Loved the location and the house was perfect for what our family needed. The back/side yard was not as I hoped. Didn’t feel comfortable letting our dog run free in the space. Would definitely stay again!!

My wife is a teacher and had spring break the last week of March. Myself, her and the dog stayed for the first time in St. Augustine. The property was great, location is perfect, 5 houses off the beach, walking distance to restaurants. We had a great time and would stay here again.

This property is great for older couple or young family. Very clean and accommodating and exceptionally close to beach and restaurants on a1a beach Blvd. Only negative I have is that living room furniture could use ottoman or other end tables but great property!!

Couldn’t beat the beach experience…totally relaxing but invigorating at the same time. Privacy but within an area easily walkable to fulfill most of your needs. The bathroom, shower and tub drain could use some attention.

Great place. Updated and clean. Short walk down dead end street to beach. Back yard was fenced and allowed dogs freedom from the leash. Beach also dog friendly. Very quiet. Checkin was a breeze as was expectations for check out. We’d rent again.

This property was perfect for me and my 2 dogs. The unit was super clean and the towels and sheets smelled fresh and newly washed. I didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. The fenced back yard was perfect for my 2 dogs to have a little freedom to roam. Beach access was easy and the neighborhood seemed very safe. I once lived in St Augustine and have stayed in several rentals, but this rental is now at the top of my list!

The location and proximity to the beach are both great. The place was extremely clean and the rules very reasonable and easy to manage. The description of the place and the location were very accurate and we were very happy with our stay. Best of both worlds, close to the beach and an easy ride into historic St. Augustine.

Everything was as expected and better! I have no complaints. The house was clean and decorated so cute. It was easy to get in touch with the owner/manager. We could walk to the beach easily. I recommend this house to anyone especially if you have pets! Our dogs loved the back yard.

The house, location, and owner was pleasant. However the upstairs tenant complained about our dogs barking. I can assure they are NOT barkers for nothing. They barked because the upstairs tenant sounded like a herd of elephants, so my dogs barked. The owner was kind enough to reach out to us and let us explain our side. I may add that the listing for the property in VRBO never said “one small dog”. I have 2 medium dogs.... the owner was fair when he confronted me about the barking, which I truly appreciate. Before we booked this property, we read closely what was required and what was furnished. Nowhere did it say “one small dog”, I don’t ever try to “get anything by”, I act in honor, if this listing said “1small dog”, I NEVER would have rented it. The owner did say to me in the email to me about the upstairs complaining about my dogs barking that only one dog is permitted. Perhaps the listing should state this. Other than this issue, the stay at this house was enjoyable. I just hope anyone else’s stay here “, the upstairs neighbors can walk quietly and not sound like a herd of elephants.

This is a nice place to stay and great for pets too. I felt it wasn’t cleaned well, and it was a little inconvenient that you have to go out the front door to get to the back yard. It is the 5th house from the beach and a good location.

We had a nice time at this property. Very quick walk to the beach, short walk to many restaurants and coffee shops. Neighbors were very friendly.

Villa A us so cute and exactly what we expected. It was very clean, near the beach and within walking distance to shopping, eating, etc. Cooking in the kitchen was easy since everything one needed was provided. Would definitely stay again!

The place was clean and very comfortable close to the beach (short walk ) the back yard was great for my little dog . The only negative thing was the people that were staying upstairs was VERY NOISY. You could hear everything . I am battling cancer and This was supposed to be a get away for me and my daughter to spend sometime together but I got very sick (nothing to do with the condo ) and we had to cut our stay short by 4 days so I could return to my doctor in Tennessee . We would stay there again and I am very picky about where I stay. My hope is to go back soon .

We had a fabulous time we walked to everything and loved the kookaburra coffee bar across the way. The only things missing were a bbq and some beach chairs.

Very comfortable with easy access to the beach. Nice fenced in, small backyard for our little dog to enjoy. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance. Would stay again!

A perfect 3 weeks!

A perfect little two bedroom with a nice kitchen just a few seconds from the beach. The place was extremely clean and well kept considering how close it was to the sand. I did have an issue where I couldn't find the email with the lock code on it but I immediately called the management company and they resent the email so they are extremely easy to get in touch with should anything arise. The kitchen was well stocked. My wife and I will definitely book this place again when we come back! We were in the lower unit and there is also a unit just above us. No one rented out the unit above us while we were there so no issues with noise. Dog friendly which is a must for us since we take our little pup everywhere.

We rented both the upstairs (2/1) and the downstairs (2/1). My husband and I stayed upstairs with the dogs and my parents stayed downstairs. It was great being close, but still having our own privacy. The home was more spacious than what we expected. Each room has a walk in closet, so you are not cramped with your bags in the room. The living room and kitchen are very spacious. We travel with 2 dogs (boxer and chiwini) and therefore 2 crates. The boxer is 50 lbs, so its a bigger crate. Whereas the chiwini is about 10 lbs. We like to stay in houses because of the potential disruption (barking) that could be created the dogs. Most of the time the homes are great, but the crates take up space and it gets' crammed. We did not experience that here. The two crates were up the entire time and we did not have to maneuver around them or anything of that nature. The home was also near a number of restaurants, supermarkets (Target, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walmart) so it provided options. We ate breakfast at home a few times, but for the most part we dined out. All in all, great place, great stay and we would go back!!!

Very nicely stocked kitchen, pleasant interior furnishings, great close proximity to the ocean. One small note, which didn’t prevent a 5-Star rating, the back yard fence needs repair, we could not let our dog out, he could easily get through the broken sections.

Totally surprised that we were able to find last minute opening for a dog friendly place near the beach. We read reviews and sounded great. Needless to say we were so disappointed when we arrived to find that they had used some very strong chemical on the furniture to obviously mask odors. The scent was so strong that we experienced allergic reactions, watery eyes, sneezing, coughing. We could only tolerate it for 4 hours then decided to pack up and leave. Beware of this place!

Clean, comfortable, close to beach, dogs were welcome and convenient to everything. Would go back.

Loved the location! Super close to beach! Clean! Updated. Great fenced in back yard for my fur baby! Love that he is welcome on the beach anytime!!! Love the washer /dryer in the unit! Caution though. The dryer door doesn’t stay open. Hold it when you add clothes. I hit my head hard the first day! As far as being downstairs, it’s great! First 2 upstair’s vacationers were quiet. Last night I was there a family with 3 adult kids and loud! So, you can hear people clomping around. I would definitely stay here again! Marty snd Sharon very responsive to emails.

Location was perfect! Quiet street and minutes from the beach. Cottage was obviously newly remodeled! Nicely stocked and accomodating! Look forward to a return visit!
