Property was exactly at listed with some thoughtful touches like a folding chair we were able to take to the beach and a privacy screen between the bedroom and living areas. My teen enjoyed chill in the studio while we checked out yummy local restaurant. Thanks for everything.

Very good price. Comfortable. The area is crowded but that should be expected for the price. Could have more in the kitchen. Bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. Ideal central location to everything. Stayed 10 days and travelled to different activities each day, both north and south. Never bored. Studio is clean and comfortable. Only wish the deck could be used. Filled with fire wood. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in this cozy condo that is ideally located near restaurants and slopes. Had great communication with the owner who was very responsive. Easy to check in and out. Place was clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed for a short ski trip to Mammoth. Will definitely stay again!

Super cute place! It was just two of us...made breakfast every morning before hitting the slopes. The spa and sauna were really close and nice. We loved it. We will stay there again.

The property is exactly as advertised and is perfect for two people. A few minutes walk from restaurants and Vons and a five minute drive to Eagle Lodge. Very comfortable bed, good hot shower, nice wood burning stove and a kitchen with full stove, microwave, Keurig, etc. Property manager extremely responsive and helpful.

This little condo was just perfect for our family Wedding/adventure stay in Mammoth Lakes. It was cozy for 2, reasonably stocked and the bed was comfortable. We never did figure out how to use the fire stick to access our Prime Account (written instructions would be helpful), but we really didn’t have much time to watch TV. Thanks for hosting us!

The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was close to shuttles , stores & restaurants. We loved the partition that splits bedroom & living room so when one of us gets up early it doesn’t bother the other. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi just a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall this condo was in a great location in Mammoth; however, the cleanliness of the space left room for desire. Upon arriving, the whole complex was under construction and the hallway leading to the condo had an ungodly smell. Once in the condo, it smelled clean; however, the white bath mat was stained, the white bath towels were stained, and the white sheets were stained. The property manager provided no assistance accept for a sorry, we will make it better for the next person. Additionally, there were no hangers and as guests in the area for a wedding, we needed to hang our dress and suit. I would not recommend this condo to a friend and would recommend spending the extra money to get a nicer place.

I booked this condo last minute, (2 days beforehand) to ski some fresh powder. Communication was quick and easy, and the condo was nice inside and perfect for our group size with the queen bed and pull out queen. Owner does a good job of documenting what the condo does and does not have (in terms of coffee, shampoo, etc) so it's easy to plan accordingly and bring what you need. Overall a great stay and will likely stay there again in the future.

The studio was nice and well equipped for my wife and I and it was in a convenient location in Mammoth Lakes. It was a short shuttle from the mountain and a short walk to Vons grocery store and several restaurants. The wood stove worked well and made it nice and warm. The reason for only 4 stars is that there was so much snow in Mammoth when we were there that the snowbanks were 2 stories high and completely blocked the patio doors to the condo. This meant that there was no daylight at all in the condo because all the light was completely blocked.

We loved this cute little studio. It was perfect for my partner and I to come home to after a beautiful day of snowboarding. We especially loved the wolf decor and the cutest bear coffee table. It had everything we needed and was the perfect layout for us. Can’t wait to be back!

This little.condo was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Mammoth! Easy parking and close to parks and the ice skating rink along with lots of restaurants and shops. Wood burning stove and rustic decor made this a special place to cozy up after a day out in the cold. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay at has everything you need. From wood to your fire place to essential for the kitchen. It’s near the town and stores so you can walk place to place. A hundred percent would recommend to stay here for a wonderful getaway.

The property management (not Michael) was way to quick in putting the BBQs away. I visited in October and they were not to be put away till mid to late November. I brought all kinds of OMAHA meats to BBQ and couldn't. Fire place and unit was excellent. Thank you Michael

My best friend and I stayed here for two nights while visiting ML for the first time and doing some hiking. Very convenient location, extremely COMFY bed and comforter/duvet. Plenty of room for two people. Did hear upstairs person very early one morning, but I'm a light sleeper, so that's on me! Thanks for a great stay.

The unit is just right for 1 or 2 people and is close to both shopping and transportation (which is really good in Mammoth). The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances function like new. The bed is one of the best ever and the unit is VERY quiet. The living area is comfortable with many entertainment options. Great location and outstanding value.
