Very spacious. It's actually split in 3 floors. The living room was spacious and it had a fire place (we actually used it but for show as the heating was good anyways). Very good for families with 1 small kid.

The front door didn't stay closed unless you locked it. Not a big problem but would be nice to have it fixed.

The flat is just: Amazing. absolute fab 5star flat.We will come back in that place. the swimming pool was little bit expensive. My children enjoy the flat and they was very happy.

Location has a lot of potential. The prices are right.

Need to improve the cleaning of the rooms. Maintenance was really poor. Handrails detached from the wall in one section. Door not closing properly. Entrance door . . . . . .really scared me thinking that we would get stuck inside. Tv not tunned properly . Small things which I really hope they will fix them.

I didn't have to meet anyone to pick up the key considering COVID. All was handled ok. The apartment was clean and I got it for a fair price.

Spacious apartment in Silver Mountain complex. Pretty well equipped. It was warm and nice inside the apartment. Check un and out was automatic and you didn't need to see other people which is a plus in the time of pandemy. There parking spots available and there also a roofed garage. There was a small kitchen with facilities to cook and boil water, as well as a coffee machine.

The furniture and electronic appliances were old and dated. It was definitely older than the apartment itself and many things needed maintenance. The dishes were not clea, neither was the floor and sofas. It was obvious that the apartment was cleaned but not properly. There were 3 bathrooms which was more than what we needed but the heating was working only in one of them. There was not lights in the master bedroom's bathroom. Information was not properly communicated. We received the instructions shortly before our arrival. I personally like to know where I'm going and what I'll do before the trip. It was no mention of waste disposal and garage codes, etc. I think this is area that needs to be looked at and improved.
