We really enjoyed this property. This house has every toy and necessity. The kids played volley ball, cornhole and pool. We all went kayaking and stand up paddling. There is no need to leave this property. We only left this house to get groceries, which 1.5 miles away and to indulge in the local pizza joint. The property manager texted us the day before with a an introduction. Very good service. Views are awesome. Bathrooms were just redone. Kitchen fully stocked. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet. If you stay here please be kind, clean and respectful. We always hope the opportunity to stay here exists. :)

We had a fabulous time, so many water toys and beach games. An incredible view and beach to Lake access was over the top! The master bedroom had and incredible breathtaking Lake view. We were happy on the deck or in the water… all good reviews for this house very family friendly. Thank you!

The property was great, wonderful views from every room! Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware! The addition of paddle boards and kayaks made my grandkids very happy!! We had a wonderful week!

the views of the lake and mountains from this house were stunning, and we adored having kayaks and paddle boats at our disposal. the house comfortably accommodated our large family (4 adult couples plus 2 young children and a dog. it was a game changer in terms of not needing to get in cars to go find adventure elsewhere. hope to go back again...

You can’t do any better than this place. Unbelievable. Right on the lake. Private beach. Beautiful house plus guest house. all the toys you could possibly need for the lake- kayaks, paddle boards, row boat. Literally zero criticisms you could possibly come up with. Wish it was my house.

The property is amazing. Beautiful views. Within 30 minutes of 6 ski/snowboard areas. Will definitely stay here again. Hopefully in the summer. House is very roomy and cozy. Being right on the lake is unparalleled.

The property was very nice and convenient to park city. The garage fit a full size SUV. The ground level tended to remain colder, but a space heater was provided to make it as comfortable as possible. Super nice and spacious!

A beautiful lake front home that exceeded our expectations! Located on the lake, we had our own private beach and amazing views. The kitchen is well stocked, there are TV's in every room, a pool table for all to enjoy & a fantastic hot tub that was hot and very clean. It was a warm & friendly home where our family really enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving vacation. I give it 5 stars!

Unbeatable location and roomy, and well-stocked house. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy all of the water toys (kayaks, paddle boards, etc.) given the cold water and weather. However, our family had an amazing time, and the property representative was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. I highly recommend!

Yes, the lake has receded, but it gave more private beach access. The kayaks and paddles boards were a hit as well as the jacuzzi. We loved this home and couldn't get enough of the lake view!

This home was perfect for our family of adult children and grandchildren, with something for everyone! The amenities are endless…a fully stocked kitchen with spices, dish towels, tons of pots & pans and every small applicance you would ever need! All bathrooms have been remodeled and are beautiful; fully stocked with thick towels, shampoo/conditioner & body soap. The beds, bed linens and pillows are extra comfortable and top notch, insuring a great night’s sleep. We absolutely loved the backyard/sandy beach that had been raked before our arrival with 10+chairs, umbrellas, a hot tub and picnic table! The shed is full of sand toys, beach ball activities and life jackets for safety while enjoying ALL the paddle boards & kayaks. We’d definitely recommend this home to friends and family and we even checked the availability calendar for another visit in the future!

If you love Tahoe, you will love staying here. The house is in amazing location and perfect for groups and families. The master bathroom is so well designed then even when you're showering, you can gaze out to the blue waters of tahoe. We hired a private chef who had no issues cooking and grilling for our party of 10. Lots of space to spread out and gather depending on the groups needs. It's along the main road so you're not far from anything. Hosts were very easy to get ahold of and were in good communication with me the whole time.

I'm very picky. I don't give great reviews easily. This property worked perfectly for a celebration of my inlaws 80th birthdays. We had family that also rented a home up the street and came during the day to enjoy the property. We had 6 adults and a 3 year old and 6 year old stay at the house with others visiting during the day we had 14 total come and go at certain times. No one ever felt crowded and the property worked out perfectly!! The guest house wasn't being used by us so those that still had a working vacation can escape and use it for zoom meetings and work without the bother of noise. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean!! Newly remodeled bathrooms that were so nicely done. I was commenting how perfect the tiling work was. We've been through a few remodels! The towels were of good quality nice and thick, bedding was clean no stains. Shampoo and body soap was supplied as well. Plenty of hangers in closets. Wood not plastic!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you can think of and more than plenty of plates, cups and glasses! Even for our group. We enjoyed just cooking at the property more than eating out. Ate mostly on the balcony with the spectacular views of the lake!!! The outdoor furniture in the pictures was updated. Great quality not Home Depot specials. Sturdy and stylish. The water toys were used constantly especially the kayaks which were in rotation nonstop. We were lucky to pick a great week with great weather!! The primary bathroom was given to my inlaws and boy did they love the huuuuge bathroom and gorgeous views from the bedroom which also has its own large balcony. The pool table was used as was the cornhole. We had the beach pretty much to ourselves the whole time. The neighbors were very nice which was a plus. We all said we'd buy this property as a family if it ever came up for sale. Just a perfect vacation for everyone. We've been to Tahoe many time and stayed at different places this was our favorite!!! Danielly was always available to answer any questions we had and was a pleasure to deal with. All in all a great property!!!

