As above Broken dishwasher but no decent dish board to wash multiple dishes The main bedroom and bathroom smelt like cat wee the entire stay And the were very unfair with damage to the property that was there prior to our stay so we won’t be returning to Hammo again

This house is absolutely stunning, lots of space and the pool in my opinion is the perfect size for the amount of guests. Prime location and provides 2 buggies. Definitely will stay at this house in the future.

Great house with plenty of room and having two golf buggies was a plus.

The noise, being close to the major roundabout and near the staff accommodation, had to listen to drunk people yelling out in the early hours and a lot of vehicle traffic on the back road. Wasn’t an issue during the day.

The pool, the view and location were great. Separate bedrooms and living spaces worked really well for our extended family group of 6 adults.

A number of things needed maintenance. Day 2 the toilet in the master ensuite was fully removed as it had been leaking since arrival (nobody advised us that this was going to happen or whether a replacement would be installed), and we then didn’t have a toilet upstairs the entire stay. Air conditioners all need maintenance/new filters maybe (?), dishwasher didn’t work so we had to wash up the entire stay, loose and rusting pillar tap in one ensuite, shower water temp couldn’t be regulated (you either scalded or froze), locks on external sliding doors need replacement, dirty stained blanket (both sides) made up on one bed, the toaster didn’t work on one side, one buggy struggled to go up hills even when fully charged so needs to be checked - left a note on all this and more for maintenance/housekeeping. However, the biggest issue was a dangerous timber step leading down to the lounge room that caused an accident one night (ambulance called, suspected fracture, extremely painful soft tissue damage, bruises, arm in sling - more expensive diagnostic screening now required at home being the result) - you really need to have a safety strip urgently placed across that step as it’s a real hazard.

Perfect house for our 2 children, grand children and us. Everyone one has their own space. Comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 3 children. Lovely pool. We'll designed and comfortable furniture, nice decor. Great water views and location overlooking the Hamilton Island harbour. Good value for money considering it is a 3. 4 million dollar property.

Gas stove faulty, Piezzo Ignition starters could not be turned off. Kept us awake all night, so an electrician had to disconnect the ignitors. Dishwasher needs replacing. Does not clean and dry properly. House has no Bluetooth speaker to connect to. Had no music for 3 days 😞. Only half a roll of toilet paper allocated by per toilet. Kitchen has nothing in it. Not even salt & pepper. Outside garden needed a well overdue maintenance.
