One of the main door locks did not work and you had to walk extra

It’s really surprising, the location is really nice, and they have literally everything you need

room is very clean, Staff response on the phone, pass word entry, The room is quiet.

The location is great, right in the centre of town. The room is spacious and modern, with all needed facilities, including a washing machine.

Tiny bed - not much comfortable

Very clean and spacious apartment in excellent location. Good shower, comfortable beds and good wifi and TV. Well equipped kitchen (microwave oven, stovetop, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen roll, tea towel etc.). Easy contactless check-in, received the door code by SMS and email. Good value for money and would stay again.

There was no toaster nor proper table for dining, just a side tabletop with two chairs. Dishwasher isn't really necessary considering that the room is for two people and there are only two sets of everything; That space could have been used better.

The water was not very hot.

The pace was first class for the price getting In however is a nightmare form submitting your ID to receiving your code? once you have that your ok not worth all the hassle for one night if your staying for two or more days then go for it as it’s first class for the price.

I tried to submit my ID 10 times when I finally gave up and come out of the ID app it said ID submitted successfully grrrrr then I could not get in to the appointment there is no staff there no where to leave case, and trying to get an answer from messages and phone was also a nightmare imagine the scene your not a 100% sure if your ID had been successful you try messaging them no reply you phone the number and it tells you it’s a premium line and to check website for terms and conditions and all you want is your code so you can drop your case off grrrrrr it was a nightmare totally spoiled my visit which is a shame as once you get in its excellent

great location and everything you need at hand

one light bulb was missing and for some reason the toilet was totally wet when I arrived

Location was just perfect. Easy access to the apartment. Clean and nice room. It was so quiet in the room, couldn't hear any noise from outside or from other rooms. Definitely would stay again.

The apartment was clean, there was NO hair on the bed, good location

Nobody met me, even if I specify the time of arrival, they will not let you in. If you want to check in earlier, you need to pay extra. The windows overlooked the shopping center, the windows do not open. There is ventilation in the room, I tried to set it up, but after that after a while it turned on again and blew cold air. Before going to bed, I turned it off again, but at night it turned on itself, so I got sick. There was poor sound insulation, because I could hear the children running in the hallway. There was a coffee machine, but there was no coffee and tea itself, why is it needed at all then

Very central, nice apartment, clean

Great situation above a shopping mall, easy access with the codes. Had everything you needed but only two of each cutlary, glasses and so on was a bit tricky. Especially if you're planning g a longer stay.

The 2 tiny beds that didn't stay together as a double bed. Other then that they were comfortable.