This house is Beautiful and so spacious! Everything was provided to support kayaking, paddle boarding, BBQ and amazing scenes from every aspect of the home. Our guests were wonderfully surprised on the location and the ease of movement from house, beachfront sands and distance to town. Wonderfully appointed, Spacious lakefront home in a great area of North Lake Tahoe for our trip with extended family. Property Manager was very attentive and helpful. We would love to stay again!

Loved being directly on the lake. Spectacular views. Garage was filled with lake toys (kayaks, paddle boards, etc.). Easy access to town. Property manager was quick on texts, answered questions, and often went above and beyond. The home is older (1970's I think) so it's not a showpiece, but several key areas have been updated. Most importantly, everything worked and we had a comfortable stay.

We have rented a house in Tahoe every summer for 15 years and this was the best we have ever rented. The house, the location on it’s own beach, the furnishings, and the spectacular view all add up to wishing we could stay another week. The house manager with whom I communicated answered all my questions quickly both leading up to our week and during our stay. All the seating on the beach including the couch on the outdoor deck were in heavy rotation with our family. We did bring four of our own beach umbrellas for added shade on the beach but everything else was there for the enjoyment.

Great house great location! We only stayed a few days but all enjoyed the house. Even the dogs. Will def be back

Our extended family stayed in the house over Christmas in 2021. During our stay, Tahoe experienced record snow fall which stressed the house in some unusual ways. We were thankful to have an understanding property owner and his responsive handyman in the area do some extra plowing. Overall the location of the house is great and worked well for our three combined families.

The entry to the property was easy and the climate was perfect. The wood burning fireplace drew well and the pool table was a lot of fun. The views on the lake are magnificent morning and night. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dish ware. Can highly recommend this property.

This is such a beautiful house! Amazing location, with your very own private, sandy beach. Great house for a big family, we will be renting again.

We rented this property from a Friday at 4 p.m. to the next Friday at 10:00 a.m. The location was north Lake Tahoe. The property is on the water's edge with very large beach (partly enlarged by the drop in water level due to the drought). This is an older home that has many changes and updates. These changes resulted in the kitchen, dining room, and living room being on the second floor with a recreation room and large porch on the ground floor. The bathrooms were modern and several (not the master bath) had recently upgraded to a level consistent with the price of rental. There was separate guest house at the rear of the property that was nice for our young couple to use. The kitchen was small to moderate in size and well stocked with plates, glasses and utensils. There was a whole cabinet full of electrical appliances like a food processor, waffle maker, fondue and so on. The toaster did not work and there was not coffee grinder as promised but the maintenance man, John, was quick to replace them with new items. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean with fresh linen. Overall all this property was what you would expect for a beach vacation home. But it is not a fancy, new, modern facility. You will find cobwebs in the ceiling and in the windows and the stairs creak and the furniture is well used. So what you pay for is the location not a sleek new house.One very important point. This property does NOT have air conditioning. We went there the third week of August. It was hot but cool enough at night to sleep. If you need air conditioning then Lake Tahoe may not be for you. We asked John, the maintenance man, about this and he said he services 60 units on the lake and not one had air conditioning. This fact is not discussed in the VRBO literature on this site. So beware that you will need to acclimate to an atmosphere of windows open all the time if you go during the summer. John, the maintenance guy, was fantastic, knowledgeable, quick to respond and willing to do anything to help us enjoy our stay. He even brought us a cooler to use on a boat rental. Matt, the owner, was responsive to most inquiries in a reasonable amount of time. The property broker was contacted once during our stay with questions and had a " I can't be bothered attitude."

It was unfortunate that the dingy oars were not in good working order so it made it a challenge to use it but we made it work. The layout of the house is great. The large dining table was wonderful. The downstairs game room was perfect. A few negatives though, mostly small stuff but when you pay prime $$ these small things matter. The trash compactor didn’t work, the left living room slider didn’t open, there was no drain plug for one of the bath tubs. Initially there were not enough bed sheets for the number of people we had, though they delivered them quickly. 2 children could not make it so we did not need to use the downstairs pullout couch, though I am not sure we would have been able to open the couch without it hitting the pool table. The back yard outdoor lights didn’t work, but again, John was fantastic and came right out to fix them. The outdoor shed that held the life jackets was in total disarray. Disappointing but not a deal breaker. Again, John was fantastic, even better than fantastic, but when paying top dollar I think these things could have been fixed in between guests.All that said, location and the layout of the house as well as the water toys made for a fantastic vacation.

House was great size for our party of 11 (8 humans and 3 dogs). The location was perfect.
