Unser Haus ist so nah wie möglich am Strand in Naples Park.
Neu renoviert und im Jahr 2018 aktualisiert. Küche w / Granit, neue Schränke und Geräte, Familienzimmer und Schlafzimmer Upgrades. Dieses charmante Nichtraucherhaus liegt 800 m von einem wunderschönen Strand in Nordneapel entfernt (10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad). Das Haus wurde in den hellen Farben Floridas erneuert. Es verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, um Sie zu entspannen und einen unvergesslichen Urlaub mit vielen Fahrrädern und Strandausrüstung zu verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber !!!! Dieses Haus mit offenem Grundriss, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem geräumigen Essbereich verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und bietet Platz für bis zu sieben Personen. Eine abgeschirmte Veranda mit Gartenmöbeln öffnet sich zu einer Terrasse mit beheiztem Pool und Spa.

The wife and I decided to escape Broward for a nice quiet retreat with the children in Naples, and found this beautiful home a very short distance from Vanderbilt beach. The home was as advertised and the host Lance was very accommodating and quick to reply when called upon. The only critique if I had to give one is that I would have liked for the hot tub to have heated up more. Aside from that it was a fantastic stay

The location for this property could not have been better- just a short walk to the beach! We had small children with us and really enjoyed the pool and backyard. It was a bit chilly the week we were down visiting but paid to have the pool heated and were able to comfortably use it the entire trip. The house itself was the size we expected and was well equipped for cooking, had loads of towels, and lots of other items you may need throughout your stay. Many lovely aspects to this property, with that said though we did have some issues. On arrival we found the house to not be in the cleanest of states, found some broken glass, had to go over the floors a bit, clean dishes and laundry we had to unload before being able to use ourselves, etc. Nothing major and the owner was quick to respond and refund some towards our inconveniences. The house itself needs a bit of tlc, for example the showerhead in the second bathroom is broken and was never replaced, didn’t feel so kind showering in there. Once again nothing major but the reason for my 4 stars, overall the property worked well for my family and we enjoyed our trip to Naples.

Loved this property. Great location. Walking distance to beach (less than a mile). Small but family friendly pool w/ hot tub and shelf for toddlers (grandkids loved!). Lots of bikes inclu. burley trailer. Well stocked. Comfortable beds and good showers. Did not feel cramped. Owners were responsive and easy to work with. Really enjoyed our month long stay!

The house was comfortable and well equipped.
Family absolutely loved the spa. We didn't cook, because we were on vacation! There was a little blip with the AC, but Lance was responsive and it was remedied.
All in all a really nice place to stay in a great Naples location.

Great Stay!
The house, pool and spa were great. The house is super close to the beach and the beach pass to Delnor Wiggins beach was an added bonus. Communication with the owner was easy and he provided thorough, easy to understand details on the home.

Location is amazing!
I just spent a week in this home with my two teenage sons and my husband. The beach was within walking distance and there were many close restaurants and stores. The pool and hot tub were great. We paid the extra to have the pool heated since our visit was in January and very glad we did! Renters should note that plenty of towels, bedding, and cookware are available at the house. We provided paper towels, napkins, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent. There are also plenty of bikes to use to get to and from the beach. Bring your own beach bag, but the rest is available at your fingertips! Thank you Lance and Tina for a memorable vacation!

Great hosts and close to the beach.
The hosts were very accommodating and responsive during our entire stay. A quick car or bike ride and you are sitting on the beach. Nice to have bikes included. We appreciated a nightly soak in the spa and was one of the reasons for choosing this property.

Great location for an escape
Well-appointed house. Incredible pool and hot tub. Good location for beaches, shops, restaurants… and a really nice place to just stay and relax inside or out. some road construction and a home going up next door — you heard very little and it wasn’t a distraction at all as landscaping blocked most of the sound. Easy check-in procedures and clear instructions on how to operate everything in the house!

