This is our second stay at this unit. It's a tradition to come every summer with the grandkids. This unit has enough room for everyone, three bathrooms, a nice big table to eat and play games, a well stocked kitchen and love that it has a washer dryer in the unit. It has easy access to the stairs and is not far from the pool (which is finally warmer than in years past). Appears to be recently painted and a few new furniture pieces. The windows, screens, and blinds in any of the units we've stayed always need a little work and can be hard to deal with. Summit County folks are always accessable and very friendly. As others have stated setting up all of the TV remotes is a bit annoying but really not much to complain about with this unit.

Nice, well located property in River Run. Convenient to the mountain and to both base areas. Really like the underground parking and ski locker. Property was very clean, description was accurate and had all the amenities. We had dinner at several restaurants in the village and did some shopping. I would recommend it to family & friends. LR furniture is showing use and a general complaint for all rental properties - upgrade to cable or satellite and one remote for each tv. No more multiple remotes please. Check in should be no later than 3pm.

The condo is in a fantastic location for walking access to the Keystone gondola. Layout was great for 2 families with similarly-aged kids in the bunkroom. Buffalo Lodge had all the amenities we needed. Easy to get to all dining and apres options as well.

Great location, easy walk to lifts. Apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Didn't have any noise issues. Only negatives: thermostat was not reliable, either hot or cold. Ski storage lockers are small, only fits ~4 skis, smoke detector goes off very easily with cooking.

Large unit with plenty of space to accommodate us and our grandkids. Having a bathroom for each room was wonderful although the hair dryers in two of the bathrooms didn't work. Always prefer the wood flooring over carpet. Nice furniture and was finally able to figure out all of the various remotes and ROKU TV. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect location to hop down the stairs and out to the pool, shops, gondola etc. A little noisy with a dumpster right outside of our deck that was emptied early morning however, I've found that if you prefer to sleep in, River Run is not the quiet place you are looking for. We had a few issues and the response was exceptional. Very friendly management team. Seems like a lot of things were out of service for maintenance including the hot tubs for Buffalo Lodge which is a bit annoying, but we enjoyed the community pool and hot tubs which were very well maintained and the pool was heated more than in the past which was a good thing. Would recommend this rental unit.

We stayed at the this condo in June ‘22 and it was perfect. The location was fantastic and it was a pretty spacious condo for my family of 6. It had so much room we ended up being able to sleep 8. The living area was large and the balcony was fantastic. Everything we needed was a very short walk.

Great location, you can walk out to everything and there’s a pool at the building next door. Place was clean and nicely stocked with kitchen wear for cooking. Management company was very communicative. Overall a great place and I’d stay again!

Plenty of room for cooking, eating, relaxing. Ample bedroom space, heated underground parking. 2nd floor unit so an easy walk from the parking garage (even though the elevators are broke and 'have been for a while' according to staff). 2 hot tubs, 2 pool tables and rec room right downstairs. Overall would definitely stay here again.

The condo is in the center of everything most of the shops were open and we had a wonderful time watching all the people out walking with their ski’s and snow boards getting ready to head to the lifts. The kitchen had everything we needed, we loved that we could grill on the deck, we actually ate most meals at the condo. We also enjoyed the games the owners supplied and completed one of the puzzles. We loved that the condo was spacious especially since we had a little one with us. Note there is a pack n play in the bunk bed room if you need it. We brought ours but wished we hadn’t and would have used theirs if we’d known. My friends and I loved this condo, and I hope to come back with my family someday! It was amazing for each of us to have our own room and bathroom for privacy, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we were a little confused on initially was exactly how to get into the building, but it was mainly because we were there in the off-season (even just prior to the official summer season starting) and there wasn't really anyone to ask. I may have just missed some communication about that. I cannot recommend this space enough, though - it's absolutely beautiful. Skiers will love it because you can literally see the room from the gondola entrance, and it's a quick 3-minute walk away.
