We have stayed here before and loved the location! We love walking to Curlys in the morning for our coffees, sitting on the porch and then enjoying what Marathon offers with fishing, relaxing in the sun, walking, restaurants, heading to Key West! We love this house, it has everything we need and the host is so kind and welcoming!

We booked to stay in coral lagoon due to the boat slip. The marinas boat slips are not conducive for smaller boats. The townhome was nice and for the most part clean. However, the stairwell railing and all of the light fixtures were extremely sticky. And appeared to have sticky film all over them. The stairs also had carpet which was very dirty and smells musty and a mildew smell. We stayed for one night and had 5 nights booked. We prefer no carpet. Please make sure to properly clean stair railings and all fixtures. Also, the bedding is cheap material.

Beautiful house on a canal. Spacious enough for all 5 of us. Location was convenient to all the things we wanted to do as well as shops and restaurants. If you wanted to bring your boat it would be right outside your back door.

Four dive team members came down to help restore Looe Key Marine Sanctuary in coordination with Reef Renewal USA. Rented this space and it was just absolutely perfect. Unit was sparkling, everything we needed for a short week was there. Bedrooms were all well appointed and very comfortable. Half bath in the main floor was great surprise. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Hope to have it as a constant, since we come down every year for coral work with Reef Renewal. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and property.

Very nice property, check in & check out was very easy. Quiet, enjoyable stay, I do have one suggestion, please program all remotes so you don't have to use 2 or 3 remotes for the TV's...

We stayed only 3 nights and we’re in and out going places, but it was really nice to come back to our villa each time. Nice location and very clean, too! Made our trip down an enjoyable time.

This was a spring break trip for myself, my husband, and my kids. We rent VRBOs and the like at least 4 times per year. ***PROS: Management company's communication & info. Balcony and back patio decks, boat slip access (my sister's family utilized this as they were in another villa), villa back view, AC was cold, beach towels provided were nice, end unit with less noise, the pool area was well kept, parking, & location. ***CONS: For the nightly charge which was more than 60% of 1K each night - the following are completely unacceptable: Deck chairs are hard & uncomfortable, Fridge doors and shelves and drawers are broken with some completely missing, the BEDS were comparable to a low end truck stop motel (bulging in the center and creaking whenever you moved on the bed), BEDDING WAS NOT THE DUVETS SHOWN IN PICS - but instead extremely rough and pilled OLD bedspreads, there were ZERO extra blankets in the villa (and none on the bed other than the worn bed spread). No HDTV. No shampoo or bath soap provided. Only 2 pillows provided on the master bed that were not comfy. Light bulbs out or completely missing in at least 5 different lamps and light fixtures. No martini shaker, no martini glasses. Furniture looks thrown together from discount stores. Overall the inside of this villa looks used and abused, needs about 20K put into in to revamp and bring it up to par with other rentals in the complex. Would definitely return to this location but would rent a different unit.

My family of four really enjoyed our stay. The layout was perfect and allowed privacy. The location in Marathon is great. The complex is right off of Overseas Hwy but you never heard any car noise at all!!! Next time we would look into renting a boat. We just had other plans this time already. Place was clean. Kitchen well stocked. Everything we needed.

Nice property - roomy and bright. Plenty of space for 5 adults. Nice decks and outside seating and a well stocked kitchen. The pool area is very nice also. Check out Sunset Beach for a quaint sunset sing along. Not a big deal but you cannot fish from shore in the slip or the marina - I was planning on it and was a little bummed. Like I said though, not a big deal. Would rent again.

Stayed for 6 days with my family. Absolutely beautiful and well kept property. Plenty of towels, cookware and dishes. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms are clean and well kept. Salt water, heated pool was amazing and neighbors are friendly. We look forward to visiting again!

We loved the location and the home. Owner was very responive to us when we had questions. Pool area was very nice. Lots of kids around. We had a great family weekend here.

Love the location and the property is great. Only complaint is that it wasn’t very clean. For the cleaning fees that are required you would expect better.

We stayed at this property for the second time and enjoyed our stay very much. Everything is very clean. The kitchen is fully stacked and beds are comfortable. The starter kits of soaps and detergents are a nice touch. Check in and check out was very easy. Sandy was very responsive and helpful with questions. We loved sitting on the patio eating breakfast together. There are many things to do in the area. We rented a boat. The only improvement could be electronics downstairs. We would recommend this property.

This is a beautiful location in Marathon. Nice drive to Key West for the day…but the cold weather followed us down from Orlando….it was cold…dang it! Toooo cold to kayak, to cold to ride our bikes, but we did enjoy being with each other for Christmas in the Keys. Nicely decorated, everything you need for the kitchen, plenty of towels, clean, easy access to the complex. LOVED looking out the windows to the canal (wish I had a boat). Only two issues….we couldn’t get the heat to turn on and the sound for the TV was very low….maybe a written page with directions would be nice. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for offering this beautiful property to rent! We will be back!

Great time. Place was in a great location, comfortable, plenty of space and close to the pool. Renters we quick to respond and helpful when had questions.

Loved the property. Best equipped kitchen ever. Very comfortable furniture to sit on, have had real issues with other properties. Only issue, the sound on the living room TV was difficult to hear and the Boise Sound Bar needs hooked up. All appliances worked, greatly appreciated.

Very “Keys” relaxing, laid back and comfortable. We didn’t have to do anything but go in and enjoy our time
