We could cedck in slightly earlier wich was great. The receptionists are amazing, they elped me buy a ticket that I couldn't. A-Lin and Liam were the best. Big thanks! The room was big, extremely clean and well maintained. The view was also lovely.

The only thing I did not like was the heat. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator on the 9th floor it just hit me. It was quite hot in the room as well, it was great with the A/C but not the best solution at night.

My only complaint was there was a bit of hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived.

I liked the little thoughts that the staff put into welcoming us. They prepared a gift with handwritten note knowing it's a birthday celebration trip. Service was superb. The check-out time is 11am (which is slightly earlier than many hotels i.e. 12pm), and it is chargeable if you need an extension, but they gave us complimentary late check-out for the birthday celebration. Also, room is clean and tidy :) Toilet is spacious and come with essential toiletries.

if I absolutely have to nitpick, it will be the quit cover which seem to trap heat.. not sure what it is make of, seems like there is some sort of plastic within and it got so hot that I woke up from the middle of my sleep 2 out of the 3 nights..

Perfect selection for this money, very clean, big space, big cool bathroom w bathtub, perfect location, nice beds. Staff is very nice as well. If i will be staying in Busan for 2-3 days, I'll stay here and would recommend to friends

Close to the subway and Lotte department is just across the street. Room is clean and heated floor is blessing during winter. Staff is very friendly and helpful too.

Property location is good, near Metro. Very spacious room and automated heater temperature is just right. Lastly, the staff are extremely helpful and polite making the entire stay an awesome one! I will definitely book with Browndot on my next visit.

Hotel Lobby is slightly small but overall acceptable as we have no reason to stay at lobby for a extended period of time.

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. They were very accommodating. The place is close to public transport and lots of shops, cafe and restaurants. We did like our stay there.

The place was hard to find. Though we took a taxi, the driver had to talk to the staff to find the hotel.

The room is big and comfortable. The staffs are responsive and helpful.

Everything was awesome

Very spacious room, and everything in the room was nice and clean. Biggest and best room we stayed in south Korea. Bathroom also very nice and big, with separate toilet which was handy.

The hotel doesn't have a big lobby but I was aware of this and would rather have a bigger room considering we don't hang out in the hotel lobby at all.

I absolutely loved my stay at Browndot. While the hotel and the reception look very unassuming this is easily compensated with what you'll have in the room. I LOVED the huge bathtub to relax after long walks and the room size was very generous. The bed was also huge and extremely comfortable. I honestly was impressed by the price/quality and I would definitely stay again at Browndot.