Cute house
House was cute and location was great. Construction at end of driveway was rough especially trying to drag trashcan out which were gross amd full from prior visitors.
There were a few over sights from. The cleaning crew but nothing major. Owners were extremely responsive to questions and I loved the park pass they provided which we used once during our stay. Also the house directions print out was super helpful so we knew how to use the hot tub and expectations for during/check out.
The ceiling fans and lights were not attached to a light switch and we couldn't reach the pulls so we couldn't use over head lights and fans so maybe adding the long fan/light pulls would be helpful.
The master bath is small & water does get out of the shower so be mindful of where you place a towel.
Over all it was great and I would totally rebook this space.

Great rental property for a relaxing get away
Our family rented over the Labor Day weekend and everything was perfect. Home is cozy with all the extras you may need to make your stay relaxing. Pool and jacuzzi are a plus, along with the BBQ. Home is close to the beach, supermarket and stores. Quiet neighborhood. Home is exactly as described. We appreciate all the extras available (paper products, laundry detergent, etc). Communication with owner was great. Would definitely rent again. Thank you.

We have had a fineness time. The property is exactly as it says on the tin.
There are masses of towels, crockery and other utensils.

Great Value in Naples Park
The pool and spa (hot tub) were awesome. We used the spa much more than anticipated. The house was clean, new appliances, comfy beds, owners were very nice to work with. The house's location was very convenient. A little over a mile to Delnor Wiggins Beach, the same to Vanderbilt Beach. There is a great little park(Connors Park) to walk your dog, or run, that is a 1 mile loop just steps from the house. Easy trips to either Naples, or Bonita Springs. We took advantage of the bikes as well. We were there two weeks and didn't get to do everything we set out to do.

Quiet Relaxation
We were looking for a quiet relaxing stay with our adult daughter who had a medical procedure. This was perfect. We used the pool and had quiet walks in the neighborhood. Restaurants, stores, etc. were conveniently located. Perfect for us.

Location Location Location
As evident from my title, location is great. Really near beach as well as supermarkets and restaurants. The home was perfectly comfortable for us (total of 6 + our cat & dog). Pool and hot tub is new or recently redone. Fully furnished. If I were not to give it 5 stars in every category it would just be the walkway to the front which requires a simple pressure clean and the screen door that needs to be adjusted, but do not be discouraged by these two minor things. Thank you Tina and Lance.

Great location and a comfortable home!!
My husband, 1 year old, 3 year old, and myself stayed In this home for a week in January. We loved it!!! Our three year old still rolls out of bed, so it was nice that there was a trundle bed in the kids room. Our one year old slept in the available packnplay in the master. The heated pool was great in the adternoons, and the jacuzzi was relaxing for us after we put the kids to bed. Having two kids under 4 this was the most relaxing vacation my husband and I have had in years!

Perfect
House is great, perfect has anything you need to feel at home! Everything you need for a week on the gulf coast is in the house. The pool and spa combo just add another level of enjoyment and really cannot say there is a negative to our stay. The house is decorated very beachy and is just comfortable as soon as you enter.
Lance and Tina thank you for opening your home and allowing us to stay, hoping to rent again soon really was the perfect trip.

Relaxing Stay
I was traveling with my wife and 11 month old son. The home was great. We all enjoyed the pool/spa. It is only a 2 min. drive to the beach with the park pass provided with the home. There was every amenity needed for the beach in the garage. Great for a family. We will definitely be come back next year.

Do not rent!
I never received my deposit back. We could not get in when we arrived. Once we finally got the owner to answer the phone and actually got in the house, it had not been cleaned. They had to call in a cleaning service that night. The internet and cable had been turned off but they were able to pay the bill to get it back on the next day.

Wonderful Home and Vacation Experience
The house is beautiful, full of amenities and close to shopping and the beach. The owners were great to work with and the house has everything that was advertised and then some. We will definitely be back for more vacation time in the near future.

Awesome Location!
This was a first for me renting a home for 2 months and it was absolutely the best!
We had such a great time and with the great weather we did not want to leave . The house was so comfortable with all the necessities for entertaining. The pool and hot tub was perfect. We loved the close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It's a great home and the owners were wonderful, so helpful and responsive to any questions we initially had getting settled. We feel so lucky and blessed to have found this little slice of heaven! Looking forward to our return visit next year!

This home had everything we needed and wanted for a special Christmas and New Years vacation. We were extremely comfortable- just like home! Enjoyed the hot tub and the walking access to the beach. We definitely recommend a stay here if you vacation in this area.
