This place is absolutely amazing! Beautiful pine trees all around giving you shade. And the views are breathtaking. The owner is amazing and always helpful.

Had a great week - private with lots of water time. Grandkids, ages 1, 8 and 11 enjoyed their visit. Kayaking, swimming and fishing every day. Cottage was comfortable and clean. Our dog came and it felt like home!

This place reminded me of camping as a kid, at the end of a dead-end, wooded area, so peaceful and serene. The owner was so sweet and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better location or week and the dogs loved the water and the woods. Would definitely go back!

We had a most wonderful experience at this camp. We figured the beds wouldn't be comfortable considering it's a camp, but to our surprise, they were very comfortable. Plenty enough room for us. We ranged from 2 of us being there to 6 overnight. The kitchen is small but doable. Don't plan on shopping for the entire week as it's a smaller refrigerator, but that's ok because the grocery store is only about 20 minutes away. Plenty of amenities were left around for our convenience. I truly didn't want for anything. The location is PERFECT. Small sandy beach, dock, outstanding views of mountains and the lake. Dead ends into this property. VERY secluded although the owner is right next door, but you can barely see his place. Speaking of the owner, he is so sweet. Was there to greet you and give you instructions. Readily available if you need him. We will definitely be renting there again. Thank you for a perfect vacation spot.

We had a great week here. Property is at the end of a dirt road, only the owners cottage nearby and the cabin is set away in a wooded area. The beach was great for our kids to swim and our dog loved exploring the property. We fished and used our row boat and paddle board off the dock. Owner was there to meet us on our way in and quickly responded to our inquiries.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay it was a cute little cabin and the views from the dock where breathtaking especially the sunsets each one more beautiful than the other. My four boys enjoyed fishing, kyacking, paddle boarding, and swimming. We visited North Conway a couple times did some shopping and had lunch at friendlys. We saw a bald eagle a few times it flew right overhead so neat and heard the loons pretty much every morning. We made lots of memories as a family. Really a beautiful place to vacation. ☺️

You can’t beat the location and beauty of this property. When we think of the nh lake experience this is exactly what comes to mind. The first day my husband and I looked at each other and said we need to rent this again! It was private but close enough to others. Our dogs got to enjoy the beach and woods. Our 9 month old son got to play in the sand! The bedroom with the full bed had plenty of room for his pack and play. Everything we could ever need was there. Paul, one of the owners, greeted me upon arrival and made sure I had his number and everything we needed and answered any questions. The place was spotless when we got there and you can tell the owners really care for this land. The views were amazing. Nothing compares to the sunsets we got to experience! The screened in porch was wonderful to eat dinner and watch the boaters go by! The owners provide tons of fans for warmer nights and there are heaters available for cooler nights! We loved the fact that the shower was separate from the toilet so you could use both! Honestly I can’t say enough about our wonderful week staying there and we hope to rent it again!

Me and my family truly enjoyed our time at Bob and Bonnie’s cabin. It was very secluded at the end of a dirt road. It reminded us of camping trips growing up. It is located on nicely wooded lot and has a nice little beach with dock. We brought a small row boat which we put a little trolling motor on and it was great having the dock to keep it on all week. The cabin was clean and had everything we need and then some! A new fridge was delivered the morning we arrived and it worked great. Definitely could have been more power outlets but you can make it work! We hope to return next year! Thanks again

A perfect spot for a vacation. The porch is perfect. We saw loons, ducks, geese, chipmunks, and a bald eagle from the dock. The cabin has everything you need. Bob, the owner, is super nice.

My husband and I just returned from a week in this cabin. We had a very relaxing time fishing and reading on the screened porch. Fishing was great. We caught many smaller smallmouth bass. We went out in our canoe in the evening and enjoyed a couple of beautiful sunset paddles. The house had everything we needed, was comfortable,and was in an amazing private spot on the water. Bob and Bonnie greeted us on arrival and I am sure that if we had needed their help they would have responded,but fortunately, everything went well and we did not need to bother them. Berry Bay is quieter than the other bigger lakes and was a great spot for canoeing. We did get to see an eagle which landed on the shoreline close to the house. We had a great week!

My family loved the quiet, cottage on Berry Bay. The dock and sandy beach were perfect for our week away and disconnected. We brought our lab who swam from sun up to sun down and enjoyed paddling around the bay on our paddleboard with us. The history of this cottage is unique to the area, which my husband loved. The only recommendation would be to upgrade the refrigerator as it was not adequate to support a week's food supply and the freezer iced up melting our ice cream (so we had to eat it all really fast :)

My sisters and I just spent a lovely week at this cozy cabin in the woods. The camp is the last place on a well maintained dirt road which affords quiet and privacy. It is directly on the lake with a sandy beach and the water was clear and clean. We saw turtles and families of geese. The camp its self was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The gas grill was clean and worked very well. There were some good restaurants within a short drive and an ice cream shop nearby. The town if Meredith is worth the 30 min drive for shopping and restaurants on the water. Many thanks to Bob and Bonnie for allowing us to share in their little piece of heaven. We would love to visit again. ~ Karla, Kathy and Kristen.

We enjoyed our stay on Berry Bay. The beachhouse/cottage was immaculately clean. It's a very small kitchen, but enough room to prepare simple meals. The owners have a cupboard that they leave empty for your groceries. Freezer space is very minimal, so don't bring too much frozen stuff! Plenty of blankets for chilly nights, which we had during our visit the last week of August into September. Loved the screened in porch--a must for our "by the lake" vacations. Lake very clean and pretty shallow--perfect for young kids, but deep enough for kayaking, which we did almost every day. Owners met us when we arrived--very nice and welcoming. Plenty of books and videos (they have a DVD player, which we used almost every night). Fold out couch, which my brother used, was reportedly very comfortable. We appreciated the case of water bottles that was left for our use. Thank you!

A rustic but very comfortable cabin in the woods, on a lake, surrounded by peace and nature. We will be back next season for more R&R.

We miss it already! Can't wait for next year. The cabin met all our needs perfectly. Could not ask for a better spot or view of the bay. The owner Bob was super nice. We swam, played Uno and Monopoly, grilled some dinner (nice new grill), and watched some funny old movies. We heard loons at dusk. The sunsets can't be beat. The cabin was large for us, clean and cozy, and centrally located to the lakes and the mountains. There was always a breeze. Bobby Sue's homemade ice cream is right down 153 and the Freedom Village Store was a gem. Plan to return next year.

Two thumbs up! The cabin is very nice and clean, the shower and big bedroom are brand new. Renting was very easy and the owner met us and showed us around. The beach is wonderful, gradual and sandy. Berry Bay and the surrounding bodies of water are amazing! Overall a VERY positive experience for my family.
