Impressed within not only cleanliness of Villa but cute decor and kitchen well stocked. Also appreciated the nice touch of a gift bag with special gifts. Only downfall was no washer and dryer. With beach and boating wanted to be able to wash beach towels and bathing suits. Would have been nice to have dryer to dry clothes. One other suggestion is full length mirror . But the villa was VERY clean, adorably decorated and well stocked. We donated several

This is a beautiful property reborn in the aftermath of a tragic storm. The raw beauty of Treasure Cay shines on, and in the very near future, TC will explode in growth and return to it’s previous glory.

My family recently rented this Ocean Villa over Spring Break. The villa was clean, check-in was easy, and communication with the host as well as the onsite property manager was ideal. We traveled with young children and felt safe. Also everyone staying on the property, regulars and newbies alike were very friendly.
We traveled to Treasure Cay because we wanted to be off the beating path. I knew before traveling that Ábaco was in recovery from the hurricane in 2019 but did not anticipate how slow the recovery would be in some areas. I would have given 5 stars but the water and power went out on our first day at the Villa. Also the water pressure was inconsistent throughout the week we stayed. The host and the property manager were quick to reply to my messages and kept us informed of the status of the issue. It was a city issue and not in their control and I was told this has not happened in a while. However, it may be helpful to remind folks about the recovery status when they book. We still had a good time and enjoyed the safe and quiet beach life during our trip!

We had an incredible time. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and very cozy. Location was great having the pool out the front door and the beach a short walk away. Nancy included everything we needed from nice towels (pool/beach towels too), soap, plenty of kitchenware, nice beds, and a bbq. Communication was great, manager on site was quick to respond and address any issues we had. If you want a place to unplug and relax, this is the place to go.

Nancy’s villa was perfect for my husband and me. The pool was a great alternating activity to ocean swimming. She had lots of great info about things to do and contact numbers too. Also a handy gift bag! Nancy messaged me several times making sure we were enjoying ourselves. It was perfect! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!

We stayed for 7 nights and it served as a great home base! The unit is actually better then the pictures and everything was high quality from the linens and towels, to cookware to the furniture.
Treasure Cay is a little out of the way and still getting over hurricane Dorian, but we rented a car for a couple of days and then rented a boat (across the street) for a couple of days. We had sundown drinks at the resort next door and linner (lunch/dinner) and a superbowl party at Florence's. The beach is right there, a 2 minute walk and the pool looked very clean.
Although there was only two of us the Villa would comfortably hold at least 4.

I almost don’t want to write a nice review because I want it to be available the next time I want to visit!!! It’s small and cozy and decorated so cute. I am an organized person and was impressed with every drawer I opened. It was by far the cleanest property that I have stayed on in Treasure and I have been visiting for about 8 years multiple times a year. We all slept great, which is important to our family. The unit is right across the pool so if you have kids you can watch them from the porch. The beach is just steps away. I will definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect. you can walk to multiple restaraunts, the grocery store and you are steps from an amazing beach. The property was clean, AC worked well and was everything we needed for a good nights sleep for 3 adults and one child. Nancy was super responsive and Mike (female) property manager was very nice

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa, just steps from an amazing beach!
My husband, 10 year old granddaughter and I stayed at this lovely villa for 24 days and loved it! The villa is beautifully decorated and everything we needed to be comfortable was included. We enjoyed the pool being so close, and the ocean with amazing clean white sand such a short walk away. My sunrise walks each morning were so peaceful! Groceries were just a short walk away as well and Florence's Bakery is not to be missed! We found multiple good restaurants nearby, especially Treasure Sands, where we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary! Our interactions with the owners were all very positive and helpful. We can hardly wait to return to Treasure Cay and will definitely rent this same property!

We had a great time at this cute and lovely furnished house! We loved to be there! The amazing beach is only a few steps away. We didn't miss anything in the house and outside. The whole villa park is very well maintained and quiet.
The contact to Nancy was nice and very friendly and all our questions were answered quickly. She even recommended a reliable taxi driver and gave us good information in advance.

This is the second time we've stayed at this villa and it was just as lovely as the first! Great location - steps from beach, restaurants and marina. The owners are great and very responsive/helpful! Always such an amazing, relaxing getaway with everything you need at your fingertips!

We decided to rent a golf cart at the end of the week to tour the island.The beach is only a meander down a walkway through the Villas to the most beautiful sand and view that you have ever seen. I am so looking forward to going there again and will definitely stay here!

Short walking distance to grocery store, car rental location and two fun nightspots-Cocos and Tiosy Seagull. The on-site property manager was very helpful. She did do laundry for us. It was a bit pricey at $8 load. But nice to have clean bathing suits and towels midweek. The only down was the shower in the second bedroom had such low water pressure it was barely a trickle. Everything else was great though!

Great undiscovered small village
I have been to Treasure Cay the last 7 winters. Love the place and the people. The villa is in great condition, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has anything you could need and great location near the pool. short walk to the prettiest beach in the world, not crowded!!!!

Clean, cosy Villa with direct access to pool and beach and great owners who really care!
We arrived and got into a nice Villa where we got everything like expected. Everything was very clean and in very good conditions. On the frontside is a nice pool that we almost always had just for us and the same with the amazing beach... was basically our private beach. We had an amazing time, will come back and can absolutely recommend this Villa! The owners where super friendly, were always taking care and responding super fast on questions we had - I don´t think anything could have been better.
It´s in a walking distance to the village but if you go for a golf-car, I would recommend to make a reservation. We had to give ours away the last 2 days because we didn´t make a reservation.
in sumary: it was an amazing vacation with our kids and if you like to go for a Villa on Treasure Cay - this is the one :-)
