. Premium everything. Large deck with view of the ocean and shrub/perennial border all around. Kitchen has everything you would need for any meal. Loved it!

Excellent hosts (Lori and Ross) who are very helpful, and have created a sparkling clean, updated cottage for a wonderful getaway. Everything you could possibly need is provided -- from kitchen amenities to great beach bikes, comfortable pillows and bedding/bed (slept so well here), to the most stunning views of the beach/ocean/sunset from the front deck adirondack chairs (also you can see the ocean from the kitchen table and front room reclining couch). Be sure to measure your car to the exact measurements they provide -- it is a very tight fit for even very small cars. (we had no problem with it, as our car fit the provided measurements) We can't wait to go back for another beach holiday! Thank you, Lori and Ross!

What a truly wonderful little cottage on the beach this is! The location is walkable to friendly coffee shops, restaurants and even a market. We rode the bikes up and down the beach every day, sat for hours on the patio watching the waves and the people, and were awe-struck each night as the sun majestically set over the ocean. The home was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in and the pillows were heavenly! I know people say all the time "we will be back" in their reviews, but for this property, we mean it! We will certainly be back! This was a jewel to find. Thank you Lori and Ross for so warmly welcoming us into your precious home.
PS- we rented a convertible Camaro that fit snugly, but nicely, into the garage. I highly recommend you do the same!

We had a wonderful time to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The owners are delightful and so helpful. The cottage is perfect and just steps away from the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

This is such a lovely little place! Literally steps to the beach. Amazing ocean and beach view. Quiet little neighborhood and part of the beach, but it's a quick walk to yummy food. The rental comes with bikes, boogie boards, games. The house is small, best for just two people. The owners are so nice and easy to communicate with. Stay here!!

I was in town for a conference and needed a place to work online before another conference the following weekend. This property was just right. Steps from the beach (didn't even bother to put shoes on when I left the house) and a great view from the patio for working. Superb internet, which was essential for me.
AND the kitchen was so well stocked. I love to cook and am used to "making do" when I rent, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that absolutely everything I needed was already there. And a fairly easy walk to a grocery store as well.
The bikes were helpful (even left me some backpacks to use!), though I never got into the water with the boogie boards, etc.
I would definitely come back here.

We enjoyed staying here for a weekend getaway. Perfect for my husband and I. Close to restaurants and the view of the ocean from the deck is fantastic! The hosts are wonderful and communicate very well.

We enjoyed our first stay at this wonderful little charge after spotting it on a previous trip to Mission Beach. It's such a cute, comfortable little place with a stunning ocean view! We biked all over the area on the provided beach cruises, cooked up a tasty steamed clam dish in the well furnished kitchen, and spent hours on the deck people and ocean watching. Can't wait to stay here again!

WONDERFUL and BEAUTIFUL beach cottage!! It was immaculately clean and so tastefully decorated! Everything was in working condition and directions for use of tv, locks, etc. were clearly explained. We loved having bikes for use and especially enjoyed the large deck with Adirondack chairs….. they even had footstools. The beach was visible from the deck and just a few steps away!!! Sunsets were enjoyed while sitting in the chairs! This beach cottage had everything it promised! We give it a 5+ rating and will stay again if ever in the San Diego area! This cottage is truly a gem!!

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I. The location is GREAT and the cottage is fully equipped! I recommend getting the smallest car possible like they suggested. The owners are great as they reached out to see if we needed anything. I locked myself out and was grateful and honestly surprised that they answered the number on the back door and helped me immediately. We will definitely be back!

Central to everything but just far enough away from the bike path to not hear all the people. A view of the ocean and bay a porch and peace and quiet. What more can you ask for. The house is ideal for 2 maybe plus a kid or two. Use of the bikes was nice as well Thank you. The flowers were the best in the neighborhood! Truly a gem

We fell in love with this little cottage. Steps from the beach, but very private. A lot of thought went into everything here, from the delightful patio and surrounding flowers to the comfortable furnishings. Great location, kind hosts and impeccably clean.

To say that the cottage was clean is an understatement! Our home is “clean”, the cottage was immaculate. Everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker. Very comfortable bed and accommodations.
The owners communication via emails and instructions was clear and concise, we did not need to contact them. Everything was in excellent working condition and we did not experience any problems.
We would definitely stay there again and we certainly recommend the cottage! If there was a sixth star rating to give it, we would.

The location is perfect and it was quiet inside the cottage. So much to do and close to everything. The cottage is very cute and well appointed. Even the outdoor shower had warm water which is a plus because it was chilly while we were there. Will come again.

The unit is beautiful, very well maintained and is stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. It is truly “beach front” as far as we were concerned. It is one house off the busy boardwalk so much more private than direct on the boardwalk. The sunset views were splendid (and the sunrise views from the kitchen were great also). The owners are clearly meticulous about their property and it shows. The bed is very comfortable. Heaters were perfect for us. Our Tesla model Y fit in the garage perfect. We were there during the recent “high tide/wave surge” event caused by the bad California weather so we saw some HUGE waves and some slight inland flooding along the boardwalk. This house was absolutely fine during it all. We were in touch with the owners to send them some pictures of the wave actions - and they were super responsive. This is the type of house I love renting thru Vrbo. Great owners. We would definitely rent this place again - no doubts at all.

We absolutely loved this meticulous cottage! We came to the area to visit our two adult children and we enjoyed all that the cottage offered. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood in Mission Beach and it really is just steps to the ocean! We enjoyed sitting on the beautiful deck, soaking in the warm sun, people watching, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets! The cottage is close to all of the restaurants and shops in PB, and we loved exploring the bay side on the bikes provided for our use. We even biked to the Bird Rock area and enjoyed the seals! If you are looking for the perfect get away, in a house that provides everything you need, this is the one!!!!

This is the second stay for my wife and me , and we plan to return next May . The Cottage is updated , very clean , with beautiful views of the ocean , including spectacular sunsets , and steps from the beach . The bikes and beach chairs add to all the conveniences provided at the Cottage. Always a very relaxing stay !

We have become regular visitor to this cottage and find it to be very close to the beach with an excellent view of it as well from the front porch deck. The size of the interior is just right for two people and it is very well maintained. The garage is a tight squeeze however, but it does hold a large assortment of outdoor beach and boardwalk fun items. Washer and dryer are always appreciated if you find yourself in the need. We will continue to make this a regular location for visits to the San Diego area.
