Dieses Ferienhaus in der dritten Reihe auf einer Ozeaninsel in North Forest Beach in der 27 Sandpiper Street wurde für Urlauber entworfen. Von der Eingangstür aus betreten Sie einen weitläufigen, großen Raum mit 30 cm hohen Decken und glänzendem Holzboden. Der Wohnbereich bietet Sitzgelegenheiten mit einem Sofa, zwei Clubsesseln und zwei Malabar-Stühlen rund um den Kamin. Ein Schrank enthält das Unterhaltungszentrum mit einem Fernseher, einem DVD / VCR und einer Stereoanlage. Der große Esstisch eignet sich hervorragend zum Zusammensein mit der Familie und Freunden. Die helle Küche mit Travertin-Theken verfügt über eine Inselbar für sechs Personen.
Drei französische Türen führen vom Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich zum Pool und zur Terrasse. Zur Ausstattung des Pooldecks gehören ein Esstisch mit Sonnenschirm für sechs Personen, ein Gasgrill, Liegestühle und Adirondack-Stühle sowie eine Außendusche.
Der Pool ist rechteckig und misst 14 mal 28 Fuß mit einem kleinen Wasserfall.
Im ersten Stock befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem gemeinsamen Flurbad. Ein Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und das andere hat zwei Doppelbetten mit Französisch Türen zur Veranda.
Oben auf der Treppe im zweiten Stock befindet sich ein Kingsize-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad (Badewanne und Dusche). Französisch Türen öffnen sich in ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Queen-Schlafsofa. Es gibt einen privaten Balkon neben dem Schlafzimmer sowie dem Wohnzimmer. Auf der anderen Seite des Flurs befindet sich ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem aus Kirschreis geschnitzten Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Bad (nur Dusche). Von der Halle führen vier Stufen zur Master Suite. Dieses geräumige Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein weiß getünchtes Kingsize-Bett sowie einen großen Sitzbereich mit zwei Chaiselonguesesseln, auf denen Sie wunderbar lesen oder fernsehen können. Dieser Bereich verfügt über Fenstertüren, die zu einem privaten Balkon mit Schaukelstühlen führen. Das große Master-Bad enthält separate Sockelwaschbecken, eine Whirlpool-Badewanne, eine Dusche und ein separates WC.
Der Pool kann gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr beheizt werden.

We had a wonderful stay in this HH home. Lots of room,
well stocked with basics, large kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware and utensils. Great long dining table so we could all sit around and eat, talk and enjoy . 5 bedrooms were great for us, as were the 4.5 bathrooms. Although it rained the whole 4 days, we still enjoyed the pool and a walk to the beach.
Only negative is that immediately upon entering, there was a strong musty smell. We turned down the AC, but it remained with us. The owners responded quickly with an AC service man, but he said the AC was fine. Never solved the issue. Otherwise, it was a terrific experience.

The property was perfect for our first family vacation. The location is ideal to get to the beach or the town. The house is extremely comfortable and well stocked. The communication with the others was top notch! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in HH. The house was perfect! 5 bedrooms - 4 King Suites! Perfectly appointed! Private pool! Great location! On the ocean block. What else could you ask for!

We Found both the accommodations and the location to be perfect. Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms up stairs and two bedrooms on the first floor that shared a hall bath. We spent the mornings at the beach located at the end of our short street, very easy to come and go, and the afternoon enjoying the pool and the large deck located right outside the French doors on the first floor. Plenty of dishes And cookware. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the whole house well Laid out for enjoying time with the family. I would definitely return again in the future.

This was a great property for families. The location is in a residential area and is extremely close to the beach. We had our very young grandchildren with us and the trek back and forth from the beach was very easy. The house has a great set up for multiple families/generations. The bedrooms were spacious and with 2 on the first floor and 3 upstairs there was more than enough room and separation for our family. Also, the property owner was very responsive. We would definitely rent this property again.

