Great place and great location.

The pictures online don’t do it justice. Amazing great room, kitchen, and master bedroom! Huge kitchen with Jennair appliances. Loved the oversized Jacuzzi tub in master, two fireplaces, great backyard in the Pines. Super clean and well stocked home. One of the closest neighborhoods to sunrise ski area, which we loved the convenience. Wonderful owner who was quick to communicate. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Great house. Couple of friends went to just enjoy and relax. Home was inviting and cozy. Host was responsive and helpful. We will be back for sure!!!

Nice place to stay

The house itself is in a great location and has a great layout. Our experience- From the time you pull up it is very confusing because the picture of the house online is actually the back of the house and not the view from the road. Arrival/entering the house was a bit of a mess since we never received an email with instructions how to get in. After several attempts we were finally able to get a hold of the owner for assistance. The house honestly has so much potential but needs a few things to make it user friendly. -you need some sort of welcome binder or information sheet once you enter the home(wi-fi password, instructions for fireplaces, lights, checkout -no nightstands in the bedrooms, everyone has stuff to put on a nightstand, especially when there are no clocks in the bedrooms you want to be able to have your phone within reach -no coat hooks, your in the mountains and have no where to hang your jacket -the mattresses need to have some sort of mattress topper, they were all uncomfortable and feel very basic -the showers were draining very slow and filling up to our ankles, we had to plunge them and clear the lines -the house needs to be deep cleaned and not just a quick once over. The floors were disgusting and the cabinet doors need to be wiped down, they all had dry residue down the front of the doors. -replace the towels and provide more. Larger, better quality towels would be nice. These towels are small and very worn. Bring coffee or pods, nothing is provided

My BFF had a wonerful girls trip!! This home was perfect. We spent mornings drinking coffee on the back patio watching the squirls & birds. We had a lovely time & would love to come back again, if available!!! Thank you Dawnene for a wonderful retreat!!!

Property was in a nice neighborhood, main picture was of backyard so it was a little confusing when we got there - didn't look like the house at first. The property was very nice and owner was generous.

Great getaway from the Heat of Tucson!

The property was enjoyable. The location is close to nearby restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The owners were very kind and quick with any concerns or questions.. I would recommend this stay for anyone who wants to enjoy their time in Pinetop.

Amazing cabin with a great location. It was so nice to sit on the spacious patio drinking coffee and watching the animals play. Definitely would recommend and stay here again!

Our stay at this lovely home was perfect in every way. The home was tastefully decorated and the layout was ideal for relaxing and hanging out. We loved sitting on the back deck, enjoying our morning coffee and smelling the aromatic pine trees. The neighborhood was pretty and peaceful, yet close to everything we needed including grocery stores, restaurants, , coffee shops, golfing, and parks. The kitchen was very well-stocked and the home was bright and clean. The owner was receptive and got back to us immediately when we had a few questions. I would definitely book a stay at this home again. Highly recommended!

The place was perfect for what we needed, everything was supplied. nice thing was the location, less than a 5 minute drive to the venue used for the wedding we attended on 4/29. easy access to trials to ride our UTV on one, would stay again when the family goes there again.

A great home in a quiet neighborhood. Home had everything we needed and was kept clean and beds were comfortable. The property manager is fast to respond to emails. Would love to stay at this location again.

Great property, awesome location.

Beautiful property, very spacious inside. All bedrooms were good size, home came with tons of games for families to play. Only issue we had was not being able to get the fireplace to work. Owner was very responsive and sent instructions but still could not get it to work.

The BEST BnB in Pinetop-Lakeside!! It's easy to see that the hosts put a ton of love, care, and attention to keeping up this place. We brought a family of 5 and it had everything we needed + some. The hosts are SO kind and accommodating. Won't stay anywhere else in Pinetop-Lakeside! Would give 10 stars if I could.

This was a nice property that had a really great location. Some things needed work like the cleaning could be better! The linens and towels were minimal but nothing that would keep us from renting again. Overall a great rental.

This cabin is great for a small family to get getaway up North. The location is great, neighborhood is very nice and clean, and easy access to all stores, restaurants, and bar you would want to enjoy. Also, only a 20 min drive to Sunrise so the kids could play in the snow. As good as a time that it it was, there was a couple things that could be approved on.. 1. The refrigerator was gross... wasn't not properly cleaned before the previous renters it appeared. 2. The full bathroom did not have a shower curtain and the liner was pretty gross looking and had not been cleaned 3. The grill did not properly work + the drip tray was broken upon arrival which lead to drippings and char all over the patio. 4. The previous renters (or cleaning service) left all the dishes in the dishwasher and stacked the dishwasher so full nothing really cleaned well so had to pull out dishes we wanted to use and hand wash before using. 5. Fireplace in the master bedroom did not work (only bring it up as it was a feature listed on listing. Fireplace in the living room worked very well. Took a minute to figure it out (gas furnace). 6. Not enough towels available, had to go buy some to have enough for everyone. Overall, it was a great family trip and enjoyed our time. The communication with the owners was great and responsive. With the things i listed that could approve on would of made it a 5 star trip for sure. Would give them another shot in the future.

This cabin lived up to everything that I thought it would. Great location, completely loaded with all amenities and great host! We also had a bonus of snow on Christmas Eve that lasted through Christmas day! Great cabin and can’t wait to stay up here again!

Great place to get away for a few days. Nice floor plan, open common areas, and very clean. Quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from the lakes and restaurants. Dawnene was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great spot for gathering!

Awesome property located in a quite residential community surrounded by tall pines. The cabin/house is great with very nice amenities. Dawnene is great to work with and returns calls in a very short period of time if called upon. There's no doubt we'll return again in the future. -Doug & Vicki

We liked the cabin overall and the location. Just some things didn’t work for example we couldn’t get the sound bar to work.
