Super easy and great place for our weekend stay.

We loved the house, spent lots of time hanging out in the central living room taking in the view, baking in the excellent range, sunning on the deck, and under the stars in the well-maintained hot tub. We'll definitely visit again. Thank you!

Our family of five and grandma and grandma stayed here for a fun vacation. We found the kitchen to have everything we needed for breakfasts and lunches (we ate out for dinner) and the beds to be comfortable. Everything was very clean. We loved not having to strip the beds and do laundry before departure, it definitely gave it a more resort feel.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house in Sunriver. We are a family of 4 and stayed for a week. Also hosted another family of 4 for 3 days. The house worked out great and loved our time there.

Communication was OK! We had a mix up on check out times because VRBO said an earlier time and it was incorrect. We had already left when we received a message about how to dump garbages and to clean any dishes. We ended up turning around to get that done. Due to time mix up, we left early and received message too late. I would recommend leaving a to-do list in the house for checkout instead of the text message. It would have saved us time traveling back and the other family had already left so couldn’t help with the clean up. The house was nice, clean, and spacious! Hot tub was nice too! The kids loved ping pong and bikes. All-in- all it was a great experience. Communication with cleaners was nice too since they let us check in early. We did need more toilet paper available but it was no big deal. I think maybe two to three rolls per bathroom especially for a 5 night stay. Kids use a lot!! Thanks for everything! We will hopefully book again!!!

Would stay again

The house was well-equipped and met our needs (two families, four kids) for a winter ski trip. When we had questions the property management team was there right away to help. Good location, close to all amenities, only concern was that we didn’t realize it was right on the corner of a main road. Otherwise it was great 😊

Loved the house we stayed at! It was big and well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing we had an issue with (this is with Apple maps). The house is on a lane but Apple says it’s a loop. We were worried we wouldn’t come to the correct place. We stayed in communication with Bennington properties and they were very kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay and a memorable family vacation!

This home in Sunriver was perfect for all of our needs. It is also managed by Bennington Properties and they took great care of us. The home was spacious for our family and clean. Highly recommend!

We stayed here this week for a family reunion. We rented this house with my two teenage kids and my mom. She used the main floor room and we used the two downstairs rooms. The house was plenty big and had everything we needed for a great stay! The location is close to the park, which was great for my niece and nephews, who rented a house on the same street. Sunriver is a great place for families; lots to do here!

We loved this home! It was perfect for our daughter's birthday, celebrating with family. It was well stocked and very accommodating. We will be returning soon. Bennington Properties is wonderful to work with.

We like to come to Sunriver about every 2 years. This is the first time renting a home from Bennington Properties. They are fantastic! The home was clean, well stocked, the bikes were nice and rode well, and we got free passes to Sunriver Fitness and Aquatics. I only wish Bennington Properties manages vacation homes in other locations.

However, you might want to bring a fan for light sleepers because the downstairs guests can really hear any moving around upstairs. We rode our bikes everywhere. My 2.5 year old was even able to ride his balance bike to Fort Rock park. The house was well equip with everything we needed. The many options of board games and ping pong were big hits with everyone. I love Bennington Properties. We rent with them every summer and are never disappointed.