In walking distance to VDM tennis center, Sonesta and beach. Well equipped house with plenty of room for adults and kids. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Property!!
My family rented this lovely home for our annual family vacation, and we could not have been more pleased! The home was spacious, well-appointed, and a one minute walk to beach access. We had three families, with ages spanning from older adult to toddler, and this was the perfect layout for us. The pool is also so well-suited for our group as we have some emerging swimmers and they could both touch in much of the pool (that being said, if you have older kids, they may find the depth of the pool limiting, but it was absolutely perfect for us). Communication with the host was always prompt and thorough. We enjoyed our stay so much we hope to re-book next year!

Wonderful location - Great Home
The home is beautiful, located steps from the beach and very comfortable. The pool was an added bonus as we could enjoy that with our adult kids and grandchild. We loved our stay.

Family vacation
We really enjoyed this home! We usually come down every May, and this time didn't disappoint. Love the location, the pool being right off the first floor, and the spacious rooms!

Great location, needs some TLC
We enjoyed this property for the amount of space for a family of 8, the heated pool, and it’s great location (steps from the beach!). However, this property could use a deep clean, fresh paint and new carpeting, and some new appliances (and grill). Compared to other properties nearby with the same price point, this property is lacking in updates.

Fabulous home
Fabulous stay. Only question/ issue was are the windows I two upstairs bathrooms one way view windows? No window coverings in two upstairs bathrooms. Neighbors could see in bathrooms?

Summer Reunion
We loved this house and chose it for its layout, pool, capacity and proximity to the beach and Coligny Circle. It delivered on all of those points. The homeowners were very attentive to a few minor issues that came up and we enjoyed our week that flew bye. Our only comments for improvement would be a good deep clean and fresh paint.

Fantastic family vacation!
We had a group of two families plus grandparents and the property was a comfortable fit for 10. The location was just steps from the beach and the pool was a great option for afternoons when we were done with the sand for the day. It was also a good size along with a well furnished pool deck. The communication was perfect and it definitely felt as if the owner wants every guest to truly enjoy the stay. We would all recommend this property. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue upon arrival but with a packed post-covid summer and lack of full cleaning staff given the current circumstances we are definitely understanding of their situation. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Great location
We loved the location and proximity to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and the option to have it heated. Check in and getting the keys went smoothly. The kitchen table is a great size but a little dinghy probably due to so many renters. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great house and location
We had a wonderful time and the owners were extremely nice and helpful and were quick to reply to any questions The house is just steps from the beach and the pool is large making our trip truly a great beach vacation.

Did not meet expectations
The property is in a very bad shape, the appliances, particularly the stove should have been replace 10 years ago. The pots and pans are in bad shape, I've seen better condition at garage sales. Limited supply of towels, no extra sheets or extra cover. The picture s are totally misleading. I went to see a house for less money, properly supplied and all new.

Great vacation home!!!!
We had a wonderful trip. We would totally stay there again. The location to Coligny square and the beach was perfect. Just steps away from ocean and never was our beach crowded. And coligny was 1 mile down the road. And the house itself was clean and up to date. The pool was nice size for all of us to enjoy and there was just enough shaded area on the deck if you needed a break from the sun. The only issue we had was that the deck itself needed some maintenance. It was peeling and splintering a bit and was extremely hot to was on. But if that was our biggest issue, we can deal with that. Great Place to stay . Again we would go bacon a minute!!!!

Amazing Vacation House
We loved this beautiful home. We just got married and joined our families together for a week in this very spacious home!! Very close to the Beach and the backyard pool was a huge success for the little ones. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great home and location for our family vacation. The open floor plan was great for our large group. The pool location was very convenient right off the kitchen and Living room.
Very, very short walk to the wide open beach was great for all. Large bedroom sizes for everyone. Good parking at the house for 4 cars.

Thanks for a great vacation! The is a great house for a family to gather. We had a wonderful week. We have vacationed at the beach for more than 50 years and have never had quieter bedrooms. The pool is also great.....large for the beach! We hope to be back next year!

My family has stayed in this lovely home for several years, and it never disappoints! Spacious and inviting, it has been a great place to make family memories. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your trip~right down to the kitchen accessories. The beautiful beaches are steps away, the private pool and ample decking are great for outdoor dining and visiting! We will return again and again!
