We had a great stay at this cute little place in Encinitas! We had two couples and the space was perfect for the 4 of us. We really loved the back yard, it was wonderful to sit outside for our meals. We will definitely check this place out again the next time we visit!

We had the perfect stay - not only was the place clean, relaxing, quiet, well stocked, and in a fantastic location close to the beach, stores, etc. To top it off, Courtney was so responsive!! I don't think I ever waited for more than a few minutes for any question I posed, both before and during the stay. She was the consummate professional and just made our stay everything we expected. If all my rental experiences were this enjoyable, I'd just sell my house and rent. A 5 star +++!

We enjoyed our stay! Property was clean, my daughter enjoyed the hammock and cute lights out back. Location was convenient to the restaurants nearby like the Fish Shop and Honey's Bistro which we enjoyed & Moonlight beach was great! Courtney was easy to communicate with, we look forward to staying here again...

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Courtney’s VRBO while visiting family in Carlsbad. Our doggie was happy to have a little yard to play in as well. Hope to return some day. Thanks again.

Everything was seamless. Courtney was responsive to a few questions. Property was extremely clean. Kitchen is a lil small and tight quarters but overall property is perfect. No frills but extremely functional.

Loved staying here. Convenient to the beach. Clean. Lots is space even though it’s small. Beds comfortable. Kitchen stocked. Nice enclosed outdoor area for the kids to play. Beach toys, chairs and boogie board were a great surprise and addition. Thanks for a great stay

Great place to stay. Would recommend. It is just barely on the opposite side of the freeway than the beach. Almost exactly 1 mile straight up from leucadia (beacons) beach. Nice to have laundry abilities for a beach vacay.

Lovely
Everything about this rental went really well from the first contact to the last contact. The beds were comfortable everything was clean the kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom had everything it needed. And the owners were very responsive when we had a question or needed some thing. I would stay here again without question.

Cozy
Tight space but that space is set up efficiently and covered our needs. Highlight was the private backyard with the hammock, bbq and firepit for smore-making! Nice fenced in area for our dog.

Really good area and very nice home! It was also a very beautiful backyard and we enjoyed everything about our stay!

Great for pets
I loved the fenced yard and its privacy. Lovely yard lights and nice combination of grass and cement patio. The little kitchen worked very well and the host kindly got wonderful bed padding that made sleeping so comfortable. Only note to be aware of: weekdays there is some sort of grinding/buzz saw business next door which is quite loud. But if you are off to the beach you won't be bothered.

Cozy and Cute
Stayed for a recent family get away. Had our dog and the backyard is perfect for a small pet. Quiet neighborhood. Not super close to the water. If planning to walk, it would be a hike. Sleeps 6, but living space is small for that many adults. Overall, perfect for what we needed.

Great little sweet spot
This place is a 10-15 walk to coffee and restaurants...go 5 min further you can access Beacon Beach. Its in a nice little neighboorhood where residents are redoing the homes. There is a sweet little backyard with flowers and it gets great sun without wind. We stayed in the garage room...the bed was very comfortable and the heating system was great for the cool nites. It's a tight space but doable for 2 to 4 people. Our host was prompt in replying to us when we needed extra towels. Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry room is real nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place with all you need for a long or short stay! Master bedroom bed it very comfortable. Our pup loved the yard and so close to dining options all the beach has to offer

San Diego oasis
This place was just the right size. Some people may think it’s small but for us it was perfect. It had everything you need for a great stay near the beach. On a quiet street but close to the main rt. 5. The walk to rt. 101 was a great distance for us but for ones who don’t like to walk it may be a bit of a distance. We enjoyed the back yard oasis as we grilled, ate , lay in the hammock and played games at the table. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect for a getaway
This little gem is located in a very good area - close to the beach and eateries. Although the living space was on the small side, we were able to cook for our family of 4 and enjoyed the outdoor space - dining alfresco, grilling, making fire-pit smores and taking turns relaxing on the hammock.
In the kitchen, I appreciated having sharp knives! Seriously...that is a treat. Beds were super comfy and the bath towels were so soft. Another thing that I appreciated was that there were cubbies everywhere to put our things in. The ocean breezes were awesome and having the windows opened to enjoy them was so nice!

Great Vacation Rental
This is our second time staying at the house during the summer, and we loved it again. Great location and amenities and perfect size for our family and 2 small dogs. Courtney is very helpful and responsive to any questions. We'll be back again!

My family had a great time. We slept 5 there no problem and had a great time at the beach and Disney. Great food and near a Starbucks for an easy morning coffee run. We would stay there again and again.

Easy, comfortable, convenient.
We had a big group with four adults and two kids, and this space worked very well for us. We really enjoyed it, and spent a fair amount of time outdoors on the sweet little patio with fire pit. The beach is a short drive or an intrepid long walk away.

The property is beautiful! We loved the backyard with the hammock and the trees. It was a wonderful experience. Everything we needed was there. Great experience for our first time trying home away.

Location great, close to beach, freeway, restaurants, and the park for kids and dogs.
The house is well appointed with everything you'll need. It has a private spacious back yard and patio. . Parking for two cars, Super fast internet which was great! Courtney and Jamie were very nice and helpful. We will come again next time we are in town.
