Excellent lovation, right on the beach. Apartment very spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big kitchen, 2 balconies, big living room.
Restaurants nearby. Shop around the corner.
Extra parasol on main balcony.
3rd floor. Lift.
We leftbeach umbrella behind asking the owner to add it to quipment so not every guest has to buy a new one.
Its too big for the suitcase but absolut essential for the beach 👍🌞🏊♀️.
We had a fabulous time.
Keep in mind that it is right on the promenade and its busy in the evenings with restaurants and bars just underneath.
We used bedroom on the other side so it didnt bother us (we were only two).

The unit was amazing.Few minor items.. non working toaster,balcony umbrella,lamp in bedroom, seat appears to have bleach damage on one dr chair. Nothing major,but feel you need to know.

Gorgeous spacious, comfortably furnished apartment with stunning sea views. In winter, there is the possibility of heating, and turning on even for 15 minutes saves the rooms from dampness, which is rare in apartments on the coast.

This property had everything we wanted. The large balcony was very much used from early morning. the entire apartment was bright and spacious. It was perfect for our needs.

Flexible on CI/CO timings
Only few little things that should be taken care in my opinion like : a sponge, a table cloths, bbq items, dishwasher, mattress topper ( for twining bed ), the condo lock needs to be fixed.

We loved the apartment, it was home away from home, roomy and spotlessly clean and the view was stunning, fantastic seaview and right on the promenade, so nice to wake up to. We would definitely go back.
The beds weren't comfortable, they could do with a mattress topper or a new mattress😣

Perfectly placed along the promenade in Quarteira and above cafes and the ice cream parlour!
Spacious and very comfortable. Immaculately clean.
No under blanket or mattress protector on the bed. I don’t like a sheet directly on a mattress and improvised a protective covering from a spare duvet from a second bedroom. We visited in October when the temperature was very pleasant but we wondered if there was heating for winter months and saw no sign of air conditioning for the height of the summer.
